  1. Actually, it's still pretty damn profitable if you actually go out and slice the lockboxes in the actual world. Missions were never meant to be the best source of income/resources for professions.
  2. Yes. The PvP Warzones and PvP areas function exactly the same in all types of servers.
  3. I don't understand how so many people are advocating for this. I haven't had any PvP on Ilum yet, but fighting someone within 1-2 levels of yourself should be rewarded with a bit of valor or commendations. If it's not... fine, maybe that could be added in. Ilum's PvP area should definitely be rewarded with small amounts of valor and commendations. However, open world PvP was never supposed to be the main area for engaging in PvP. It's meant for you to remember that at any moment you could be jumped, or you could get the jump on someone else. People seem to expect massive battles to happen in the open all the time-- they won't. You'll get the occasionally battle sure, and that's supposed to just be for fun. If you want valor and commendations... go do warzones.
  4. High damage, low profile. I'd rather not be the one person standing out shooting huge *** beams out of his gun.
  5. Just did over 320k damage in a warzone. We absolutely demolish people if played right. Keep yourself on the sidelines and above your enemy and you will dominate them.

    And then everyone else is at a large disadvantage. The Deluxe/Collectors editions are meant to give you more social bonuses than anything. A small lower level boost is fair, but anything more than that and it becomes a bit overpowered.

  9. The build you linked is fine. The builds that were linked earlier had some very odd talents that shouldn't be used.
  10. Maybe in a 1v1, but in a warzone a Gunnery Commando in the background will demolish the enemy team. I also have very little problems 1v1ing people anyway-- they just get shredded by my 2.5k Grav Round crits.
  11. Huttball is an excellent warzone. The gameplay is unique and can be very fun when you have a team that works together. Quit the Q_Q.
  12. General consensus is that Gunnery Commandos hit like trucks, but are highly immobile. Whereas Assault Commandos are highly mobile, but lacking high damage and burst. Personally, I prefer Gunnery for PvP right now. It's waaaaaay too fun demolishing people with high burst.
  13. The builds on there are terrible... Gunnery DPS commandos should NOT be using Plasma Cells or Combat Support Cells.
