Thats a really good point. Just play out day by day doing dailies and grab as much BM gear as possible for when it changes over.

I'm going to have to run with the 4PC PvP Elim set for now, haven't had time to PvE yet on this toon I was really wondering about whether I should use my champ comms now on stocking up on the IA Gloves and wait slowly for the BM gear to unlock and have the ench ready. Or, concentrate on getting full champ gear first (assuming I just get Eliminator everything + power relic).

Hey Exphryl, I was wondering if I was able to hi-jak you thread for some gearing advice? Just hit BM and made the switch to Assault and wanting to get some advice on what gear to buy/planning for the future. Or if there is a way to contact you off the forums so I dont over run your thread.

The reason I was 'comparing' or asking for advice is to try and min/max stats, which for other classes is done by mixing different off pieces or sometimes set pieces.

Hey guys, Thought I'd pop in for some advice on gearing up as Assault. I've played mostly Iron Fist and Carolina Parakeet and I'm making the switch to full Assault now that I'm BM and have the expertise to live a lot longer. I'm making the transition into mostly Champ gear now, but have been struggling to make the decision on what gear to pick-up. I could just go full Eliminators and I think that's what BW wants, however, I feel thats not the best. For example, implants. Comparing the Super-commando to the Eliminator, I'd lose some crit (which I feel isn't itemized well for us) and gain roughly 60+ endurance adding to survivability, however, I'm torn because I feel assault is really an all in spec, where burst is king. Lastly is the OH, comparing the Champion to Centurion power generator. Gains are: +16 Endurance +7 Expertise +48 Accuracy +77 Crit +49 Tech Power But lose out on: -61 Power -40 Surge I don't think the trade off is worth it, and it would appear sticking with the Centurion is the best bet? TL : DR What is the best gear set-up for Assault, all Eliminator or a mixture of different set pieces/off pieces.

Hey guys, Just a quick one to see if anyone else has had something similar. With the release of the AUS servers, like most people, I reserved a few of my toons name in preparation of character xfers. However, I temporarily deleted my toon, to re-make the class/appearance, and the name became 'Invalid' and cannot be re-made. I've quit the game and re-launched, had someone on a different account/IP try it.. Nothing works. Currently waiting for a CR rep to respond to the ticket..

I think the OP has made it very clear that he is a closed minded player incapable of anything other than self gratification. Nothing anyone says or does will convince him that he could possibly learn something or improve his game play, which is a shame, because I've seen some big names comment on this post with constructive comments and support. Power to you if you want to make another video and prove us wrong, but I think we won't see anything from you again once you realise you're wrong

Rocket Punch has a 45% chance to reset and trigger a free Rail Shot as well as a 25% chance to make your next Rail Shot crit. Flame Burst has a 30% chance to reset and trigger a free Rail Shot as well as a 30% chance to make your next Rocket Punch free. Claw has a 25% chance to make your next Rail Shot crit. Would be interesting to have a play with. Seems similar to the spec mentioned above.

Hey guys! I was going to create a new thread and ask for advice, but thought I'd pop in here first and see what I get. Ive just hit 50 in the last 2-3 days and started farming Valor (30) and maanged to luck up quite a bit bits of champ tokens so far, but I'm stumped what to buy. The 'MEDIC' set has Crit/Alcracy (Haste), and Ive been told multple times, Crit/Surge is what we want. Also, the set bonus for the MEDIC set is rather useless, as I think the final Bodygaurd talent is useless in PvP, a 30 second CD is massive, even if I can reduce the CD by 2-3 seconds. So, what I was wondering if anyone has an idea on what items to buy? Earings/Implants as well as set.

I just miss clicked an item from the Vendor and submitted a ticket.. Doubt I'll see those points back In regards to the set bonus' I guess I'll have to make my mind up, but in saving that the lvl 40 'set' could be used for both specs while I work on purchasing the lvl 50 PvP set I guess. I'm sure it would be better to make up my mind first Mind you, Assassins are looking mighty tempting these days I went Merc cause of Aussies pings and not being melee friendly, but Sins look like they have some sticking power.

I was after some guidance on selecting the right PvP Armor set for each respective BH Spec. I've saved up 1K points and went to the vendor assuming it would be easy to pick the DPS > Heals > Tank sets.. But I can't I was wondering if anyone had a simple guide or suggestion? EDIT: Found this after re-reading all the pages. Which is perfect cause I can't decide if I'll got Bodyguard or Arsenal for PvP, if I stick with my Merc that is (UPDATE: Lvl 21 with my Full lvl 40 set. Time to start hoarding champ bags)
