  1. Ha, I don't have spell checker and lets face it, Choirs are not that much fun. Don't think a spell checker would have helped me anyway considering Quire is a real word.
  2. Indeed, this has been my experience as well. Smaller guilds are more of a tight nit group who care about their members.
  3. I think the concern is that when larger pearks come out, and as Andrya points out, they most likely will, the direction appears to be going larger rewards for larger guilds thus players in a smaller guild will not get as much of a reward making/forcing them to join a larger guild. Bad idea IMO
  4. RE any blue that has the 10-20% chance to learn the purp upgrade. Probably the next teir for the Might Stim will allow you to RE it to purp.
  5. Not all blues can be RE, and I am sure the Tech Might Stim is not RE. Just an inconsistency within most of the crafting skills, but might be a good thing to point out in the Suggestion Box forum. If it states it can’t be RE in red then you are probably SOL on that one.
  6. How do you know you get a purple from the Tech Might Stim? I don’t think that can be Reed.
  7. Good god Man!!! *** that looks ridiculous
  8. 1. WOW 2. Meridian 59 (only because it was one of the first MMOs and left a great impression on me) 3. SWTOR 4. Eve Online 5. Pirates Online
  9. ^ Biodrone, but seriously I like the game as well as I stated, however, the ratings I gave was my opinion only. I do love how one criticized me for ranking the title too high while the above individual stated I was inexperienced because I was too hard on it. Just shows EA how divides their players are about this title. Yes it can be improved, and I sure hope they do because I am still enjoying the game ($$ I am paying to play). Sandisrd, you need to realize most people are critical of this title because they care about how it turns out and the current road EA is taking does not show promising.
  10. But it can be designed way better then how they designed it. You know (Speculation) that once they add the bonus XP then other perks will creep in as time goes on.
  11. Got to love the radar dish on your head as well! Great for TV, but not so great for the e-peen.
  12. Preaching to the quire my friend, most of us on the forums feel the way you do. But we don’t need another post about it. I think EAware knows about this issue and will um well might work on it in the 2.2. All the old ugly crap will still be there, but most people just pull the mods out and add them to something cooler looking from the CM
  13. I think if they implemented this feature as described it will do nothing to enhance the game, in fact it will further the decay. I like the idea of guild perks, however they need to revaluate how it is implemented as to not destroy smaller guilds. From my experience guilds that focus solely on increasing members end up with majority of immature players with handful of good people. I am in an awesome guild now with great people, however they are picky on who they let in and sitting at only 164 members. What will happen to our guild and the great community we have going when this feature hits? I think I can tell you but it is not pretty…
  14. You mean history of making good Sports Titles. EA makes most of their money through acquisitions. Take a look at the proof, but I want you to pay attention to the dates of the acquisition… Since 1987 EA has aquired progessivly more companies to reflect their revenue decreases. This is what large corps do for the most part, it pads their wallets and makes for good tax write offs. Remember, SWTOR was started by Bioware, but now finished by EAware. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_acquisitions_by_Electronic_Arts The proof is in the history my friends.
  15. I think this is a huge mistake for EAware to make. This does not promote community imo and by forcing people into larger guilds for exp bonus only alienates players who don't care about being in a large guild. They should have a simple ranking system based on two things: PVP Rank = # of players killed in PVP by all players in the guild. PVE Rank = # of achievements and % of maps explored/missions/ops/fp completed by all players in the guild. Exp bonus would be based on the above. EAware could get creative (I know hard to believe) with this system and give additional bonuses for age of active guild. Special guild titles could be given based on where the guild ranks etc...
  16. I do like this game and have been a sub since launch. There are many pros and cons to this game, but anyone who says it is perfect, awesome, and the most wonderful game on the market would either be high on crack or inexperienced with MMOs. Here is how I rate the game on a scale of 1-10 (1 being worst I have ever seen) PVE - 8 PVP – 4 Balance – 5 World Graphics – 7 Character Models (armor and weapons factored in) - 2 Design – 4 Audio - 4 UI – 2 Theme – 9 EA takeover of Bioware - -10000000 / sarcasm SWTOR is a subpar game, but fun enough (PVE) to keep my sub going for a bit longer.
  17. I don't want to speculate that starting a grammer war might become true on this thread, however, imo, something being true and something being accurate are not the same. ac·cu·rate/ˈækyərɪt/ Show Spelled [ak-yer-it] Show IPA adjective 1. free from error or defect; consistent with a standard, rule, or model; precise; exact. true/tru/ Show Spelled [troo] Show IPA adjective, tru·er, tru·est, noun, adverb, verb, trued, tru·ing or true·ing. adjective 1. being in accordance with the actual state or conditions; conforming to reality or fact; not false: a true story. 2. real; genuine; authentic: true gold; true feelings. 3. sincere; not deceitful: a true interest in someone's welfare. 4. firm in allegiance; loyal; faithful; steadfast: a true friend. 5. being or reflecting the essential or genuine character of something: the true meaning of his statement.
  18. I agree, this would be the ideal way to go. I could not speculate as to why this was not implemented in the first place. They should have allowed player to acquire one color and add it to another to make a scheme. This system would even make them more money by selling individual colors vs. a color set.
  19. I think we should have Legacy datacron unlock, but ONLY those crons you have already unlocked on a character. This way you don’t have to go through the horrible jumping obstacle multiple times. I would be against unlocking all the datacrons without even doing the work to get them.
  20. LoL he said "accurately speculate", another Oxymoron to add to the list. Anyhow, I expected EAware to do this with the Dye system. Why release them all when you can nurse your wants for a while then throw you a cookie.
  21. LMAO. Do you work for EA? I have seen similar mentalities applied from within the dev team, and it has not improved the game. Sorry for the troll thread, but could not resist.
  22. I will say "work" for it. I totally agree with Fabulous, this is part of the MMO gaming experience to run instances as a group for gear that improved your toon. If I can just farm creds and buy the gear, *** would I want to run a FP or OPP for the 80th time.
