  1. I submitted this bug shortly after launch, that's right, about 8 or so years ago, however, it is still present. First of all, my title is not a typo, on my part. Many of us in the community can read the font used in signage and knows what the letters stand for, but, as it stands, apparently someone in marketing for the Coruscant Galactic Market just does not know how to spell 'Coruscant' and instead has spelt it 'Coruscnat' This sign is clearly visible from the speeder platform in the Galactic Market District on the planet Coruscant. It might be in the best interest for the citizens of Coruscant to actually know how to spell their planet's name.
  2. Modification Stations are still required to install augment slots into unaugmented equipment, so they are not totally useless.
  3. It would be nice if we could place a mark in the box in the mailer and just select an option 'mark as spam' instead of having to open spam messages to mark it as spam.
  4. You know, I am really getting tired of being called a loser by Thanna because this bonus objective has been broken for more than a year now. I no longer care who fixes it, whether it be a programmer, the VP of Operations, or send me the code and I'll fix it. Seriously how hard is it to add: On sprite.player->kill("endire_spire_cathar") do sprite.player->activate("bonusmission_beat_thanna"); The fact that in this quest BioWare / Electronic Arts is calling their players LOSERS is often counterproductive to the making of money which is really what this game is all about. Or do we have to call the support number and submit "mission" tickets (that go to CS) and bug tickets (that go to QA) every day until someone finally gets a clue that they need to fix that which is broken.
  5. Is there anywhere anyone can find a list of benefits detailing what the different levels of free and subscription provide? http://www.swtor.com/free/features used to do this wonderfully, but sadly has been removed and the information is no longer available.
  6. For the class Jedi Knight, the final quest on Balsavis has a bonus quest: Race to the Core. In this bonus quest you must kill 12 imperial forces. There are 11 Imperial forces in the instance. To complete this bonus quest you must leave the instance, wait for it to respawn then reenter. Either allow the droids to count toward the 12 kill bonus, or add one more qualifying NPC.
  7. I would like to pose the idea of permitting ingame Customer Support to have the ability to forward a bug report to Quality Assurance. There are currently 11 topics in the ticket system and only Bug goes directly to Quality Assurance. All of the rest go to Customer Support who will tell you that your issue is caused by an ingame bug that will need to be reported to quality assurance and the customer will have to file a new bug report because the Customer Support representative does not have the ability.
  8. Why does my galaxy map indicate that Nar Shaddaa is 687 Parsecs away from Hutta? A Parsec is 19 trillion Miles. Nar Shaddaa is a moon orbiting Hutta, I highly doubt that it is more than 1/100th of a Parsec away, let alone 687.
  9. It is generally helpful when deleting website information that is vital to a player's decision making process in paying for a subscription to instead of leaving a website that claims access is denied, to provide alternate source for this information. The website that used to be present at http://www.swtor.com/free/features that provided free to play players the information they require to know what features are provided if they decided to subscribe and thereby make money for EA/Bioware was arbitrailiy deleted. The links on http://www.swtor.com/free were left hanging and are now dead links. I have been informed by CS that this was done to transfer the swtor site to the help.ea.com site. A message such as: Content moved to <new web address> or a message <We are moving this content for your convenience> would be infinately more helpful than Access Denied. I used to use this site to let free to play players know what they can gain to subscribe. Now there is no information at all, except on a few outdated websites with only Rise of the Hutt Cartel or Shadows of Revan information, sadly there is no information being put out by EA or Bioware in this regard. My suggestion is to put it back or provide some information on where this information can be obtained.
  10. Still not fixed. I hate this feeling of failing even though it's Bioware's/EA's fault that I failed because of the removed bonus quests.
  11. This website located at: http://www.swtor.com/free/features is missing.
  12. Additional items that also do not appear on the GTN include: Cortosis Substrate, and War Supplies: Holocron of Strategy. On Begeren Colony.
  13. When ever I do a fresh install of SWtOR, once I start the game, I get a black screen with the words: Format Not Supported. This is caused by either a resolution or refresh rate that cannot be displayed on my LG 37" HDTV. I discovered that for some unknown reason, by default, with my particular combination, an ATI Radeon HD 6870 connected to said TV via HDMI, the game configures the base refresh rate to 120Hz. My monitor can only support up to 70Hz in select video modes, and supports 60Hz in all video modes. I was able to make the change in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings\client_settings.ini and adjust the refresh rate to 60Hz. It would be great if the installer could set it to 60Hz by default instead of 120Hz.
