Because they're not providing constructive criticism that's why. its all "QQ, game doesn't have feature X, please patch in before Christmas or I cancel Sub", and they don't actually seem to have any comprehension of the development, graphical design and QA testing of game features and the time it takes. It would be fine if they asked nicely to implement things in the future and be reasonable about the time-scale expectations, but they're not, they're acting like spoiled little kids. They seem to think that everything can be done right this minute, and rushed into the game with no testing for bugs or balance issues.

Age of Conan pre-release combat videos showed it to be a "revolutionary new combat system for MMO's". What did you get? The same old crap with a couple of bells and whistles attached. You can't make judgements and comparisons to games that aren't yet released, haven't been independently tested and played yet. You're basing your opinions of the game on videos that the company making the game is putting out. Its just advertising man, to generate hype. You can't trust it, and you're foolish to do so.

I reserving my judgements of Guild Wars 2 until its released and I've played it a bit before claiming it to be the best MMO that there ever is and will be. It certainly looks nice in the videos and such that they've put out so far. But so did Age of Conan pre-release, and we all know how that went. Also, ad-hoc grouping isn't new. It was in WAR, when you done the public quests, just walk into an area and you're grouped. So not only are you singing the praises of an MMO that you haven't played yet and basing your opinions on the hype generating videos they've released, which are polished to look perfect, you also haven't bothered to do your research. Well done.

Yeah, those tabs man, they really need to make them stand out a bit more. I was pulling my hair out trying to find out where the options for setting hotkeys was until I discovered the tab lurking at the bottom of the preferences window, helpfully shaded in the same blue as the surrounding background so it was nicely camouflaged. Apply a gloss effect, a gradient of a different colour or shadow or something to them, and job's a good one. They're well hidden as they are at the minute, like a shark in the shallows at an Aussie beach.

I attached my WoW one to my computer case. Funnily enough, I never lost it. However if you do lose it, IIRC all you need do is scan your drivers license or passport in to proove who you are, send it to CS, and they'll remove the hardware key from your account so you can log in. I thinks that's how it was for a friend of mine when he lost his, and I shouldn't imagine the process will be any different for SWtOR. So as long as you didn't do something idiotic like registering the account in a made up name, or with an incorrect birthdate, you'll be fine.
