  1. Thanks for telling me about Rupture. I was under the impression that the point of Annihilation was to stack as many bleeds, so this had me thinking that two Ruptures were stack-able. Anything else that I should add to a rotation? Should I consider priorities in attacks, and attacks that have effects on top of other attacks, etc? Also, I had started with Jump, because I'm used to always being Rage starved. Can never have enough, so this is why I would Jump then go for Battering Assault.
  2. Annihilation, mainly focused on PvP, although I would also like to hear it for PvE as well. What is the absolute, best and most effective skill rotation I should be using, that will give me the absolute most damage this class is capable of doing (besides factoring in gear and whatnot)? This is my starting rotation, so do tell if it's not right: Jump -> Battering Assault -> Rupture -> Annihilate -> Rupture (if it cools down from Anni) -> Deadly Saber -> Ravage -> Jump (for more Rage) -> Vicious Slash (to get bleed from deadly saber) -> Force Scream (to finish, if not dead)
  3. Uhm, well I'm not exactly familiar with all acronyms, so what is IA gear?
  4. Title says it all. I've got a ton of centurion commendations, and thought I should outfit Vette. Which ones are the best for her?
  5. Lol. This class needs a buff. Now, I didn't play Anni, so I'll respec after the patch to see how things will go. But ever since I re-rolled to a Shadow, the difference was IMMENSE. Wouldn't you say a level 22 Shadow that defeats a level 40 Maurader in a 1v1 (both were at full health) is proof enough that Mauraders are in need of improvement? I would. And I say these things because dual wielders are always my favorite class in MMO's, and would LOVE to see this class be equal to the others.
  6. You know what you can do to make your experience 10000000000 times better as a Shadow? Go play a Marauder on the Empire -> Have "fun" with your "strong, and up to par" class -> Then once you're completely fed up, go back to your Shadow. You will feel a million times stronger and more effective in PvP. Even in low levels.
  7. Switched to Assassin. 100000000000000 times better in terms of lower levels. I don't believe one should have to go through 49 levels of completely uselessness, only to finally have 1 level of being even with everyone else.
  8. No, Marauders/Sentinels should be buffed. I'm having a WAAAAAY easier time as a Shadow then I ever did as a Marauder.
  9. Chalk up one more argument up for: this class is crap until it hits 50, which then becomes even with everyone else.
  10. By far the best piece of advice on these forums. Way may be even at level 50 - but until then are completely far behind.
  11. Lol, go play a Marauder. Then you will see that the answer to your question is a definite: NO.
  12. Hey guys. So I'm looking to reroll to an Assassin, but looking at the Inquisitor forums it seems that everyone is claiming that sorcs are OP. Would you say that Assassins are equally as effective in killing as Sorcs, or is it the other way around?
  13. I love the way you put that. (not sarcasm.) So if it is true what you say, that light saber classes are the weakest in the game, then this game is in fact absurd in that sense. Why would a knife made from raw materials be higher in damage from a saber made from pure energy, that cuts through doors made from - whatever metals - they use in Star Wars to make things? (I don't think advance civilizations would use steel). Little sense, this makes.
  14. The above is only to be taken serious if you plan on going up the Carnage tree.
  15. Never had a problem with PvE, unless it was a Flashpoint that was exactly my level. Always seemed to be the first to die. So I've switched to the "noobish" Rage spec, and will never go back to Carnage. Only level 35 of course, so naturally I'm still in the horrible parts of this class. However, my kill output has drastically increased. I'm able to kill bosses before dying that I normally could not, and PvP has allowed me to kill much quicker. Even some that are ten levels higher have problems with me. Not all of course, but a select few. I'm convinced Rage is much better than Carnage. Yes, I'm sure it gets better once you hit level 40, but that's an absurdity. Why should I wait 30 levels to finally be on the same playing field as everyone else? There's no logic in that. Either way, I'll probably enjoy my character a lot more now that I can actually do things.
