I can see how you could claim his test is flawed, I don't see how you could claim that power gives you more damage. Maybe I missed something. Unless you mean power will give you more damage against under geared players, but who cares if max expertise is what makes you do more damage against max expertise players and players with 1200 expertise than the 1200ers do to max expertise.

Now maybe its late and I'm tired but last time I checked the way the scientific method worked is that he got credit for disproving the null hypothesis of 1200 expertise then power is better than max expertise. Yes usually a scientist would offer up a theory on why the null hypothesis was wrong, but even if that theory is wrong he still gets credit for disproving the null hypothesis. The exception would be if other people try to recreate his experiment and don't get the same results. But no one is claiming that yet, so he gets credit and has to prove nothing more, it would just be nice if he offered his theory on why and then went and tested that. Not mandatory.

Yes, this is one of the two vidoes out there of speed hacks since 1.2. But posting a video in these forums is a violation of the TOS and will get this thread deleted / some infraction points for you. Notice it was lowbies not 50s, hacks exist in this game, but they are extremely extremely rare.

Let me establish one undeniable fact I posted in this thread multiple times before you showed up. Then you posted something that conflicted with my posts / was meant to bait me. Once again, since you won't offer proof of rampant hacking in the form of videos (your lag switch argument does nothing because no one can verify that it isn't just normal BW's lousy codding acting up like it does left and right without the aid of hacks or lag switches). Since you can't offer any evidence without breaking TOS, and I can't offer evidence without violating TOS (not that offering evidence will ever effectively prove a negative but w/e) all we are left with is arguments from authority. You have established no authority on the subject matter, and I don't really see how you can since explaining how to hack is a violation of the TOS. I have established some degree of authority pointing out that "I heal for a leet guild" and I've given you a way to verify it. You can argue that this doesnot count for much, but it does imply very good knowledge of game mechanics, a high level of observation and lots of experience. In all of my games I haven't seen these hacks that you claim run rampant, the reason for this that I understand the mechanics, and that there is sometimes normal lag spikes as the normal course of the game. So, you may not like my authority, and you can claim it doesn't count for much, but it counts for something, and you haven't established any authority. So, in an argument where evidence is against the TOS, the argument from the greater authority wins. I've established greater authority. Now go away troll and stop posting in threads about how there are so many hacks and you with your amazing hacking knowledge because you have hacked in so many games (but not this one) are helping BW eliminate hacks by reporting them every second game and explaining to BW exactly how they were done. I'm under the impression there is an exploit to stealth cap a door in VS. Sometimes people will trigger it accidentally. It needs to be fixed. If it happens to you feel free to report it, but to paraphrase Criminalheretic report it in a "hey BW fix your map" way not a "this guy stleath capped he's hacking ban him!111!!!111 way" because you really can't know if he's triggering the exploit of purpose or not. As for speed hacks you should assume 99.99 times out of 100 its either, force speed, transcendence, hydrolic override, a passive 15% speed bonus in a spec, or lag / latency catching up. If you see someone literally teleport across the map its a speed hack, but to put things in perspective a good team can score in hutball in less than 15 seconds, so just because someone got somewhere FAST doesn't mean they speed hacked.

There are a LOT of interesting mechanics in this game, rules exceptions to rules based on other abilities ect ect. I think that makes it fun, but I do see how it can be frustrating when people don't understand them. Anyway see you around. You won't offer any video proof because its against the TOS, so it comes down to an argument for authority. I offer credentials and give you a way to verify them, you offer nothing and continue to troll / claim you have amazing knowledge of hacking and can tell BW exactly how the hack was done lol. As for stalking you look back on page one, you followed me to this thread. You know just as well as I that if I explain how hacks work it would be against the terms of service, same reason you won't offer a video. So once again argument from expertise and you won't establish any credentials because you are a private person. Again being a private person is fine but it means you can't win an argument from authority. And neither of us can furnish video evidence or explain how the hacks work because its against TOS. I played a game with the OP, afterwards he admitted to not seeing any hacks. He was just frustrated because he kept losing to premades. You lost this argument in other threads, why on earth would you start it again?

yes 6% to healing brain fart, been fooling around as dps too much lately.

keeping your TA up is supposed to give you a 2% bonus to healing. Found a thread somewhat recently that ran tests showing it wasn't giving the bonus, let me see if I can dig it back up, maybe it has been fixed. Harbinger has 5-6 competitive teams. 5 of them have the ability to cause cause upsets and beat each other. The sixth usually cannot beat the others, but they are tenacious. Best imp team is Full Resolve. Best pub team is Goof Troop. Other teams are Dead Weight (pub), Covenant (pub), We Haz Cookies (imp), and Ascendency (imp).

We've always been pretty closely bound. Some idiot from another server who thought he was goods just acted as a catalyst to make us even more so.

Hmm, this isn't the first time that mistake has been made so I suppose I should clarify. The player pools for cookies and Goof are fairly different. Myself, Psibre, and occasionally Vullesh and Sarah are pretty much it. Other than that cookies has quite a few lowbies in Goof, and a couple 50s that rarely get played and vice verse with goof players in cookies. Not that it really matters, if any of those listed guilds show up in regs its a win unless another one shows up on the other side. From there much more has to do with the pugs then the differences in ability between the guilds.

I could be mistaken but I think you republic range can go all the way into the afternoon. I also think your imperial range started to early and doesn't go late enough. That is based on conclusions I drew a couple moths ago though so maybe it has shifted, I don't think quite to the degree you have listed though. Lets see what other people noticed.

Yeah, if you are the calibur of player we have to worry about from "PVP" servers I"m not to worried. You also have no idea what any of our rated teams look like. Guess what, all of the "major league" guilds on our server have some people in them who aren't on their A team for ranked. Creus selling himself short again. Remember that second hutball last night? Those 3 pulls that put fuzzy beyond cookies ability to catch up to? Good games though.

Top players and top teams hijacking the pts? Yes please. This should be fun.
