Raiding with low res, probably 1024X768. Recount showing healing done, all needed tools visible, buffs, debuffs, threat meter. Very good player. This actually good example how seriously peoples taking raiding. Watch and learn. Edit: I just noticed, raiding Gruul lair with 15FPS and healing, that's a pro gamer. On Recount Nightboy is 4'th buy healing done with freaking 15 FPS.

Turbine already did that mistake, after peoples been begging DPS meter for years. It took nearly 5 years, as I remember but it vent to development. Because devs finally understood that it is necessary tool.

Timed run, yes it is fun. Buy trashing boss as fast as you could. I don't know about this game but in WoW bosses where on timer. You had certain amount of time kill boss. And if not then wipe and start over.

And you won't be the best, you won't have chance rethink your strategy if other the best drops you to #2? Bragging is bad but even if someone brags and you are not close to bragger the you could be angry only on you self. Because you suck. Period. God help this game. Are you actually telling that you are not interested at all what is your damage? Are you telling that you don't care how much you contribute in to party or raid, buy putting out best of your skills? Very sad. I always been having Recount and with cross realm instancing I have seen tons of slackers. Poorly geared, clueless about class. Only 1 thing helped me complete my embleme runs. My DPS. Because I spent hours, buy wasting ammo on test dummy and tuning up rotation it to most possible perfect. Because I knew, if I don't nuke down trash or boss fast, then no one else will do it. I don't have time wipe on 1 and same boss all day. I'm happy for you, keep slacking.

Would you like to know why, because many would like to switch from "current game" to this one but they can't because it would be step back in time. My WoW account ran out more than moth ago, I was waiting for this game, hoping, dreaming about possibilities, trorlling net for info about game. And then kablah... As been said "A typical MMO", so my understanding is that newly released MMO's must be bugged and step back in time.

Despite fact that I hate WoW and Blizz lazy developers, actually it is. UI could be customised, frames could be moved. WoW has so much flexibility. Many peoples felt insulted buy throwing them back in to 2004, with similar lame WoW vanilla UI. It is nearly 2012 not 2004. Imagine buying a brand new car, it is in perfect condition. Everything works: engine, gearbox, lights, even stereo. But that car has a little drawback, no steering wheel. Would you buy it? Well, you can still enjoy ride it and steer it buy bouncing off from street lights and other cars. But it is not right way, isn't? What is UI for any game, it is a steering wheel, nothing else. Now on topic, before asking F2P, I think Bioware should show some good will and try release patch as soon as possible, with lot of fixes. As they already did buy granting 5 days early access mostly to everyone plus adding 2 days grace period. Form that part, well done Bioware.

I bought my laptop with Vista, been using Win 7 since public beta, upgraded. 3 years ago Vista was terrible, that is all what I could tell you. Try upgrade to Win 7 ASAP, or if you could a new laptop with Win 7 pre installed. And my contribution to thread, best de fragmenting software known to me: http://www.raxco.com/ It is called PerfectDisk and it does what name is. In offline (AKA after boot) mode can even de fragment directories (folders), system files and swap file. Handy stuff if you don't have SDD. Has 30 day trial.

You like you self buy doing double post? Extra RAM is very handy for multitasking, if you ever hear that word.

Only thing what you could do is buy better CPU cooler. It is not game side issue. Oh my bad, totally missed that is is laptop. With laptops is a deal, as they are assembled buy the robots, there is too much thermal paste put on CPU and GPU as per usual. I had same thing 3 years ago, 6 months after purchase fan started sound like jet engine. After I replaced paste with proper one, it's been quiet since then. Only way to fix laptop overheating problem is, take laptop in to pices and replace factory thermal paste with proper one. No other way. Problem with thermal paste applied buy robots is, that it is too thick. But even thermal paste is not super heat conductor, than thicker, than more heat resistance.

Sadly this game been beta tested buy fan boys, who rather die than accept the truth. So far what I have seen is that Bioware pulled together a lot of annoyances, witch other developers abandoned long time ago. I really would like to play this game and I wish luck to Bioware buy turning this game around. But in current game stage, no, I do not pay to game developers for wasting my time.

Umm... Despite I been bashing this game hard, I do not agree with OP here, story is great but that's my personal opinion. Rest of game is kind'a meh...

Only nerf I see is respawn timer is increased to 30 min, nodes still respawn in same area, just tested. My companion made 5 6 min runs, while I was waiting for respawn. But when I started levleling slicing, it is ridiculous how many nodes can not be interacted. I know, problem will be fixed with next patch, witch has no ETA yet.

Many games have chat bubbles and feature is very useful, especially in instances. Because in this game chat frame is moved to top left corner, it is difficult follow during fight. At least movable frame would help. Keeping eye on chat and cool downs currently is hard, if not impossible. Unless Bioware will deploy public Ventrillo or Teamspeak server, perhaps then chat bubbles are not needed, not sure thou.

Haha... Here we go, yet another typical feature copied from other MMO's. Don't you guys understand, Bioware wants your money, than more you have down time, than more they earn. Great story line is not only thing what makes game enjoyable. I'm wondering, where developers taking so much hate and sadism against players. It's like they are Sith empire agents.
