  1. Yeah, from what I've managed to read so far Smugglers can use Flyby as an aoe heal and damage. Which I hope sticks, that sounds like fun. But yeah adding new specs would be the best way when trying to set up new classes, but tactics do seem to be doing that job for variety.
  2. If Bioware is ever going to introduce a new class, I think it would come in the form of an advance class for an existing base class. Basically avoid the whole needing to add new story content and just have this "Melee healer" be part of the what ever class concept they want to put it as. Sith inquisitor, warrior, bounty hunter, agent and their respective mirrors.
  3. I was about to make a thread about a similar glitch. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/332643509272182784/554246406815350786/swtor_wE31TEchkb.png You mean this one yes?
  4. The Assassin and Operative have the ability to stealth in the game. Marauder also has a stealth ability but it's temporary.
  5. Same! When I saw it in SOR at first, I was like "OH CAN I GET THAT?! WHERE CAN I GET THAT?!"...But I never could. BIOWARE PLEASE!
  6. Sorry for late responds, time passed by me. Let me correct my self, spawn rate was defiantly the wrong term to use and I apologize for that. Having multiple spawns through out the designated area. Also I've used the dufy guide for the locations, but sadly the spawning isn't fully set in the said locations. An example, for Hoth, me and another guy found the HK part outside the crash zone range being counted in the tundra. We even scanned passed it missing the location since it was out of our 25 range, but albeit our fault for not getting every corner of it. But I'd like to ask, why would it be bad if they made it less time consuming? I get the idea of being an exercise of patients, but are games really the best place to do that? I've been told I've got strong sense of patients cause I like doing the shroud content with the micro binoculars and all. But that content isn't RNG depended, everything has a set location. Granted so does the HK droid, but does move every time it's picked up. To add, while you can find them each in 10 minutes, even though people do follow the Dufy guide, scan every inch in the order given moving 20-25 meters and do everything you suggested. Since the locations aren't 100% reliable, again found it outside the crash zone before, makes it a little more annoying than it has to be. If you enjoy it that's great, I'm happy to see some one. You're honestly the first person I've seen who stated they liked it, and that's not bad. But may I ask would it hinder your own enjoyment of it, if it took a little less time?
  7. There's a slight difference, the exile master having a deeper V neck for example. But that's aside from the point, so I don't hijack the thread, going back to the no robe topic. I'd like to point out that Obi-wan normally took his robe off right before a big fight, cause obviously the robe isn't combat friendly.
  8. I got to say, I'm kind of surprised to not see many Corso's, I don't hate the guy but a lot of people I talk to just absolutely despise him. Anyway I'd have to say Kaliyo is the most annoying companion for me, both in KOTFE and based game on my IA. An anarchy driven character who just wants to have fun can be entertaining...To bad she tries to be deep about her views and fails. Her entire character seems to be based on ideas of anarchy and what they mean but doesn't understand what anarchy is or what it does.
  9. The smuggler does reference having worked under another smuggling captain when they were younger. So it would be kind of cool to go into. EDIT: Adding on, every single Bioware character in history has had a established and set past. Even the ones you picked, such as DA:I, M.E, and DA:O, they all had limitations on your characters history and went into it. Revan had a set history with zero player influence back in kotor 1 when he was still your character.
  10. So I decided to try the HK part hunt again, cause I remember the space station being a lot of fun. The scene of also getting the HK it self is pretty rewarding. How ever the hunt for the parts was terrible then and even worst now. Back during the launch of the HK, six or so years ago, it was easy to get a group of four people to hunt down the parts since everyone wanted it at the time. But even then with four people it was a nightmare. With trying it again it took me almost half a day straight in order to find all the parts because of the random nature behind finding the parts. Even then I was lucky cause I came across random people doing it alone as well. But how many people have to do this alone in order to get the HK? It's not fun, it's not entertaining, and it's just a long waste of time. I understand some people would argue "I had to do it, so everyone else should as well". But the difference between the new gamers and the ones who did it when it first came out, is that the older players had current content opportunity. It's much easier to get four people back then when it was new to gather the parts then it is now. I'm not saying the parts should be given away for free....But people shouldn't have to stand on hoth for 4 hours straight looking for a single part. That's a BIT much.
  11. sorry meant having one added as well with the hood up. So you got one with a robe hood up, robe hood down, and no robe.
  12. Yeah something like that. Heck even this top works, and it's been in the game since SOR. So maybe we the players could finally get it? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/332643509272182784/531012088806768661/swtor_tggTCEhCEt.png
  13. I know this is a really dumb suggestion. With all the amazing things to ask for and any idea to come up with for something to be put on the cartel Market, I ask for a plain simple T-shirt to be put on. It would be kind of nice to have a not so complicated or overly designed top for something to role as under garment for all the jackets and armor pieces. I can't be the only one that likes simple designs yes? But yeah not much to say but, would be nice to see a cheap Cartel Market basic T-shirt top for sale. On a side note, I know that there's tank tops, and other kinds of more revealing outfits, but I'd like one that's not too reveling personally. Ordo's top is the best I can think of, but it would be nice to get one with out the jacket part. There's something like it in game with one of the character models from the KOTFE story early on. That would be nice to have.
