I know this is somewhers, but customer service told me to post it here anyway. Just keep bumping this and maybe the developers will finally put it in the game. Reply this post to make sure the developers see it. It’s way over due, and I have been getting stuck with some not so nice players in random Flashpoints. Ignoring on each character was a true hassle and impossible task because the fact that they can change characters. If legacy friends is implemented then invisible mode should be implemented as well to protect players from hoping on other character that they wish to be hidden.

I don’t remember anyone ever saying Tanks do too much damage in PVE. If I am in Tank spec and utilizing shield/absorb while skanking with DPS mods and Enhancements this tells me that the defensive abilities are pretty worthless. Maybe healers are over tuned? Maybe a lot of things. But this is a horrible fix, missing a bigger problem. Skank Tanks are the problem not Tanks in Tanking gear. Tanks in Tanking gear should do NO less Damage then they are doing right now. That should be the bar for damage for the Tanks right now. We are getting Threat because you are taking our ability to do damage and help our raid members or warzone members. I see how this balances threat, but we only lose in this trade off and as a Tank we feel less of a class and less of a role since DPS can guard oh and taunt. Why am I playing a Tank again? Make defense worth something. Defense IS worthless. The mitigation it does is laughable it’s one of the reasons Skank Tanks exist. Stop letting critical s bypass our mitigation Give PT Tanks more cooldows PT/Vangurd Tanks should have Refect Utility NOT Merc/Comandos These a just few suggestions.

It sucks guys. I play with a lot of the APAC players, and I know this server relocation has severed you from the game. It has severed me as well. Even though I could still play there is no reason. I lost all the friends that I have been playing with for years. This merge was so exciting and I was so happy about the population boom, never saw this coming. Never expected that United Forces would Divide me from my friends. Not renewing. No more money from me.

Stop giving them your money it’s the only thing they listen too. I have been a long time supporter this game since the beginning. I have not entirely liked everything that has happened to this game, but I have rolled with the punches and gotten through my angst. Everything that really bothered me was eventually fix or improved upon. Moving the servers to the east was a mistake. I do not think this is something that will be fixed or reversed, I would be surprised if it actually happened. I don’t see the West Coast Servers locating back to the West. For the first time I have been all over the forums protesting this in words, but I can tell by the divided community we don’t have enough support. So my money is going to do the talking. I love this game, but it’s as only good as the people you play with and I am losing too many friends. The higher ping is so annoying. Now I’m going to the guy saying, “ I was out of that!”, or “ I was standing in he cross!” I feel that we were not properly prepared for this drastic change. I don’t like how this was handled or how we were treated. I wish we could get some simple transparency and truth. Leave out all the bull, and the unknown, but never omit to your customer something that will affect them.

I understand what your saying. I still think that it shouldn’t matter the number of East Coast players because according to them the ping/latency issue is irrelevant or not significant enough to matter regardless of server location (APAC players exempt) relevant to West/east coast player location. Or is it that they knew we would be mad, and the east coast has more players to complain. As far as a lease being up. That seems like a simple matter of renwal, but your suggestion has me thinking there must be another factor on why they did what they did. Something they are. It willing to tell us.

You moved all the servers to the East Coast, Why? Why would you abandon APAC players? If the ping/latency isn’t a problem as you claim for everyone that has been forced from the West Coast to the East Coast ( APAC players exempt) then why not bring the East Coast servers to the West Coast and save the APAC players? It makes no sense. You went the wrong direction. This looks so bad. No consideration for the community as a whole. Even from a logical standpoint this doesn’t make sense, because servers in VA can’t be saving you much if any from servers in Texas. What the heck happen? Seriously consider moving to West Coast if you want to stay consolidated. Or just put a West Coast locates server back. We are losing friends that we have played with for 5 + years. Don’t divide us, Unite us!

Our guild is losing at least 5 players, all were paying customers. The Force Divide patch is in full effect. I don’t want to sub anymore. Most need to protest

This is exactly what I was thinking. Why the hell did you move the servers to the east coast left our APAC friends behind and then didn’t even combine the West and east Servers now that they share the same latency. It makes way more sense to move the data centers to Texas. Isn’t Texas cheaper too?!

My feelings exactly. BioWare killed our guild with this move. Triple and quadruple led my base ping with spikes now that are nothing compared to our Aussie and Asia guildies. They are all quiting. We lost a bunch of players we have been playing with for years. All players that want to stay but don’t want to pay for a game that doesn’t provide a decent ping. Nobody at BioWare seems to care. Not enough money for us playing on the West Coast, well if this doesn’t change back they will probably be losing a lot more money. I’m sure this doesn’t matter because of how much they are saving by combining. They didn’t even give us a reason why, but the reason doesn’t matter. I want my friends back. They may loose me too.

But what you didn’t read is that they killed all West Coast servers and now physically moved them with the Rast. Last servers. So your ping is going UP and your LAG. Maybe they will change there minds, but they are going to lose a lot of subscribers

Get ready for more lag. They moved our West Coast servers the east coast. Goodbye ping and hello lag. They never even told us they were considering dropping the West Coast servers. 5 epics servers they said. Losing our Aussie and Asia players now. This sucks, BioWare please bring back the West Coast servers.

Thanks BioWare for eliminating the West Coast Servers. Our entire guild is now in disarray and we already have 6 members quiting because there ping was already barely enough to play. You killed all the Aussies, and Asia players and forced the rest of us to a ***** ping. I was so happy for the merge only to now be so mad that I am most likely going to unsubscribe. Losing guildies for what? Is this some retaliation because of the lash back from “The Hot Prospect” server name. I really feels like it. So disappointed. Whoever did this “evaluation “ should be fired. If this does not get reversed, then it’s time to move on

My ping is now four times higher because you moved our servers to east coast. Our Aussie guildies now suffer more, our Asia guildies now have worse connection. This is horrible, unplayable at times. This definitely will make me unsub, and I think you have ruined the game for alot of people. Half our guild is pissed, and only a couple that happen to be on the East coast are happy. You didn't even tell us that you were doing this, because you knew the lash back would be bad. The only thing I can do is protest, un-sub, and most likely stop playing. Ping is so important to play, especially PVP. You have deteriorated the game experience for all west coast players, Aussies, and Asia players. I was so happy and optimistic about the merge and population increase, but not at this cost. I have played enough games to know how important ping is for quality of play. My money is not going to be wasted on a game with a bad ping and bad play experience.
