For those few of you out there that like the sound, I'm happy for you. Glad you like it. Like I said, I like the look just not the sound. I guess i want my lightsaber to sound like a lightsaber. Alot of people on the fleet and in groups I was in today were also saying how the sound kinda sucks. To each their own I guess. It's just sad that I think this fits my alt Jugg so well in looks but horrible in sound.

That is unfortunate, maybe it's a bug.
Nah, it's not a bug. What I'm saying is the ignition sound itself is very faint. Sounds nothing like a traditional lightsaber. I'm gonna use it because it looks sweet as hell but the ignition sound and the sound of it being swung sounds week.

Has a horrible sound. It doesn't really even have a sound! =/ I love the look. It's wicked awesome. On that part I couldn'tbe happier for my lowbie Jugg. But come on!! Where is the ignition sound!

The feeling hearing the opening credits to New Hope for the SECOND time? I say the second time because you had no clue what to expect the first time around. So, did it give you goose bumps the second time? Were you going off your rocker just listening to the opening credits? Just curious for y'all out there. I still do this day go nuts when I hear it.

Yeah, still on going. The baloon vanished right before I was supposed to hop on it. I had been waiting on hour for it to cycle through. While getting ganked multiple times by a 55 Pyro pos. Fck you and fck this game sometimes. Ive been complaining about this since launch. The excuses never end with this bug. Just admit it .. its beyond your brain power to fix. So its working as intended.

I've been Vigilance since launch ... and when I first read about this nerf, I was sadpanda. Our smash in Vigilance is a focus builder/stealth finder. It should not be looked at the same as in the focus spec. I really do hope they do something about this.

Again .. not saying SWG > SWTOR ... I've been here since launch. I am in no way hating on the game. I love it. I just want more fluid combat for Jedi. It has alway been about finesse.

So tired of people coming up with bs excuses on why Jedi don't have that "iconic look." Look people, since the beginning Jedi have worn pretty much was shown in Ep 1-6. How much fan art and blah blah blah do you need to understand that this has always been yet not a have to for Jedi wears.
LEATHER BOOTS THAT COME UP TO THE KNEE WITH OUT BIG KNEE PADS OR GLOWING CRAP ON THEM FFS!! I would kill for those. But again, those are part of the entire "iconic Jedi," look that we have all been asking for on here. Stop giving us welfare robes and second tier comments that we have the Relnex set so we should stop complaining about this. This is Star Wars ... I main Jedi's ... and i want them to look the part. Jedi have worn the same dag on' thing since the start.

Is that an adaptive version of the medium armor chest you are wearing? I always loved that chest piece but it was only medium armor and when I played my guardian there was no such thing as adaptive armor.

Say what you will ... flame if you must. But anybody that played SWG and then plays SWTOR would tell you that combat for a Jedi Knight in this game is ... pretty dang sad. SWG came out in 03' ffs. Jedi combat in that game was fluid ... fancy ... and it looked like you were actually attacking with a lightsaber. Lightsabers in SWTOR look and act like a solid baseball bat. I just don't understand how a came that came out over a decade ago could make movement and combat from a game released today look so cheap. I've played here since launch and I'm not hating ... I'm honestly asking.

When you say top dog ... you mean what? Total dmg? Because that is all Focus spec does better the Vig. Sure with Focus spec I can go into a group toss out some fast AOE dmg and then die .. looks pretty but does nothing in all reality. I've been a Guardian since launch lvling up 4 Guardians and 3 Juggs. I strictly PvP and I can tell you that somebody that knows how to use a VIg Guardian will kill any class with ease. It's the best 1v1 tree in the game. I understand this is just my opinion and I understand that maybe I'm just better (lol). As Vig, I can jump in a crowd and beat a healer into submission or get him to run which is even better. With the skill changes ... IMO this is game breaking to this spec.
My point is .. that just because Focus spec has its one trick pony and high end warzone dmg doesn't mean it's better then Vig (especially now). Just means baddies can look like they did something when in actuality they didn't do jack. Vig on the other hand ... you can literally make people look bad at their class when you face them with a knowledgeable Vig Guardian.

I have made and deleted more Jedi and Sith then I can count just because I love the story line. This would be a great piece of the SWTOR puzzle. I couldn't imagine people not loving this. Going through the quests having your armor skins, skills and all knowing badarsness lol I would love for them to put this in our Star Wars world.

