Describing your level as the driving force of the game is wrong as all your level gives you is a base line of stats and ability's its primary function is as a gating system. for an example of my point in action remove all your toons gear and wander into the nearest level 60 mob.

Allow me to point out everything wrong with your post... I fear you may be misdirecting your anger at the wrong person, surely it would be far more helpful to your cause if you directed it at the person that authorized this change to go into the game in the first place. This change has everything to do with difficulty in that it is changing the relative power level of high level players while they are in lower level areas. Thus making it objectively more difficult in those ares for higher level players. You may wish to farm credits in areas closer to or at your level as the credit gain scales on a rather steep curve, if you are however concerned about heroic farming the rewards will scale to your actual level making them many time more rewarding in terms of credits! so hooray! This is not a level driven game, it is a narratively focused progression driven game with a number of progression systems that use an XP derived leveling system to define minimum base stats and gate the upper limits of the other progression systems. calling it a level driven game is like saying the only thing that makes a car go faster is how hard you mash the accelerator. i agree, although i suspect we may differ on the intended target of the sentiment.

They have probably had to go back and adjust each one individually which is think is the reason musco said that he thinks that they have done most of them.

All of your ability's All of your discipline progression All of your utility points Your almost certainly superior quality gear (greens vs purples and blues) + whatever the scaling works out your stats to be. yes high level players will be loosing some of there power in lower level areas, but you will still be stupidly over powered in comparison to the content so that instead of just having to hit one button to insta Gib a mob you may have to hit 3 or 4

Hmm good question. i suppose my characters answers would be as follows Smuggler Open with an inappropriate beard joke, followed by a *Dirty Kick* to the plumbs then steal some sort of important data/maguffin/princess during the daring/comedy escape that follows. Trooper Say something like "because im Batman!!" followed by a pistol whip to the face with my trusty magically diapering pistol and then blow up a lot of stuff on the way out. please offer us some way of gaining reputation with factions that could only be gained via cartel market packs,once the packs final go off sale on the market. its really annoying for someone like me who has been on a bit of a break from the game to come back and find out that i cant gain rep with a faction because i can no longer buy the packs. i don't mind it being a bit of a grind but i really would like at lest some way of gaining rep with these factions.
