There are loads of people that want to experience this game but don't have the time to wait around. With a finder you just click the button and possibly have the time to do a couple of q's before you enter the flashpoint. That's time profit!! yay! I for example work in shifts so i play at odd hours a lot. If there was a server wide LFD tool that would match me to even US players i could do a lot more group content. Because when i play at night in EU, most are asleep but US servers are really busy.
