I had someone invite me without any messages beforehand. I hit decline. Reinvites me again. Again i hit decline. I then get a PM stating something along the lines of " Its an MMO, so you are susposed to group and help people out when asked." I respond " I do group but I am handing in quests and going to bed , its 4am" Reply from XXX " Whatever *****-whole, your a complete d_ _ k. You are right here and i need help with these quests" I respond " So i should just drop whatever I am doing, forget that i am tired and want to sleep just so i can help you" Reply from XXX "Whatever you waste of a life. Have fun in your mom's basement and enjoy having no social life because you cant understand how MMOs work" After that I never responded and just was in complete amazement that someone that wanted assistance never once asked in General for group, just blindly sent me an invite and then goes on a rampage about everything. I was laughing and went on to tell my several guildmates the story. Have screenies of it but at work right now.

I believe he is making a statement that in order to get certain things in WoW you have to now purchase it on their website. Rare pets, special mounts, etc.

I have noticed no change at all on Lord Ardaas (Empire side). Fleet has always been hovering around 200+. Was there around 200 entire weekend.

One of the most innovative things WoW did was make their game so easy that a caveman could play it. Prior to WoW MMOs were only played by hardcore gamers that dedicated countless hours a day to play. For better or worse they changed the MMO community forever. IMO they killed it.

if you have a healing spell yuo would target your companion and hit your heal spell. if you do not have a healing spell then you cant.

Also not being 50 yet is a GREAT thing. Why you ask? Obviously I am playing very casually but I am definately learning everything about my character, my crew, my crafting (sure i am probably wasting alot of credits but who cares, i am having a great time). Also the longer i take, the more time BW has time to fix issues which means smoother playing for me down the road. I honestly havent had this much fun his EQ. If you add up all my characters I am level 99+. Surprisely enough my highest is only 22 Between making alts, crafting, pvping, and only getting to play about 2 hours a night Monday through Thursday I will not be hitting 50 probably until April or May. If i ever get to play hardcore during the weekends hell i might even make it to 50 my March.

But then you will never have any nemisis. I know already on my server I have one. Any time i see him my blood boils and I go after him immediately. Cross server kills any of this because you will never see these people again.

At able 350 so far. I have received several orange gear but cannot remember once ever gettting any purple items.

What they should do is make using the stations free to mod your items. Mobile modding costs more. That way you make a desicion. Is it worth paying to toss this upgrade in now or just wait to get to a mod station.

Serverwide chat channels are bad idea. WoW tried that with the LFG channel and it was removed about 2 months later because it was complete chaos.

HAHA.. Awesome logic. One main problem with that. Run one mission. cost 2000 credits , you get 10 aluminum (so cost per is 200 cr per) Run another mission, cost 2000 credits, you get 4 aluminum (so cost is 500 cr per) In essense you lost money therefor slicing missions SHOULD have the chance to return less credits then it cost. BTW, 400 slicing on 3 characters, never had a problem making money since day 1 to yesterday. Havent played yet today.

High Affection does also affect success and crit rate. I saw the tooltip while loading last night.

Agree with OP. Everyone of us probably has purchased a game in our lifetime that we thought was going to be amazing only to realize shortly afterward that it was not what we expected or wanted. That game in turn gets tossed in the stack. List of games i can think of that I personally did not like shortly after playing. I am not saying that they arent great games, some of you might love them. Jealous. I tried to get SWTOR to work at work but the computer just wont run it. I get the black screen after i hit play and then it goes back to the desktop. I would love just to be able to run missions while at work but no worky worky

I believe your thinking of Kithicor Forest. It has levels 10 mobs and also had level 50 mobs. If you went anywhere CLOSE to the area where the 50s were they would agro from like 20 screens away and you never even saw them coming. Nothing will ever be as epic(or as annoying) as EQ and death penalty. Ding, reding, reding. New spells, dead, crap now i cant use those anymore. ERRRRR Oh how I miss hardcore gaming!!!

There are in fact some servers that have VERY low population. Master Durak for example on the republic side over this weekend had at one time only 6 people on Fleet. Max I saw was 22. Luckily for me I play on multiple servers. My empire server always has over 250+ on the fleet at any given time. I will continue to play on both sides and hopefully the lower population servers will get more people as the months progress. If not then they might have to think about the possibility of merging server down the road. For now, its too early to think about something like that.

You must have missed several quests. I was level 10 when i finished my final quest. The only quset that i had problems with on my SI was the final droid kill quest (to kill the elite). I just waited until i got my companion and destroyed that thing. Check your map, make sure you have everything explored. Hit the option to show all flypoints. Make sure you have them all. Go to each one and see if you missed some quests. Finally buy a couple stims and heal pots if you are still having a problem with any quests.

I have leveled each class to 19ish (basically to the point where you get your ship & 2nd companion) Beginning Planet, IMO BH was the easiest, SI being the hardest. BUT once you get your companion, SI is by far a complete beast. You are a DPS machine plus you have the ability to heal your tank companion.

I play a healer almost all the time. As a matter of fact I am practically addicted to healing in this game for some reason. I play pvp to heal some peeps not to kill others. What medals i get, lower or higher then another player doesnt matter to me. I am happy with my experience and playtime.

Actually what WoW does best is customer entitlement.
