I unfortunately have to turn of "General" because I simply do not wish to see it. Makes for better playing. Bu yes! it needs to stop. If something changes within a game, it will essentially change a rating of a game. Or to perhaps explain my drivel a little better, If I rated this game 8/10 right when it launched and since then after F2P, the amount of content added, the amount of bugs fixed etc, were taken into account. How could a rating of 7 or 6/10 be bad (or in this guy's case 4/10)? Again that is an example. So There were changes made to the game, this would definitely warrant a change in rating if the person doing the rating was influenced positively or negatively by the change. Not sure if I am explaining it right. Back in history. (extreme example) SWG = at launch up to the cu (OPINION, JUST MY OPINION) Let's say 7/10 After NGE and a change to the game (drastic I know ) 4/10 You can take his review or leave it. But a game can get better or worse. I Rate it 7/10. But as someone posted, What does my opinion mater LOL Cheers!

When it come to the new race, their Story and choices is Content. Not the race itself. So it is sort of linked. you get the race, you get the content with that race. I can see why a new race IS CONTENT> Because of the story line this game has.

Need I have to explain that the title "We got some good people on this server" is just a reference to a whole? Must you be so literal? I was pointing out a reference to a positive experience that was had with one person from one guild. I am afraid You really jumped to a conclusion that really wasn't warranted.

A lot of times on Forums such as these, we always see a lot of doom and gloom. Just wanted to talk about a decent experience I had On our server. My alt lvl (now 29) was out questing on Tat. and was asked for help. I always Like to assist when I can and when I agreed, I Joined this person's group and this person was Lvl 50. Not sure what a lvl 50 would need with the likes of me. But I was able to assist them in their task and while I was not asking for anything, this person gave me two pieces of Armor I could wear when I reached a few higher level. Purples. I told them it was not necessary but I took them as this person told me they couldn't use them. My point is that we have a lot of decent people here. I love to see a good community and feel a good experience no matter how shallow it may be to some, deserves some mention. In running my guild, I try to promote good interaction and such with my officers and guild members and they are great folks. We've stood on that premise since 2003 from other games. Seeing that in other guilds is a great and positive sign as a community. While I will not mention the person's name out respect for their privacy, this person was from the guild βalance. I used the foot kissing as a silly joke. I know you didn't ask for that. forgive me. Still, I do not think any company would admit that they shipped out a lemon. Unless the management changes and they acknowledge that under the old regime these things occurred. Still I would gather that they are frustrated with the bugs. A different kind of frustration. The player base is the heart of the game and communication most important with us. I don't think, however, they will admit failure.

I see. But how do you wish them to say this "We are sorry to have deployed a patch to the game that had so many bugs in it. It is absolutely our fault and we sincerely apologize for this. As we have said we have acknowledge the bug reports we have received from the community and are providing our best effort in correcting these." Would that suffice? Would it not sincere enough? or "I humbly beg and plead forgiveness of each and every person playing this game for all that has happened since the deployment of patch 1.4. I know that I can speak for everyone here in the office when we say that our nights have been filled with restless sleep and even lack of executing simple tasks like eating and hygiene. If you will find it in your hearts to not leave the game, we promise we will do what we can to fix these irregularities within the game. Please...please...pleeeeaaase..." you know, I never understood the whole "Server First" thing. It's not like a race where there is only one prize, or is it? I mean it seems like something cool but the content is there for everyone. They will all do it when they do it. I guess bragging rights? Or do they give you something for being a server first? I would hope so, otherwise, I see no reason to boast about it. But then again, and forgive me, that is just my opinion.

But other than buying the game, if the player goes through the freemium model and not purchases anything at all from the Cartel shop during the entire time they play, essentially, they are playing the game for free. Or, at least, they can say that, anyway.

Larger problems in what way? Player subscriptions? Marketing techniques? Special SWTOR outside events to draw people? I am not being a wise guy.Just asking.

Well, People post in the suggestion box. I see great posts throughout these forums with great ways to to make the game more successful. Now, granted, a lot of these are suggestion of game play issues. and that is pretty much what we are the masters of. Playing the game and suggestion things to make the game we play more fun, hence more successful.. Are you suggesting a separate forum for this? Again, I think the suggestion forums are a good place to start.

Maybe they will put some of the "Cartel Pack" stuff on the CE and VIP vendors for a reduced cost or price? I dunno, Now that I think about it, that may be silly.

Agree, I have used Fraps for years.

Yeah, I probably will not be buying these Cartel Packs. Even though they may have an "assortment" of items in them.. Not worth the money.
