  1. I was working on the 330 lvl. I only had one so I'll get a second and see. My guess is I won't get the achievement since it's retired but maybe I'll still eventually get the discount.
  2. So the cost reducing works for people who got it between 7.1 and 7.2 but 7.2 retired them and people can no longer get the discount? I understand how they ended up retired by being in the Feats of Strength category but It doesn't seem like retiring new achievements designed recently to help with alts is intended. Hopefully, they can restore them to reestablish the discounts for people that don't have it yet.
  3. Looks like 7.1 was when they added the discount, so it's odd to me they would retire it 1 big patch later.
  4. Thanks for the reply. I was looking back through old patch notes but I didn't get that far. Those patch noted for 7.0 say that's when they introduced the implants having set bonuses on them. I think the Implant Destiny achievement came out around the same time as well so it doesn't make sense that it would be created and placed in the retired section at the same time.
  5. I was reading about upgrading my implants and how this achievement would discount the Tech Fragment cost of future implants only to see I did not get a discount. These achievements have been moved to the retired section. Is this intended?
  6. Nevermind. I found it. Under My SWTOR and not community.
  7. I'm not seeing it yet. Is it somewhere else or removed? I'd like to be able to check like before without signing all the way in to find out they are still offline.
  8. Just adding to the mix. I can't stand these changes. Bright as hell, 8 per row vs 10, no more smooth rounded corners and probably not a change but just now more apparent is the large unusable space between icons. Also the currency page puts things I don't care about at the top now and if you collapse it, that only lasts until you leave and its then expanded again on return. Please put it back or at least let us turn down the brightness of the inventory squares.
  9. They are clearly on top of things. You may not be seeing it but even on swtor.com, you can see thy continually update things like last media 2018 and last screenshot 2017. They got this covered. Nothing to worry about
  10. Back in early September, I made a comment in response to them continuing the CXP buff from dailies. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=932067&page=4 "For the legacy 25% for all characters less than 300, how about taking something from Marvel Heroes and give an incremental boost for every character that you have at 300, up to a max of say 100%. Something like 25% for the first, another 25% for the 2nd and 10% for each additional up to 100%. I would even say 200-300% would be fair for a max based on players deserving that for doing the grind that much" I'm sure the upcoming change is not due to my comment, but I can pretend they listened at least:)
  11. As I continue to enjoy the perks of this bug, I wanted to share some ideas for CXP. Right now there are two types of legacy perks and I feel both could be improved. For the per character one, 10% seems very low. I get making the grind take longer on release but by now I would think 25% to 50% would be fair. For the legacy 25% for all characters less than 300, how about taking something from Marvel Heroes and give an incremental boost for every character that you have at 300, up to a max of say 100%. Something like 25% for the first, another 25% for the 2nd and 10% for each additional up to 100%. I would even say 200-300% would be fair for a max based on players deserving that for doing the grind that much. Anyways, thanks for the bug. Its been great:)
  12. I also just realized they gave the pants Presence instead of Mastery:)
  13. That was kind of what I was thinking as well. Now, since I original made this post, I made it to 65 and it was still easy since only 3 pieces were like this and I have no doubt it still would have been easy if I had the whole set. So even thought they don't seem to want it being permanently used at max level, I need to see if I will have really high stats on alts I'm leveling at like level 15:)
  14. Yeah, that is how it works. No question about that. The question is the gear is modable but does not have not have a spot for armor. I can put in mods and enhancements but no armor. The mentioning of adaptive was only thinking they may have expanded from what it currently is. To clear things up, here are some picks so you can see what I'm seeing: http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c326/jumprun41121/Random/XP%20Chest_zpsf5dbi2gf.png http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c326/jumprun41121/Random/XP%20Head_zpsggqhtoog.png http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c326/jumprun41121/Random/XP%20Pants_zpsimd0tfxc.png
  15. I got mine earlier and I figured that maybe they added a function to have the armoring mod also adaptive based on level or something like that. That was at lvl 50 and now at 60, I see the stats have not gone up so its quickly becoming crap gear. Things are still easy to kill so this won't be an issue but I'm just wondering if I missed a post on this that explains how they are suppose to work. UPDATE: I put some pics below and tried a few things. So, this new gear has nor armor slots and static stats of a level 50 armor mod. The stats are a mix of Mastery/End and Mastery/Presence from the 3 pieces I've seen so far. The stats do not scale but when used on a level 1 character stay high until level sync kicks in. This should let us use the gear all the way to 50 without having to replace the armor mods like we use to in the past (I normally take common crystal rewards and update my gear every 10-20 levels).
  16. lol but ty. that did clear it at least so now I can move on with my life. I thought I had tried that already, but I guess not:(
  17. Why are these all of a sudden default selected and unable to uncheck? For me, this was the most important part of them letting us select which mounts we want to have as part of our random selection. Don't get me wrong, I use rocket boots all the time, but there is never a time where I intentionally mount that I want rocket boots. The go away if I aggro mobs and the fall off after 12 seconds.
  18. This is the funniest thing I've heard on this event. Actually telling people to level characters and then delete them. LOL. Sounds like you really thought this event out all the way:)
  19. QUESTION: How did this feature get prioritized over adding weapons to costumes?
  20. I agree this would be a much better option. The augment system alone completely removes any reason for static gear in the game, but individual mods could actually be helpful. Also, they would be 216 so is doesn't matter for SM OPS anyways and people would still do HM for the 220/224 stuff.
  21. So far this sounds kind of fun, even for a hardcore raider. The one thing I don't like that stands out is static gear. I think the level of this static gear makes sense, but AUGMENTS. 1022 points to tertiary stats is huge and people will not fork out 700k to buy augments and 500k to apply them to static gear, which will also probably be vendor stats and not balanced token gear stats. This means this gear will not prepare them for HM OPs. I know they can craft to make augments or remove them, but that's still money they don't get from selling them themselves and around 200k to remove them all once they get moddable gear. Those static pieces will be considered vendor trash for a long percent of the community. The only way I can see this as possible is. Other than that, I do think I'll have fun wrecking these 10 levels Maybe parsely will even have a leaderboard
  22. Better Matrix cube Have there be a chance for you to get an item to charge (level) your matrix cube. Make it take 15 charges to get up to a max level 65 and its stats dps/heals being somewhere around the 220 SA relic, with an option to make it with tanking stats. The ability to swap stats out of combat would even be better since we can only have one cube. The higher level you can complete, the greater chance of it dropping. Make the charges bound. Overall, I bring this up because I miss the matrix cube and think this might be a way to bring it back. Add the progression element to it and make it viable in raiding and it could be an alternative for raiders until they get 224 relics. The static stats need to be well thought out though, because too high and it will be immediately preferred over any of the proc relics since its pure dps/heals.
