I'm in phone queue now, not sure if it will help, someone suggested it. Sounds like a known bug. The queue is 45 min fyi. I guess I'll just start leveling a repub toon. I'll post if I have any luck with their phone support.

Yes, I have this problem as well, only my repub toons are able to access the xpac, I too have made a post about this here and in the bug reports. -_-

This 100%. Pot5, Bastion, Harbinger, Jedi Covenant, Ebon Hawk, Shadowlands, gen chat ***** talk is always the same, I think pot5 got this "toxic" rep from way back when the initial server transfers were allowed and some guilds ran back home because of the "pot5 meanies" (ie: they received an ego check and conveniently they all wanted to go play FFXIV instead....wait, was that too smarmy in a pot5 sorta way?) What I've see is some have continued to carry that banner to this day on these forums. The "Toxic community of pot5" rant is old and tired to be quite frank. Other than that, reading this thread made my eyeballs roll so far back I saw my brain. Cheers!

I'm leveling a toon on harbinger with a friend, why? I don't know, and will move to a different server shortly. Never had any problems with Bastion, granted it was a lower population server, but on harbinger I have to plan my queue pops around latency "spikes" that generally last 5-10 minutes and between me or my buddy dc'ing in the middle of wzs it can often take 1-2 hours just to complete the daily. This has not been a one time occurance, it's every day I play. Shadowlands is the "new" high pop server, I've seen some lag spikes but overall the game play has been smooth. tl;dr Harbinger is powered by a hamster.

inb4 you mention pot5's toxic community, we get it, you don't like us. I think at this point, the pvp'ers don't care. Put the rp'ers together, and then merge pot5 with a pve server, most of us have already left to JC, Shadowlands and Harbinger anyways.

Why was this moved, sticking your heads in the sand is not going to make this issue go away. It's such blatant disregard to the paying customer not to at least give a current appraisal of the situation, heck, I bet a "we are currently looking into the low population issue of these two servers would placate a lot of people. Oh well, until another thread like this pops up in a few days.....

I play and enjoy both games, WoW gained about that many players with the release of Warlords of Draenor and everyone figured it would drop back down to normal levels after the new content had been out, what 6 months now. Seriously though, the Dalaran pve realm (server) alone probably has as many subscribers playing on it than all of swtor, I mean; have you been to pot5 lately, jung ma? I'm also curious, does the cartel coin store count towards swtor's growth? IMO, it's what is keeping this game afloat. I freakin' loath giving bioware my money and even I buy those damn packs. This would be great, so I too can call out over extending entitled cry babies that they were indeed getting healed.

How is merging two dead servers together going to help? Maybe a year ago yeah, but now you have a merged server with a terminal illness given 4-6 months to live. Speaking for me and the people I play with, a Jung ma + pot5 merge will NOT bring us back, only something huge will. Until then we're spread out like refugees. That being said, I absolutely respect your dedication to your server and attempting to make the situation better.

Where exactly did I say it was your fault? Please, do not give Bioware immunity on this and passing it off that I'm blaming another subscriber for their failures. If you've followed the server transfer issue an iota, you would know that you will not lose characters - based on past experiences of other server mergers/people with a myriad of toons-. Caveat: Not saying that won't happen, but it didn't in the past. How's the RP gonna be when there is no one to play with? Sorry Zero Fu....sympathy given for you wanting to go down with the ship to save your character's rich legacy.
