  1. Same. The warrior story is amazing. At the end...
  2. The vendor will eventually sell you some chest and pant patterns, but they'll be green. To get blue versions, you have to craft green versions and then "reverse engineer" them back into mats. Eventually when doing that, you'll get different blue patterns. (some more for tank, some more for dps, let's say). You can also go to the auction house to buy some patterns too! But those will most likely be "skins"; aka gold gear you must put mods/armoring into.
  3. I'd like coloured cantered different than the glow, that'd be cool! But the black looked like a lacking texture -- specially with how unexistant anti-aliasing is o.o
  4. Mm the first time I saw one of those "black cored" lightsabers, I thought my graphics had glitched... That's how "good" it looks :/
  5. True but still, it's some major crude dialogue hehe, I laughed hard. And well, in movies limb removal was always pretty bloodless, I mean, it'd cauterize. I assume
  6. >_>.. yes so my sith warrior can have a companion quest where he asks to bang a prostitute to see if she's worth the money to free her--- but apparently cutting an arm would be too offensive?
  7. OptimusPrime? That kind of wins the vote for me, hahahhaha
  8. I come from a pvp MMO where the vast majority of people rolled "light side" (nothing starwars related). And I kind of thought it'd be the same in this game... so I rolled "the bad guys". Alas, things didn't go the way I expected
  9. Yeah that ain't fun. But how do you feel when you're in a team of 40+ and the opponent has an average of level 30? Perhaps you actually feel lucky there's lowbies around all the sudden. Still, even on a losing team, I can.. and I've seen others.. score plenty of points and medals. High levels get shafted by lowbies but not oh-so-much. When I hit 50, which is going to be soon with my main toon, I'm really not going to look forward to be in a 50-only bracket. I'll be thinking about how people-before-me geared up off my squishie lowbie hide and now I'll be in a 50-only bracket being again at the bottom of the food chain. S'quite unfair.... I agree removing expertise is almost a better solution than implementing brackets now. I always.. always wanted levels to just be balanced on teams instead of brackets. To just have the same numbers of 50s on both sides, and 10s and 20s and so on. Then the high levels can -teach- the low levels and show them, kinda mentoring... and low levels don't have to feel -bad- being the popy people in the team. Well, brackets, it's for a greater good I suppose. But this fix is in deed very very .. very late.

    Expertise...why?

M'yeah, not everyone wants to "go through hell" and actually pay money for it. Which is perfectly understandable. A game should be enjoyable. Having a period of "not fun" isn't exactly appealing for most people --- But comming from a Korean game, man, 2 weeks for end-game pvp gear is hell-fast... even 2 months would be fast. Still, it doesn't excuse foul mechanics like no-bracket warzones---- or game breaking stats that unbalance classes more. Oh and I find tank pvp gear to be really.. really ugly. D: wtb reskin.
  11. More often than not it's protection points that help get em there.

    Expertise...why?

^ this, lots of this. I'm cool with having low dps as a tank class. But as a heavy armor wearer, and level 47, I get kind of insulted to be 3 shot by someone popping out of stealth when I'm in tank-stance (40something% damage reduc?). Ok so they most likely had PvP damage, that's fine and danddy, but being a tank class I shouldn't feel like I'm wearing cloth <.<
  13. Thank you for the sane post. I started playing some weeks after the game came out, people were already 50. We had to deal with 50s in our warzones from the moment we got to 10 and now that I'm nearing 50 (because I'm not rushing); some patch is suppose to implement brackets and people like me who started late will never get to play against "easy adversaries" when we get our 50 pvp gear. It's a double backstab. Also, I never did biochem, didn't know about it and I don't think I want to star over just for those crafts when I'm almost maxed in my current gathering/craft. So I'll have to make due without--- and to say that "pvpers" should all be biochem is stupid. It's obviously a flawed system. But hey, I've seen worse. In Aion it took me a whole month just to get the best pvp weapon, and that's considered "fast"... PvP gear in that game is many months of grind; although not RNG.... Korean games put Swtor to shame when it comes to "grind" Makes me think PvP gear is way too easy to get here if some people managed full end-game sets in a week.
  14. Ah thank you for digging it up, I was actually looking for it. It's far too entertaining to let it die.
