I think this would be pretty cool, it would give people somthing to do when waiting on the fleet. Maybe a certain part of the fleet that you are allowed to duel. This would greatly improve the community, and people will be able to practice pvp. I dont think this would be too hard to implement, and it would add alot of fun to the game.

It will be well recieved by some people, but for a lot of people this change will suck. Crafting is fun to some people, that dosn't meen everyone likes it. like i said above, why piss off a group of players, when they can easily make everyone happy.

As long as they give us a option to disable it i don't care, otherwise a change like this would annoy a lot of people.

Raiding takes alot of credits also, i usually spend like 90k a night on repairs. If this goes live, i will probably quit the game since its going in a direction i don't like. It's every easy to make everyone happy with this change, if they make epic/orange even.

Right now we can buy a bunch of endgame mods on the gtn, if you can do this in 1.2 people can get really good gear without raiding.

Crafted gear is, in theory, superior to endgame gear obtained in other ways They're making it better than raid drops, i know that you need raid drops to make orange gear bis, thats not what im arguing. I want to wear my epic tier gear, without gimping my self. Why spend all that time designing tier sets if they're going to make them usless.

I dont have a problem with orange gear, i just dont want to be forced to wear it. Yes forced, giving it a slot that raid drops dont have is forcing everyone to wear it. This change has some good points, but its a dumass idea to make raid drops inferior. If they make both equal there would be more variety in the way people look.

But why force us to wear orange gear, wouldn't it be alot smarter to let us choose whichever we like more ?

Tier 2 counts for all 3 levels i think. Bioware should let us choose to wear what we want, and not be at an disadvantage. I allways wear my tier set even if it looks like ****. I know we can put the set bounus in the orange gear, but what if we like how the original gear look.

I dont like that they're forcing us to wear orange gear, why not make them even. So people can choose to wear tier or orange if they want. This change would be very annoying for me if it goes through.