Answer my question OP.
2 things good sir .. if you want to give you my opinion simply by the way they dress .. and let me point out that not one of those outfits in your three pics are the JET BLACK half machine garb with a red lightsaber showing through that I started this thread about in the first place .. second .. I know of those you speak of in those three pics so it makes it hard not to just say one way or the other. The attire in the three pics you posted did not say Jedi or Sith to me. Which is why I liked them.
People keep going totally left field here with what I stated in my original post here to start this thread. I am talking about the well known, or black semi mechanical/organic Sith attire with red lightsabers on a Jedi toon. These arguments about "Ohh you don't know of nor have you ever heard of Dark Jedi," ... or "Grey Jedi," .... Dark Jedi .. are not Republic Jedi. They do not answer to the council ... they are not Jedi Knights. They have turned from the path of the lightside and walk their own. Grey Jedi ... follow the light but are defiant at times with the will of the council. They sure as shyt don't go walking around is Sith/EMpire garb blazing a red lightsaber crystal.
It is a game .. we are allowed to play it any way the game lets us. And any way that makes you happy. I never stated that you couldn't. I was simply expressing something that is near and dear to me and wanted to vent to all of you.
To all those who say "MMo's aren't for you if you have issues with how people dress" ... trololol Ive been playing MMO's since text based! haha Let me just tell you .. No other MMO does it for me like Star Wars because .. I am a fanboy. I could care less in every other one that I play how people dress. WoW .. Rift .. Aion .. Tera ... Guild Wars 1 n' 2 ... and everyother one Ive played that I don't feel to mention.

You know, these marvelous arguments have convinced me. All Jedi should dress like they are hiding out amongst the Tatooine moisture farmers, all the time. Because that piece of lore really makes sense.
I love this. Why? because this so called Obi-Wan dress code was only because he was on Tatooine ... Funny .. they wore the same robes and under clothes in Ep 1-3 ... no where near Tatooine. So called Traditional (which by the way is not what i was asking for in the first place.)

Did you know that there is an - albeit deleted - ROTS scene of an Clone dressed in Jedi robes ?
Would you protest to this as well ? Because he didn't wear proper Clone armor ? I's very much against the lore as well, you know ...
And, just to add a funny thing : The farmers on Tatooine during ANH were ALL dressed like Jedi ... So Ben Kenobi didn't have to hide himself all of the time ... Just look at how Wiosle4a looked like ... It's against the lore as well, you know ...
Even worse : In the Clone Wars, Jedi were wering Clone armor ! Gasp ! It's against the lore ! Jedi should wear Jedi robes and not Clone armour !
This all just made me laugh. Me saying that Jedi running around with red crystal lightsabers and dark semi mechanical Empire armor and so called Sith armor all the time is what bothers me .. you give me this statement? lol Ohh lawdz.

Umm when did I say "you must," or anybody MUST do anything? Again .. I am simply stating something that bothers me. I am giving my opinion. I am not forcing it on anyone. Nor did I state that I was.
There was no mood behind my sentence. I meant it. I have 4 Juggs and 3 Marauders myself. I play them to be Sith. Along with my 4 Guardians and 4 Sentinels .. I play them as Jedi.
This thread was not started to bash anybody. I was simply putting out my feelings on the subject and what Star Wars is to me. That does not mean any way shape or form that I am telling ANYBODY how they should play.

Who is judging? I never said "NO! you may not do this!" I simply am giving my thoughts and opinions. We all have a right do as we see fit so long as the game allows it. It still doesn't change the fact that I was talking about specific Star Wars lore. And how I .. not you .. nor anybody else.. but I, wish it was more true to form. Jedi vs Sith is what made Star Wars famous. Would Star Wars of become so famous if it wasn't for those two factions going at it? I think not good Sir/ma'am.

Jedi Knights looking like Sith. What saddens me the most in this game is the lack or respect for the Star Wars lore. I love Jedi .. I love Sith. I love the lore base distinction that sets them apart. It could be because I am a fanboy. I won't deny that. And it's obvious in this game that alot of people don't see Star Wars the same way I do. I think this is one of the biggest mistakes made by EA/Bioware. When you watch the movies or read the the books you either see or image a Jedi and Sith, lightsabers going .. fighting for each of their very beliefs. Yet here we are .. in a Star Wars game where Jedi dress like Sith and go dark path. You want to look like a Sith? That is great!! Make one. And vise versa. Lvl up and have one of each. And enjoy them the way Star Wars was meant to be played out. =/

What I find funny .... That alot of these threads and posts equal out to Pubs suck so I went Emp to be OP. If you are one of those players ... YOU are part of the problem. Everybody leaving the Pub side to go Emp, to get carried, imo is why we have such an imbalance.
Simple fix .. They should have never allowed people to make both factions on the same server. Period. Its never worked in ANY MMO. Complete fcktard idea and just right out fckery at its best.

Welcome to Star Wars .. where they almost make Star Wars armor. They have yet to get a set right. Everything is a cheap re-skin or color variation of something else they already have. The division responsible for armor in this game couldn't be more clueless and lazy.
