someone in my guild mentioned that his rakata items made with synthweaving could now be RE'd to upgrade the items, but i found no proof of this in any patch notes. 2 questions: 1. is this statement true? (can rakata be RE'd now to upgrade?) 2. does that also work for armortech?

I'd say: keep them all balanced at the moment my BH is sitting at a very acceptable 33.5% crit which makes the heat dump on my tracer go off more than enough to avoid major heat problems in bossfights (most off the time) i'm not 100% sure but i did think there were diminishing returns when stacking more crit rating just like it does on surge (which i keep around 80%) how i look at power: it affects all damage you put out and even multiplies on crit making it the best tertiary stat out there. when one simply collects a full set of pve gear one can expect to be fairly balanced in these areas just to sum up: Aim > Hit (untill 110%) > crit/surge > power

depending on server ofcourse... but on my server there is a lot more imperial players doing pvp (of which some really skilled) which makes winning huttball (same faction vs. same faction) quite hard at times, i even lose most of these games. now when i do fight on the other warzones against the republic players its usually 50/50 i win there.

I honestly do not mind paying every time i change a spec... It's the damn arranging of the skills on my bars in such a way its intuïtive and easy for me to walk around with. Just let me set up multiple setups @ the skills trainer so i could pick up a new set of pre-arranged bars and a new spec in a few seconds

i would go for surge and/or crit, and don't bother with hit all too much while leveling

1. put mako in heal mode (just update her gear once in a while) 2. go emo dps on the elite 3. ?????? 4. profit! worked for me while leveling on any elite mob i've encountered except for 1! (and that one kept stunning and knocking back which we BH's dont like)
