Personally, I’ve been enjoying the Victor set.

This will probably never happen, but I'd love to get to tap into the light side and dark side moves. For instance, I'd love to tap into just a little bit of lighting on my full dark side Shadow. Not all the abilities, but just Shock and Depredating Volts.

I would LOVE to see this. Revered Master robes without the cloak would be brilliant. The Humble Hero set just doesn't do it for me. It dyes in such a weird way.

Is the sticky post at the top of the forum still a good guide? I'm just coming back from a year break, and apparently I have forgotten how to shadow tank. I fell back into the Guardian groove fairly easy, but my Shadow seems to get spanked by everything in MM Flashpoints. Right now my gear is mostly a set of 236 with a few higher pieces. Anybody have any tips to get me back in the swing? I did some searching on the forums, but most of it seems to be pretty old. Thanks for any help you can give!

From what I can tell, if you die, as long as you stay dead you still get credit.

I've also noticed on my Guard/Jugg when I leap towards a mob, my companions glitch and stop doing anything. It's not all of the time, but it's a solid 70% of the time.

I just got done killing "Kil'Cik the Swarm Lord" twice with an ops group. Both times he didn't count. After he died a second time, the whole ops group bailed putting us back at square one. If this new gear grind has to be so excessive, can it at least work as intended? I filed a bug report in game, but I was so frustrated I came here to post it as well.

I had somethiing similar happen to me. I sent an in-game help ticket and it was fixed in just a few days.

With all the wampas and other creatures, is there any way we could get a Varactyl companion? I know there's a lot happening with the game right now, but I figured it couldn't hurt to toss out the idea.

So here's the thing. I know we're about to get slapped around with these new changes, but what tricks do you use to get a little more DPS going while tanking? I can handle most MM Flashpoints just fine, but I'd like to be able to help with the DPS output just a little bit more. I've got 3 pieces of 248 armor, and the rest is 244-246 all tank set. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't mind these changes. I'm not a fan, but I can learn to adapt. The one thing I'd really like to see returned are the weekly quests. Let me complete my weekly FPs and PVP for each character for those nice 4k conquest points. That would eliminate a lot of my issues, personally. Just my $0.02.

I've been having the same problem recently. I've been sitting on a ticket for 2+ weeks so I finally filed another, and now both are sitting there lonely and unanswered. One of my tickets involves a class quest on my shadow that can't be completed. So I can't do any more work on his story. I assume it's just a lull with the expansion just dropping and whatnot. If it goes for a month unanswered, then I'll be worried.

I ran into that once with Senya. I just continued doing other stuff, logged out for a few hours, and when I came back it was working again. Hope this helps.

I've been looking for some info on how companion quests work nowadays, and I haven't found much info. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. A few quick questions on them: When you reach the end of your main class story, does it unlock the whole companion story or do you still need them to be rank 10 as well? Did they remove the quest to go on adventures with your companion? For instance, Qyzen's trip to Alderaan and Taris. Thanks for the help. I just want to make sure I complete all the companion stuff before I do KOTFE and lose the option.

I would actually cough up some additional money for CC's to get my hands on some Darth Maul style robes. Without the slightest bit of hesitation.

As an alt-a-holic, I love Double xp weekends. I've never experienced a game where there is such a strong hatred for these events. I'm all for finding a way to let people who don't want them get out of them, but I think they should absolutely stay.

The varactyls have to stop coming. They are taking all of my money. The debate has become: "Do I want a lvl 55 hilt, or this varactyl?" The varactyl wins every time.

I've been feeling the same way recently. My sage was the character that made me love the game again, and I used to love healing on him. But now I've played the commando so much, I would much rather heal with him. I always forget I'm on my sage and the following things always happen: Try to hammer shot = swing a saber Try to throw kolto bomb = Oh, you're bubbled now. and then I laugh and log back onto my commando.

Im not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure you can use all your skills with melee weapons that aren't sabers.

I have yet to have a single one pop for me, but perhaps I'm just unlucky.

I use HMs to get gear for other 55s. Since FPs pop a lot more on my tank, if a piece of gear I need for another character drops, I'm very good about asking if I could need it for another character. When the ninja strikes, I say something. If the ninja strikes twice, that's all the time that relationship has.
