  1. I had the launcher up for a total of about 8 hrs but didn't sit like a tard in front of it all day soooo...I missed the givaway.
  2. Ain't gonna happen. Players beta testing patches and seeing the new story, etc. before others??? The testers can't even stop sharing exploits, they will definately share story spoilers lmao at the Op!
  3. Same deal. broken/not showing on armormech and synth. Also only 2 mission choices on some alternate missions
  4. 2 day early access that we PAY for by subbing turns into 1 day. I expected nthing less...
  5. If they employed people with a brain they would make the snowball-tossers only useable during life day festivities. But wait!...this would stop people from complaining and allowing griefers to ruin the game even more. I am convinced that they do these types of things solely to PO their players. Why? I have my thoughts on it but only Biofail/Ea knows for sure.
  6. No, no it wasn't OR it has since be altered. It was similar but much shorter. Anyway, done here have fun carrying on.
  7. I selectively said nothing. I saw the post, That phrase was in the post. The one you are linking over and over is NOT the original response from BW/EA. Anyway, not going to argue, believe as you will fanboi.
  8. There was a post immediately after the release due to people being afraid it was an exploit and if they used it, they would be in trouble/banned/whatever. In the post, Eric stated that it was working as intended but they were now going to look into the drop amounts. I am thinking that they did that to apease the whiners on the forums rnting about it ruining the economy. What happened to the post? Look around and if you cannot find it, they have removed it/the whole link or altered it because I read it. That is where the saying "Working as intended" came from that is now used on the many er...changes, bugs, etc in game.
  9. Poster here is correct. Eric M. stated it was "Working as intended". He seemed to of omitted the rest of the phrase, it should of stated, "Working as intended for a week". It was an intentional bait and switch and an underhanded ploy to take our actual real dollars then hit the nerf bat. Horrible!
  10. Solo FTW except for my guild weekly raid. I am done with the jerks of this game. Too much crap in pugs to continue. pretty soon all the azzwipes can just struggle together because the better players will not be joining them I just wish the solo play was more interesting and rewarding...maybe someday...
  11. This "Bait and Switch" tactic has been and will always be my #1 reason out of the top 10 for eventually saying bye-bye to the swtor universe.
  12. Healing is a thankless job and always will be. Pre-4.0 in the older operations it was not as important to watch your step and think ahead in a raid as it it now. Things have changed and the dps and tanks have to change with them or there will be less and less healers to bash on. There are small handfuls of really good players that have the ability as a dps to call out, mark and cc pre-pulls then not see the mark or mob spinnins/spazzing and not use it as their first kill target. We also deal with dps that don't have the faintest idea of how to use target of target and try and dps that before pewpewpewing into a huge group of adds to lessen the strain on heals. Many dps are face-rolling parsec-hungry stand-in-stupid cretins and as I play dps as well as an OP, Merc and Sorc healer, I try very hard not to do that to other healers. How many times have you pulled healing aggro with mobs on you and actually had a dps and many times a tank try and harness the mob (s) to either kill fast or get aggro??? I'll tell you, it's few and far between and heals usually end up spamming self-heals while getting bashed on till the tunnel visioned dps have killed the mobs in front of them. Then they B**** if someone happens to die in the process hehe. Tanks are another issue and with all runs, you encounter the good, the bad, and the untrained. Anyway, I may or may not of encountered you as a healing partner or even as a dps in pug runs because i am fairly new to my server and not a peeveepee healer, however, if I see you I will give a whisper to say hello and promise if I am dpsing to NOT make your life harder than heals already are .
  13. I play an OP and a Merc healer and did ToS/UL well over a year ago. Even with nerfage it still presents bads with the inevitable ol' non-completion mainly due to poor dps and their coordination. I doubt it was your heals. I tried it a couple of times since 4.0 and we got through it eventually, however as it was a pug, the stress level and badness was high. I have stopped adding ts to my weekly "to do" list in a pug period. Don't let the bads get you down, just do the Ops that present the greatest chance for success if you need to pug them. BTW, that vid was priceless
  14. It is not just the guildless that are doing it. I was ninja'd again yesterday from a guy in a well known, huge guild. I had a fit and we eventually worked it out however, it didn't help the other guy that got nothing in the run. I have most chars unguilded as a personal choice and I think many of these ninjas do the same although, for ninja reasons evidently. Biofail wants people to group but makes it a miserable experience.
  15. Add Jollys to that list from a bit ago. Turned on ML and took all loot at 2nd boss and bailed EVHM. Biofail needs to put a system in that locks loot mode at start of fight...this is happening all the time. I keep a list.
  16. The game has always had it's community of "Bads", bads being either people with no skill or care for actual content completion nor the unfortunate others they happen to group with. That community has expanded due to giving them the ability to level many more bads with XP boost and helpful companions. These bads cannot function well in guilds that have more serious raid teams that want to do some progression so instead, they hang out in FPs and rear their ugly heads in an occasional sm/hm Op making everyone miserable and forced to carry or kick them. Remedy this as I did...stop doing pug tacts/fps and if you pug sm/hm ops, try and stick to group leaders that you know. Simple.
  17. I am a sub and got booted then put in an 850 person queue.....Biofail at it's best.
  18. I have no interest in GSF, PVP and I stopped running FPs long ago. I did my weekly 3 tacts before 4.0 but stopped doing them also due to noobs killing me many times. I also completed all the Star Fortress cheeves. Now I am left with Operations and the weekly 2+ for alliance rep. I only need HM gear so that limits me some. I don't mind the old ops in HM but I'd like some new content also. My guild seems to be losing interest in running these so I pug *ugh* a couple a week on 3-4 chars and do some passing of gear back and forth to them. Hopefully in the new year my guild will pick up some. I am an advocate for solo mode Ops at this point as long as the gear is worth it. I hit the unsub button and chickened out 4 days before and resubbed. I will give it another month or 2 and see what happens. Fortunately, I have been filling the bordom with Fallout 4 for now.
  19. Biofail should go the way of other MMOs and allow the sharing of quest kills from non-grouped players. The "fight for first tag or your screwed" mentality here promotes hatred rather than community teamwork.
  20. Or simply be like me and don't do them period
  21. Grabbed the solo mission (new to this char) and go in, my companion disappears, no Godbot, nada.
  22. I stopped doing tacts and heroics period. Nothing could make me do them again with the way things are lol.
  23. I for one will have to pass. This experience with EA is enough for a lifetime...
  24. I have been screwed on refer-a-friend cc coins 2 months in 10 and none for last month. Regular grant seems to always be at least a week late. Tickets either go unanswered or they say I got it. Well, I can look at my ledger and no... no I have not.
