yea that's pretty good but i switched to that new chiss chick, 20% more accuracy for 20 seconds vs 36% crit chance for 6 seconds i think is better

have i been shot down by a gunship? sure but just because doesn't mean they need nerfing. Honestly they are sitting ducks as when I play one of the main things I do is scope them out. I cycle targets till I find gunships and usually they are just sitting idle somewhere. I get behind them and as soon as they are in range I unload everything I got.

I am liking starfighter and I know alot of the loadouts are preference but I can't help but think there are certain setups with the different ships that have distinct advantages when leveled up. Is there any page out there where people have any sort of mathematical statistics on ship upgrade setups and paired up with preferred crew members? I mean i'm doin fine, not getttin totally destroyed but I'm not doin supremely better either, just average. And when I upgrade certain components I can't help but wonder if I'm upgrading the wrong items. Any tips would be appreciated.

I only wish it was. This really sucks. But what pisses me off is the fact of how it went down, Paul was not the driver but it was some "professional" race car driver driving a Porsche Carrera GT that was probably trying to show off to Paul, some professional he was... This really feels like it shouldn't of happened and could of most certainly been prevented. FnF7 was halfway thru production too, I wonder how they are gonna fix that as from reports they are in a huge bind right now. He also apparently completed some other film entirely that hasn't been released yet so at least we all get to see another film by the actor.

New class I don't see coming but what I would like to see is a complete overhaul with the current classes, remove the skill trees. Honestly they shoulda had their own sort of leveling system and not just copy skill trees from WoW who from what I understand doesn't even have them anymore.

New level cap? I didn't read anything about a new level cap, perhaps you mean the new reputation?

I was kinda wondering about this, do people think there will be nobody doing ground PvP once the Starfighter PvP comes out? For me this isn't that much of a big deal because I hardly do ground PvP but I really wanna do space flying more than anything. Hopefully there will be an option for those ground PvP'rs to queue for both types at the same time?

The overall response to the new space game/system has been mostly positive. I've heard LOTS of people wanting to come back to the game now because of this. From people who havn't played the game since launch to people that have just been solely waiting for space to be added so that they would come back. Heck there are even people willing to sub JUST to play it early. (since sub players do get early access). The SWTOR Facebook posts about this expansion are almost all on the positive side as well which is a huge change. Almost everytime they make a Facebook post it gets litered with haters and hate posts about the game but this time it's mainly all with exitement. BUT even thou the response is overall positive, you will ALWAYS get someone that has something to cry about and make some sort of negative thing to say. It goes for almost anything in life, you will never ever get a 100% when it comes to opinions on something and this is one of those cases where it's mainly on the plus side but there are some stragglers such as the OP who find SOMETHING to complain about.

I'm pretty sure there's separate teams working on space vs ground stuff. Of course they wanna promote the new space stuff but I wouldn't worry. I'm pretty sure they have somethin else in the work for ground game as well. I heard rumors that there were 3 new planets datamined I believe. There was a conversation about this the other night on the fleet and they said one of the planets datamined was Kasheyyke or however u spell it. Just gotta wait and see. But real space was needed. This is star wars after all. Starwars without space isn't star wars, that rail shooter didn't count.

It would be cool if they added like maybe a flashpoint of like 8 players needing to take out like a super star destroyer or something equivalent, maybe a space station, that would rock. Regardless I'm happy atm, I'm sure this is just the foundation for more open space elements. I believe this is the building blocks for a whole new aspect of SWTOR. Hopefully though they have a separate team still working on the ground game and a team for the space game.

On the description page for what the expansion contains they say it's just the start and are gonna expand on it in the future. I think this is just the foundation for the new gameplay system we are getting. They probably wanted to get the PvP aspect of it out right off the bat. I highly believe PvE content will be added in the future involving the new open space style. Regardless I'm happy atm.

