Hi all, Has anyone else had bad customer service from this game? I had made a ticket to have my Victorious Pioneer's Armor Set restored I had dumbingly destroyed it while not paying attention. Several days pass and I finally get a response asking for some follow up info, though plot twist, they closed the ticket, leaving me unable to update the ticket with the information and being forced to make a new ticket, which will take who knows how long. Sad part is I've supported this game since launch day, and this whole experience which should have been simple has now left me feeling unimportant. /endrant

Since we apparently haven't given Eric the cartel pack feedback they asked for back when the anarchist pack came out, like the last pack, I will not be touching a single one until those cubes are scrapped completely, or at least tweaked so we only get one cube with improved drops. Now I'm only going based off the assumption that nothing has changed in this pack, though given BW's track record, I'm guessing it hasn't. When I buy a new pack, I do not want trash items from old packs, dyes, or saber crystals. I want the items from the new pack. So that is my continued feedback for this new pack system.

Yeah but you already see that a lot with the giant car speeders as it is. And I don't mean SWG big haha. Just so it's proportionate to your body. And I don't see too many people riding them, I got lucky and got mine on my 5th cartel pack.

On their thumbnail they actually look like a good size, and when you preview them they are massive. But when I got one I was extremely disappointed at how small they were, I feel like my character could break their back. If there are giant car speeders, then I don't see why the varactyls can't be a little bigger so they actually look cool.

So far my best experience at pvp has been with my concealment operative. I'm almost always at the top with highest damage and medals, plus you can toss out a heal here or there for a quick extra medal.
