Queue number keeps going up too, and I am a Subscriber, WTH?

Well many days later now (8 days since it happened) and 5 tickets total later. I finnally got a refund of the 2000 parts in my in game mail. I remember during launch back in 2011 it taking hours to get a resolution. Now it takes over a week... sad.

Receieved a second email today telling me I had been refunded, when I have not. And as above EVERY SINGLE ticket I had is now gone. This is beyond amatuer hour CS here. REMOVING tickets so as to make appear they did their job when NOTHING was done... I like the game, I come back to it a few times a year, but the CUSTOMER SUPPORT is worthless. I emailed them again and sent another ticket, I know I will never get this fixed, but I will keep tying.

Color me shocked that no one has noticed this till hours after the restart. They dont care period about any aspect of the game.

Wrong. Crap like this only happens when you have incompent people running the QC team. Or when you allow your equipment to fail, also due to incompentence. I have played this game since beta and endured every other screw up they have had. SImple ones like this take the cake when they never should have happened in the first place. You do not "accidentally" lose the abilitiy to connect your log in server to your game servers while the same game servers are still active. That's either diliberate or incompentence, nether of which is ever acceptable. Especially for this game which has been steadly going down hill in realibility and quality since post launch. You do better or you lose customers, and all I have since in the past 8 years is loss of customers. It's getting old and tiresome and if there was any other Star Wars styled mmo I would have been long gone myself.

Please fire your QC team. After 8 years of putting up with bugs/memory leaks/crashes/servers down/login down etc. it's obvious they are cluless and worthless. The few of us left who pay to play this game have lost all patience at this point. None of this is acceptable for hour let alone going on five hours plus now.

Same thing. No response (as usual) on Twitter as about 100 folks there have said the same thing over the past hour about not being able to get past the splash screen. Love how they never do any patches/fixes right the first time, ever.

Our side was patched 15 minutes after downtime started. Their side (the servers) was not patched at all during maintenance, hence the extended maintenance now.

You must be new here. They did not patch the game they just did maintenance. Whoever was in charge of patching during the 5 hours of scheduled downtime did not even start it.

Because they did not ACTUALLY patch the game during the 4 hours it was down...

You have not missed it, it broke about 3 minutes into the chapter and they are working on fixing it right now.

I feel that they never test these things, and then are surprised when they fail. Then while it is not working they are silent while they try to fix it instead of saying something while fixing it. It only makes matters worse when you are silent.