MAKEB! That planet is awesome! It's much better developed than the other planets as it was an expansion planet so that is justified. Also the newly Oricon is GREAT! Especially for gearing your character. But be advised, you might have some trouble there if you don't have some decent gear. But if you can somehow manage to get thru the entire Oricon story mission chain you pretty much get a full set of basic gear from all the rewards.

well perhaps if it was story driven missions for the companions they would give incredible amounts of affection gain. like i said previously, if they had their own companion missions that we went on ourselves they would give maybe 500-750ish affection for the missions, u would have no problem capping it out

and if they weren't making money we wouldn't have a star wars MMO, I fail to see your point. As far as the expansion goin to FTP players, I have absolutely no problem with it and I'm a subscriber. I got to do the content awhile back, and I welcome more players on Makeb. I do dailies there and like seeing more people around.

Alot of people say companions suck... well maybe this patch could make them good. I'm not so much into the boring cutscenes they have but maybe some REAL missions for them which you tag along on. Revamp their skills/abilities and maybe give them their own set gear that improves their character maybe obtained by completing the character mission. That would be cool.

Couple things. 1. I think the OP is just in denial that the Jedi Knight is David Hayter cuz he wants his BH to be him so bad. Sorry man you are gonna have to accept it. 2. Been wondering thou about future stuff. I mean, does David Hayter have a sort of contract or agreement he will continue to do voice over work for every new content that releases over say maybe 5 years or so? I'd assume so...I just threw that number in there but what happens when that time ends and the contract has finished? Will someone just take over and steal the role like Kiefer Sutherland has stolen the voice of Snake for MGS5? Not totally blaming Kiefer but I just thought that whole situation is odd, Hayter and Snake are like one entity and they just took it away from him, from what I've read / heard he wasn't even contacted for the role which I find totally strange but that's that and this is this. Just wonderin if he will do the JK voice forever.

Is that when the schedueled release is for this? Also if it's the size of Sec X with a better story then that's cool. As long as it isn't a Czerka or Black hole done in 5 minutes kinda thing.

Just wondering if Oricon is gonna be semi large. Now I'm not expecting a planet size large since it's a moon but I am hoping it's larger than say that Czerka area which takes all of 10 mins to complete the dailies. Blackhole and Section X are a little bit bigger but still not that long either. I'm not a PvP'r I know there are 2 operations bein added as well but am curious if the new moon is gonna be just a small daily area or possibly a bit more than that as 2.4 seems to of been in development for a long time now. Ok, so this morning I was just crafting some stuff and had one of my companions go out on a mission for underworld trading. Just sent the companion to go for some gifts since my guys still need affection. Anyway, she comes back with an Omni-Vision Battlefield Relay and I'm like cool, i then scrolled thru my companions (includin HK and treek) to see who it would give the most affection, to my surprise 4 of my companions would get a LARGE affection gain for this. So I used it and got a crazy amount of affection, I think close to 300 for the one. So I ran over the the Galactic trade market to my surprise I saw a BIG surprise and that was the CHEAPEST one was going for 125k credits for a damn GIFT item. I have bought these before and other gifts but I have NEVER ever seen them that high. I honestly think something is going on because I do remember these being around 30k give or take. Now 125k for the cheapest one, there was 1 page of them all ranging from 125-200k. That is absurd, now yeah you can tell me not to buy them that's fine. I def am not payin that amount of credits. But my concern is something is going on with credits, my fear is someone found a way to dupe which will totally screw so much of the economy up. Not to mention lots of other serious issues that can arouse. Is it just Ebon Hawk server these are that expensive? I need to check other items and prices later when I get back home. I normally wouldn't make a post about this but I just found the pricing VERY peculiar and odd.

Hmm well I am 450 Cybertech, have underworld/scavenging as well. So maybe it won't be as bad for. I also like crafting. Seems there's lots of different droid stuff to make thou. There's the normal scems you get from the cyber trainer. There's scematics off the vendor on the fleet. And I believe there's also a vendor that sells droids scematics on Makeb. Not sure if they are different. I will check today. EDIT: p.s. I also don't really wanna get the Czerka stuff, they are alot of credits even though I do have the creds.
