  1. An unfortunate truth. That's why I mostly lurk in the forums.
  2. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow with the patch. **Crosses Fingers**
  3. Strange. Mine is my join date. First forum post was in 2012
  4. My Commando came across a Sith Warrior who missed his jump. Had to use my knockback (can't remember what it was called) to get him up there. It worked.
  5. I had to go through my account page to redeem it and not through the link they provided. Of course, it's moot now since the code expired. I wish I would've checked this yesterday. Sorry
  6. Sounds about right. Hey, did anyone ever have the balloon disappear while riding it? Happened on one of my toons back in the day. Man, I was so pissed!
  7. Actually, I was able to use gifts and the level 50 inf boost to Z00M. I just quick traveled to fleet during the mission and boosted her. I did have one or two glitches I had to overcome when I went back to the mission, but I got through it. As a sidenote - last time I played this, I had HK do his jump to mob on the final boss and he got stuck under the platform. I was able to hit the mob but it couldn't hit him. smh I even managed to get unstuck but I still can't tell you how...luck, I guess.
  8. I've been getting this too and it is super frustrating - especially in the middle of battle. I did find a thread that said to be sure Windows power mode is in either high performance or ultra. Also, make sure triple buffering is on and pre-rendered frames is set to 3. I keep all my drivers up to date. Puter: ROG Strix Z-690E Gaming Wifi i5 12600K 49GB RAM Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti Windows 11
  9. I tried trading with my nephew when he was still FTP years ago and got the same thing. I was trying to gear up his new toons so they were below level 10. Could this be your issue?
  10. Like the title says. I got all the equipment caches from all the other SF's except Hoth. I've spent the last hour just looking for the final 2 caches on the lower level. Am I missing something? And yes, I have the necessary influence with the specialists.
  11. Yeah, I had the resources tab open for a bit and it was going up and up and up. By the time it crashed I hadn't checked it for a few hours. The memory numbers didn't seem too terrible at first though - 2K to 3.8K. I figure just exit the game every 3 hours and I should be fine. Thanks for the reply.
  12. Question: will a memory leak cause a BSOD with a page file error on windows 11? If so, It happened to me this morning. I was actively playing on the Leviathan from about 8:30 PM till about 3:30 AM (ET). Took my Assassin through the Black Talon (story), all the Dromund Kaas heroics and the exploration missions up to the class check in. I then pulled out my Jedi Knight and ran him through the Esseles (story), all the Coruscant Heroics, checked in with class mission and grabbed the two exploration missions and then parked him at the Dealer's Den. Then I pulled out my Juggernaut and ran the Profit and Plunder chapter where I got the BSOD on the final boss. Running Asus Rog Strix z-690 E, GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, 48G Ram, i5 12600K
  13. I totally agree. In fact, I hit the unsub button over it yesterday...for two accounts. /agree Don't forget the added costs to gear repair. Is it me, or are all these PENALTIES just going to drive the 'casual' (poor like me) player into the arms of the credit sellers? How are we supposed to survive with all these new 'costs' and no payouts? That horrid 210 gear only sells for 190 credits and anything over that is more profitable as tear down. Seriously, where do you guys get the billions you have? I really want to know. All I've been able to amass as a casual player is 1 billion per account...and that's from a couple of good sells on the GTN that I split between my two accounts.
  14. If the stronghold travel cost is ONLY if you switch planets, I'm fine with paying for that. BUT, I'm reading that QT costs on Coruscant and Dromund Kaas are 5000 credits at the max end. That's excessive! If QT is that excessive, then stronghold costs will have the same 300 - 500 percent markup as well. Right? Bioware, are you trying to drive people away from your game? In addition to all that, now I have to repair more often and for more credits. While I understand and agree with the need to fight inflation in the game, this feels like punishment to me. I pay for games to have FUN, not to be punished for playing. It's looking like I'll end up saving $360 a year in real money. Thanks for that at least, Bioware.
  15. Grasping at straws here, but have you tried lowering the trees and grass settings to around 75 as opposed to 100? Worth a try.
