  1. I am seriously thinking of spamming WTB (with real cash) the items of the pack. Calculating, it will cost me way way less money. Then spamming the cubes, and I only want the stupid vibrosword. I not sure what BW is doing, but they seem hell bent in offending everyone. Maybe they are thinking that offending the majority is ok, because they just need a minority that is willing to burn through hundreds of cartes to get what they want. So maybe BW is going F the standard 5~50 crate losers, they rather cater and squish the big buyers.
  2. /Signed. The amount of money I spent, is more then what I spent of XCom2. And in one case, I got tons of enjoyment, in another, I got crap and disappointment. Guess, which is which....
  3. You are not alone. In the Cartel Market Section and even here in General, you are not alone https://www.youtube.com/embed/pAyKJAtDNCw BW is testing if they can frak us over and make us bend over to get spanked and ask for more with this pack. For me, I am not buying packs ever again unless BW retroactively fix their F-ed RNG packs. And give me something that will make me want to buy more packs. For the cost of more then a new game, I got crap. I not going to "Please Sir, Can I have some more". I am not Oliver Twist.
  4. Link Link the Twitter thing. I usually dont use twitter but for this, SWTOR has gone to far, lets spam that crap!. Thanks to the epic fail of the packs and my epic fail to get anything good from the packs after spending real life $$$. I just dont feel like touching SWTOR, other then for raiding. Which for some reason my group did not do this week..... strange.... maybe they all are disappointed too On other News, XCom 2 which is just a bit more expensive the the carts I bought is giving me tons of fun. BW needs to go re-evaluate it's Reward to Cost ratio.
  5. Is there anyone else like me that after spending $50USD or more on the packs and getting 99% junk, your enjoyment of SWTOR suddenly just disappears leaving you with a sense of disappointment and ***-ness? I depressed quit to desktop 3 days ago and now even if I log in back, I just run around in circles at base then quit and go play XCom 2. But mostly I just play XCom 2. It is like I am waiting for something to hype me up again to play SWTOR. Something like they upgrading retroly the packs or sending us an apology item and post.... Just something.... On other news. XCom 2 is epic-ly fun!!!

  7. Got a long complain on another post. So for here I will just say. The crates are not rewarding. Opening them makes me feel like I am feeding a Troll, not like I am being rewarded. Till they give us back that rewarding feeling, the people that buy crates will drop/consist of only the rich (or parents rich), people that love RNG and people that REALLY REALLY want an item. I for one am out. The reward to payment ratio is too lower for me.

  9. Am a 1 month old returning player. Was super interested in the hypercrates to get the unstable lightsaber and classic vibrosword. I got to say, I too agree that the crates are horrible RNG. I spent $30 bucks on the crates and at this point of time, I want to get at least one full gear. Splitting up the armor into 3 different sections kits is stupid, especially since I keep on getting the same few section kits. Maybe my expectations are too high, that if I am to RNG, at least give me rewarding RNG. This 3 section kit thing makes me feel like I am feeding a troll. And the Grand cubes, seriously although as a new player they are better then nothing, still I am aiming for specific items not a huge RNG chance at old items, especially if getting t he new items seem to be ridiculously hard. All in all, the cartel boxes do not feel REWARDING. I think if I were to spend $$$ on top of my sub, I should at least feel rewarded thus encouraged to buy more. This was my first time buying crates and it is my last time. I rather just pay people real money to get the stuff I want then to play this unrewarding RNG frak game. Oh wait, is that not what I should be doing with Bioware you guys? At the price per crate, I thought the reward levels would be higher. Guess I am wrong. Shame on me, to have too high expectations. I guess till I can lower my expectations, I should save myself the trouble and just dont buy. I think it is just me, but after that stupid crate burn, my enjoyment of swtor just dropped. Way to go Bioware to encourage your player base to actually play your game.
  10. I would not mind more silver or gold packs if not for the fact that ..... 1. Legacy unlocks is fraking freaking expensive. 2. And the likelyhood that they will just shaft bronze quality items under silver and move some silver up. I find it insulting that I need to play what 2~5 dollars more to unlock it for my whole account after paying what 20 bucks. Feels like exploitation to me. Will not be so bad if they pad the costs in the first place. But this current system feels like PAP aka Pay and Pay. Fun fact, PAP is the acronym of the ruling party of my country. Guess what we call them.
  11. Hi All, Am a new player with a lvl 65 Sage Seer. Level 216 gear. Looking for a group to do FPs and OPs with. Am a long time healer across mutltiple MMOrpgs but am new to SWTOR. I am looking for an active group at SG/APAC timing and would like to do HM FPs and SM Ops. I am from Singapore and am usually on at 0730pm SGT/GMT +8 or 1030pm AEDT. Regards.
  12. I am currently equipped in augmented 220 healer gear. Would equipping myself in 208 non-augmented dps gear make me kill faster? Because other then no-accuracy, my healer gear has way better stats.
