  1. What if player bounties were incorporated into PVP? You take a generic 'Bounty in PvPZone' mission from a kiosk, and when you enter, your mission loads with a random player in the battleground from the other faction. If you can get the kill on him once, mission successful. It doesn't really affect gameplay much and the republic target would never know he's being targeted.
  2. Oooh 1Up. I had my bachelor party there. They had a big vat of neon green stuff with ghostbusters on it. 4 of those later and I don't remember much.
  3. My trick for this was to blow up the boss until the adds came, and then run away around the corner. The adds will follow you and you can aoe them down cuz once they get to the corner they are all together. By this time Skadge is dead, and the boss will follow you. At this point it is mano-a-mano.
  4. For whatever reason I had no problem with this guy at all. I was probably level 38 or 39 at the time. I just tanked him and burned him down with tracer/unload. It mightve helped that I was in his face the whole time. Maybe that changed his strategy.
  5. One of the important things I noticed in levelling up is making sure youre not in over your head level-wise. The difference between an elite a level above, your level, and a level below you is HUGE in this game. If youre trying, for example, to kill stuff on Taris at level 32 youre way too small for that. Backtrack and do quests on the earlier planets, or space missions/pvp some more.
  6. I'm now in my late 30's and are starting to get mods with alot of secondary stats on them. I am wondering which are the best for Arsenal, because all of them seem to help in one way or another. Thanks!
  7. Level 33 is way too low for Quesh. You really do need to backtrack and do some non-story line quests or some space missions. You get exp, credits, and affection with Mako and it's always a help. I am level 39 and just finished Quesh, and I have over 400k credits in the bank and doing fine. As an Arsenel Merc, it is a little tough but Mako really starts to shine at level 35. She gets an aoe heal at level 35 and now I can do elites with almost no problem. Even melee arent hard any more. I admit the tracer spam is a little boring, but Mako and I make a great team - we just roll over everything. There's a bonus series on Nar Shadaa right at your level, and Tat/Aderaan should offer more quests than youve probably found.
  8. Darn, I did this quest last night and did straight-up light side, and got no title. But the quest was also bugged, as after the dialogue they just left and there was no guidance as to where to go next. Having nothing else to do on planet, I went back to my ship and then it continued the quest, but I got nothing in my questlog. until I was told to go to Nar Shaddaa. Wouldve been nice to know this 24 hours ago! Oh well.
  9. Lakewood here. Proud member of the Rocky Mountain Fan Force!
  10. I agree with most of you on the differences, but I would also add. Better in SWG: Non-combat classes (entertainers). The only MMO I know of that had that. Better in TOR: The combat and quest system. SWG, even in the pre CU days, was a lackluster combat system to say the least. The quest system was even worse. Of course, WoW did alot to re-invent how questing worked in MMO's, and that format is used in almost every game Ive played since.
  11. Ayleena Dee here, was a dancer and spent most of my time on Naboo before the CU cut business. Looking for all my old friends from the SWG days. I'm on Shadowlands as Ardua/Empire, and Canderous Ordo as Ayleena/Republic
