  1. My eyes bleed every time I have to walk through the twelve corridors of every space station without my speeder. Please fix this. "Dear player: please enjoy the long and pointless, eye-bleeding walk every time you want to get to another planet from the republic fleet! Love, Bioware." I'm pretty sure in my grumpy, slightly hung over state, I'm understanding the true nature of things.
  2. I think this is pretty obvious, but.. I think you should be able to preview weapons on the character gear preview window. I don't want to buy a moddable assault cannon from the auction house if I have no idea what it looks like.
  3. Are there any plans to improve the functionality of the crafting interface? For instance, every time I open it I have to select the option to organize by level for it to make sense, and then even then it could still be organized in order of purple, then blue, then green items. Or in some more coherent way. Also, thank you for making the storyline so utterly spectacular.
  4. dear lord, please implement this. we have it for the republic fleet but not every other station. it makes entering and leaving the spaceport a big annoyance (for my impatient self). thanks!
  5. As an altoholic and crew skill addict, I'm always logging off, switching to another character, and sending my crew out on crew skill missions. Since we're clearly encouraged to create a lot of different characters with the legacy system and such, it would be awesome to have a way to switch to another character without going back to the character select screen. A little drop down menu with my other characters, so that I could fast switch between them, would be a life of luxury. Also you guys should probably just hire me as an ideas guy.
  6. So, as a new player, I love the ship combat system. It's kind of like playing an old arcade game, but better in a certain way. As a cybertech, I was really excited to craft my grade 2 ship upgrades. What I think is a game flaw though, is that I could opt to purchase the green quality grade 3 upgrades, but there is no bonuses. For instance the grade 2 blue energy shield also gives an added bonus of 3 damage for your blasters. But then the grade 3 energy shield has more shielding but has no added benefits. And, for some reason, I can't craft them. Also, the craftable grade 4 upgrades I have to wait til a higher level to get. It would go along well with the crafting themes of the game to have all the levels upgradable. If you want to invest extra time or money, you can get the energy shields with the added attack on them as well.
  7. So, the legacy system is still being built. What a great time to incorporate legacy speeders. The most annoying thing as a person making alts is probably waiting til level 25 to make a speeder after getting adjusted to the luxury of having one. I imagine it will be a more advanced legacy experience purchase, but alt speeder training would be a dream upon dreams. Perhaps, if not level 1, at least level 15 or so. TEN LEVELS OF BONUS SPEEDING. Make it so?
  8. Do you have any plans for improving the usability of the auction house? Like, perhaps, a search all function?
  9. Just a small bug, but one that bugs me a bit (hah). C2-N2 is the most obvious example because he's, well, pretty annoying. You send him out on a crew skills mission and he comes back with a solid amount of stuff and apologizes for how inadequate he is. But then when he actually completely fails at a mission he'll think he does a good job. What they say when they come back seems to be random, and not dependent on their success. It would probably be a quick fix to make what they say correlate to what actually happened, and as a crew skill thing, it will affect almost every player constantly, even if it is minor.
  10. On the Nar Shaddaa quest Captive, the bonus quest "Jailbreak" seems pretty exciting. You open up 16 or so prison cells to free the captives of the empire.. but only one captive occupies one out of every four cells. So, opening up one of the most restricted prisons the empire has, and 3/4 of it's cells are empty. Thought it was probably just an oversight or bug.
  11. So you don't want your post to go where it will actually get seen and acted on by developers faster? I don't know if you've noticed how incredibly immense the game is, but not everything is going to be perfect launch day. I'd bet you $100 the auction house will be more functional by next year. The things that obviously have problems will get fixed. They obviously didn't have time for every little thing at launch (like the legacy system or the guild system for example) but it's also obvious that they're working on these things. Chillax.
  12. What is really overpowered is friendship. Just imagine, someone with the unfair ability to be able to tolerate or even enjoy the company of others to the extent that they could get other people to want to group up with them. Now that's scary. You come across a multiboxer and you start scattering or CCing their guys, they lose their mind looking at their 4 different computer screens where 4 different things are happening, and trying to get everything back together. But four nerdy friends with head sets, you'll get eaten alive if you accidentally stumble across them on some planet in the middle of nowhere. Personally, I don't have the ability to tolerate other people on mmo's enough to want to group up and wander around with them for very long, and I'm kind of upset that there are people with this unfair advantage. Still, I guess everyone has their unfair advantages. Most mmo's I think tolerate multiboxing because they know it's only secondary to the gross overpoweredness of teamwork. As a side note, I've casually dual-boxed before, and it's really really hard getting all of that set up, getting everyone to do the same thing at once, and while sometimes it's awesome killing guys at double speed, you can barely control either character, and there are a lot of situations where you get hung up. It's a different form of gameplay, and it takes as much if not more skill than playing one character. And it's not necessarily more fun.