  13. Hi all, Maxed out lvl 65 Sage doing KotFE. Issue is that I feel super underpowered. It takes long to set up the rotation for Balance and/or Telekinesis adv classes. In which time, the enemies are all mostly dead. Also anyone I doing Heroic with would have killed the enemy or two, before I get into my rotation proper. To add insult to injuring, in solo play my companion would have killed everything else already.... After I casted the first or second skill in rotation. Thus, because rotations are slow, I have been reduced to just spamming quark or just spamming dots. At this point I pray for less trash enemies and more elites, because killing them makes my Sage seems like it can do something. I also play Sith Jugg. From my experience, in the time, it takes my Sage to cast the starting rotation skill, my jugg has already jumped in and killed at least one enemy. Sage is my main which I main as healer in ops. But I am finding it more fun to play my alts because Sage feels just so underpowered in solo content. I even played as healer once, and just healed and the time it took to kill most enemies did not even decrease by much, to that of when I played dps - dps. Makes me feel redundant
  14. Cool if so. The only operations I did was HM Dread Fortress, Terror from Beyond and the Karagra Palace. All which takes hours and hours to do and are super hard. Plus point, is that I get gear super fast. Bad point is that I feel like fish out of waters And takes forever to do.
  15. Hi all, Just re-started playing SWTOR after 3 years of absence. 1st would like to comment that solo operations and FPs are worthless and zzzzzzz 2ndly, I am finding that flashpoints and especially operations are extremely long. Thus it is very hard for people with an hour or less to actually join or enjoy this great content in small chucks. I hope that Swtor would introduce something like the Final Fantasy 14 Primal Boss Instances. Challenging bosses that are hard to beat and are 15 ~ 30 mins of real challenging content compared to how Operations are now made. With challenging bosses and long corridors of trash mobs. With this instances, you have have multiple difficulties and still have tons of people from casual casual, average playedrs, hard core casuals and hard core boss raiders all have fun. Also BW would have a easier time releasing content, as a single boss fight would take less time to release then lets say a whole operation.
  16. Bought 6 bronze armor pack. Only got bronze rarity and some more a duplicate. Worst, all the armor look like crap. Then bought a gold pack and go this horrible looking Casess armor..... urgghhh waste of money (
  17. What are the rates of Gold, Silver and Bronze items if I get lets say, bronze or silver. Gold sets are 1200cc Silver sets are 500cc Bronze sets are 200cc So what is the best set to get?
  18. Someone told me that Sage has one of the lowest dps in the game? Is that true? And will it affect invites to operations and flashpoints? Unless I go healer?
  19. Real life and fiction are two different things. In Real Life, exclusivity unless one with many many people (think Apple) will not work. In Fiction, it is a well used plot point for the good and bad guys, but in real life? It would die out within a few generations. Also a big organisation like the Jedi(s) would strengthen itself and grow or worst splinter into many factions. The more people practicing a discipline the more knowledge you get, the more people you attract and thus the more you advance and grow. Also if you think about it. A faction like the Jedi(s) should not have died out by SW ep4. They could have done many things, like flee the Empire. Going underground, etc. When there is a skill there will always be an organisation and the force can be viewed as one. People like to create societies, organisations, etc. So if you view it logically, Star Wars contain many ??? plot points. And SWTOR's view of the Jedi and Sith is more accurate (if you take the Force as a logical factual thing ).
  20. And there is also that 36hrs bounded to you thing right. I bought a Weekly Operations pass to sell and .... freak must wait 1.5 days ... Is a bad thing to say, but why is SWTOR making it so hard at each step to legally make credit? At least should provide a gifting option that people can leverage to sell their cartel items much easier.
  21. Hi All, thanks for your replies. Does the Duffy Sage Tele 3.0 guild still work in 4.0? Playing Telekinesis now and man the cast times are hahahahahaha long. Maybe I will go Balance after my current planet. So that I can experience both. But the cast times are no where as long as my Artifice leveling To bad cannot install some version of SWTOR Skills "game" on my phone and grind the Crew Skills at work
  22. Hi all, Also looking to get some credit from selling Cartel items. What is the best item to buy and sell now? And what is normally a good seller? Thanks and Regards
  23. Hi all, Coming back to SWTOR after 3 years. Started a new toon, a Jedi Sage. Would like to ask which sub-class is best for pve solo leveling play and the rotation I should be using? Also at end game or near end game, which sub-class and rotation should I switch too? Currently am a lvl 30 Telekinesis Sage, and am wondering what is the best rotation and should I go balance instead? Thanks and Regards.
  24. Vader. Revan is a extremely strong Jedi, but he is not force created. As Anakin he was not fully trained. But as Vader he is a full Sith lord. He was so easy to "beat" in the movies because seriously he did not want to win. Also all fights and abilities look cooler in a game compared to movies and books. So you have to scale for that too.