  14. I vote for this idea, for RP it would be amazing. It would also be great for cutscene being able to have it implied the jacket was taken off before/during the fight before the next cutscene. EDIT: Also a hood up of the exact same would be cool as well. I know there's several hood up jedi robes, but not the same under clothing
  15. Been a while since I got super hardcore into PVP, was one of the people who slowed down and just outright stopped by 5.0 from the massive changes. But 4.0, I believe it was 4.0, had maybe one of the best gearing systems in terms of PVP. It was simple at it's core and easy to get into, but allowed a lot more customization for stat line ups allowing you full control over how you played the class. I remember it as a time where experimentation with classes was encouraged, and I even had a lot of fun with a survival marauder. During a time when most people viewed Marauders unplayable cause of how squishy they were and people would focus fire them. So I made a build with a slightly drop in DPS for increase HP and used a lot of protection to keep me in the fight longer allowing the % based healing to keep me alive longer, while also keeping the DOTs up. I normally reached the top of the chart and had highest damage taken a lot in those matches. I've not gotten to much into the current system so can't really say much about it, outside of my minimal experience. But it feels like experimentation, in PVP, is not as encouraged cause of how streamlined gear is and more grindy to earn. Just my perspective as a PVP player mostly and would like to see a return to 4.0 gearing system, but who knows I've lost touch with the game for a long time so I might be the minority.
  16. I want this so much, I have the manhunter title, so I want the hunted add to my list.
  17. Penumbral is a long lasting guild being around for well over three years. Along with that time comes well experienced officers who know what their doing being able to form many fun events with unique ideas making joining worth giving a shot.
  18. (IC) Hello Lords and ladies, rich folk with many credits. I've got a deal for you, my stock house is full to the brim of stuff I don't want and can't get rid of fast enough. I've got all kinds...borrowed clothing ranging from antics to modern classics. Might I add it's tax free...And Legal...sort of, not really. (OOC) So with a short comedic IC statement, I want to sell many of items I've got for cheaper than GTN standard prices at a steeper discount. Main thing I want is just to build an RP representation of being a reliable smuggler, one who can get the goods and can keep it at a low price. To get an idea of what I've got here's a list of the complete armor sets I've got on one toon excluding the mounts, pets, and decorations. atris armor set Carth onasi armor set Mandalorian seeker armor set Theran shan armor set jedi strategist armor set conservators armor set energized triumative armor set zakullian preservers armor set juhanis armor set and more. If you want to get in contract me for many of the items I've got than just send an in game mail to Ommar on Republic side. Or post on this thread or just PM wile I'm on. I'll be updating this thread with all the current items I've got and update it once I've sorted through all the toons with them.
  19. One thing to to bring up is well is that Jung Ma has also helped people build their ships, so if you want to bring your guild here I know for a fact guilds on this server will give or sell the commendation stuff for low prices.
  20. Makes me wish I can join in the tournament haha
  21. Sorry work is keeping me from logging into game (4 pm to 12 am pst) so I won't be in game till Thursday. But don't worry, Ill be on all day Thursday on my pub rep. -zen'n/Ommar
  22. Love seeing people interested, I will make sure everyone has a blast pvping and RPing. -Zen'n/Ommar
  23. Jung Ma is a great server, I've been here since launch of the game and never once wanted to leave. Being the only US RPPVP server I recommend at least trying us out. You won't be disappointed.
  24. Not 100% sure on the speed, I lvl'd my sin it was as madness, and it was pretty fast. Due to common mobs dropping like flies all it took was hitting them with me just agroing massive groups with dots and one single death field to kill about 20 at a time. And the CC does help with the elites. So I wouldn't say it's slow, will be if you're just hitting one target at a time, but it's one of the only specs that can take our hole rooms with a single agro. And again getting deathfield at lvl 20 makes those full agro rooms possible. It is able to do quest at a decent past, and isn't super awful. Is it the best? I have fun with it, but not the best for pvp or for taking down big guys, the burst isn't enough and can be a bit tough to play. But the animation is fun to look at, it has a pretty fun play style, and the dots can hurt enough to kill the mobs just by running around and discharging them alone and finishing off mass groups with deathfield (even if it hits only five targets if I recall last time I played it) and can take down elites even with out a companion thanks to the extra sap range when around 40. If the guy wants to play it, nothing wrong with it.
