  1. Sorry OP not everyone attempts to read in between the lines and assume what you meant to say. It is nice how some people point the finger while making assumptions themselves. See where I am going with this yet, Urael? Besides, if you don't like the game enough to pay for another cycle, then why do you even want the free 30 days? Just because it is free? Sheesh! Some people need to read their posts before they hit the "Submit Reply" button.
  2. That is based on posting history. If you look at last activity you will see a date of today.
  3. I hate to break it to you this way, but your sub is not up in 2 weeks. Based on your post history, you received the game from Amazon on Dec, 17th. On Feb. 12th you stated you made the mistake of selecting the 6 month sub plan. You have several months not weeks left on your subscription.
  4. Not true, your legacy level will unlock some features at no cost, but many of the unlocks will cost credits to activate. You asked for a link http://mmo-mechanics.com/news.php?article=1-2-legacy-system-preview#4
  5. Many complain they don't have anything to spend money on at 50. - Crafting can get quite expensive to level up to 400. - Many speeders cost well over 1 million credits - White crystals are 2.5 million - If you run your max allotment of raids in full rakata, the repair bills can get pricey if you wipe a few times I know you can earn quite a few credits by farming dailies, but I don't have enough time to do everything I like to do at 50 and run dailies everyday. Besides, that would be very boring. I like to run alts, pvp, craft for GTN profit, ops, and dailies. Not to mention helping out Guildies. I don't have enough time to do all of them everytime I log on. When 1.2 comes out legacy unlocks will be very expensive. I have heard that some of the highest level unlocks will cost 12.5 million credits.
  6. The game is exactly what BW said it would be during development. The game is not SWG2 and was never meant to be.
  7. I am sure we are going to have posters come in and claim the exact opposite of your post. I play on a standard population server, Juyo. During the day the fleet has anywhere between 55-85 players, during peak 145-185. I have no problems forming groups for flashpoints or getting a quick que for pvp during peak. For some reason the balance between Republic and Imperial seems to be pretty good on my server.
  8. I suggest reading the article. It isn't that long. Edit: Sorry, I posted this reply before you made your edit.
  9. What time of day are you playing? For example, if you play in the middle of the day on another game with over 10 million subs you will find no one in your zone either. It could also be your server, every mmo has light servers even during peak hours. Your comment could be referring to any mmo, depending upon the circumstances.
  10. You are completely wrong, the numbers are not old and most are out of their free month. A link has been provided to prove you wrong. http://massively.joystiq.com/2012/03/09/star-wars-the-old-republic-subscription-numbers-stabilize-at-1/5
  11. I have provided the link to the article, very interesting read. http://www.forbes.com/sites/insertcoin/2012/03/20/world-of-warcraft-admits-subscribers-are-leaving-for-the-old-republic/?partner=yahootix
  12. Let me help clear your confusion. US servers are light/standard due to not being prime time. Here is what the EU looks like: 5 servers are light 5 servers are heavy all the others are standard Looks like population is pretty good.
  13. Just took a look at server status for EU: 4 heavy 9 Light everything else is at Standard Mostly dead servers, I think not. update: one of the heavy servers just went Very Heavy
