  5. No maroes allowed? lol? and btw nameplates does nothing to floating text like: skill not rdy - prerequisite not meet - distance...

  8. How do i stop all those floating text about SKILL NOT YET RDY - PREREQUISITES NOT MEET - OUT OF RANGE and so on... Please help me, my screen is full of theese floating texts whilst i fight! There must be an option
  9. I cannot understand how could you land 2 projects almost instantly... I am new to shadows, was used to run a powertech (pwned any shadow i fought) and now i wonna try this class. Tnx.

The only real pain are: 1- Good Sent/Marauder, but only if the player is really good one (in this case its almost impossible to win) 2- Good Sage/Sorc, in the hand of a Top player with Top equip can dish out a huge damage. The only way to beat those is to outdamage em....and its really hardcore!

  12. Lol. I play with logitech G13. Pletora of macroes for me 15 keybinds? For the first 15 levs. perhaps. And if your char is not OP. 1- PT r by far superior to vanguards 2- You don't play it well enough. or.. 3- Wrong build. and..
  13. I am talking about that 5%... Since the other classes doesn't represent a threat to me 100% of times (not exaggerating). Good marauder/sentinel player, and only GOOD ones r almost unbeatable for us (i think). p.s. Only top players. p.p.s. The real good ones.
  14. This is the fact. Marauder/sentinels are the best 1vs1 class in the game, if played correctly. And when i write that i win 100% of the times i also add that i am waiting for a PT nerfbat. That 100% doesn't include the dual wielder classes (as u could imagine by yourself).
  15. I am not supposed to outdamage em in melee. Surely not, they r melee based, we r semi-ranged. So reply to this: how can i mantain range from a class that perma snare me and insta jump on my ***? There is no way? So equally good player will always see marauder/sentinel win vs a pt in 1vs1?
  16. I am a powertech user. I have 550 expertise, rank 59 pvp. I am a good player, not a medium one. I am good. I can face 1vs1 EVERY single class in this game, and i win 100% of times. Always. Ok i think powertech are OP (pyro ones), and perhaps need a rebalance, but. When i meet a good SENTINEL/MARAUDER player with a good equip its almost a certain death to me. There is nothing i can do. They outdamage me, also if i dual stun em. I am pretty sure that if u know what to do with this class you are the KING of PVP!! To understand better how they work i started a marauder (lev 20) and i can tell you for sure that in pvp it's absolutely amazing! I play with g13 and can make some nasty combos that allows me to use every insta-ability instantly. At lev 20 i am always top damage in warzones (unbelievable). Dont mess with this class. Learn to play it right! It's amazing. Btw if u r a clicker then change class...or even game
  17. Tnx, but noone of you found his *** burned down to hell in a matter of seconds? I mean, sometimes they do some massive burst that instantly pop my health <50%. Those r hard hard fights. To prevent this opness i tend to use my stun asap (because i think that they usually pop their adrenal and dmg boost at the beginning). But i recognize this to be an error, because then the fight goes in my favor until they vanish+99%resit combo. In this small fraction of time (5sec) they destroy me pretty fast. Usually i pop my second stun when they jump on me, and depending on their criticals i can survive or no. I found that its impossible to stay at a safe distance form them (10-15 meters) due to their numerous snares and jumps, so the fight will be a fact of dps. Also. I have meet one of them, and only one that EVERY times that uses FORCE STATIS heals himself for a good portion every tic. What is this ****!?
  18. Hi. As a good PT player with some expertise (550) and a good pvp rank (59) i am pretty sure that this class, if played well, is absolutely amazing. There is noone able to face me in 1vs1. Noone apart dual wielder! Against every other class i can simply melt em in like 10 seconds (full pyro build), But marauders and sentinels (if played right and by a good player) can simply deal the same damage plus they have some nasty abilities that allow em to vanish, to have 5 sec of almost immortality, to perma snare you, to mitigate a good portion of damage, to increase their dps output, to attack you more than once in every GCD! This a bad point. They have some instant abilities that doesn't suffer any cooldown from GCD. So, when i am facing a good one dual wielder (and i know every of them by name in my server) i know that will be a 40-60 in their favor. This post is to know when is the BEST moment to use our stuns during this fights (how to notice when they pop their DPS or MITIGATE cooldown?), because i am pretty sure that the right use of our two stun is the only way to win those fights. p.s. Btw every good player in pvp uses BIOCHEM 400 (rakata *****), and the difference between a user an a non-user is abyssal!! Go biochem!
  19. Heheheh too easy with 2 healers on your ***. And yes, he stacks all kind of surge crit power relic-adrenal-boosts. Its the only way to do some nasty crits, and imo they need to cancel the possibility of any short-time consumable in pvp. Who's doing the big numbers are biochem always.
  20. On the other hand we have to consider that a build is intended to work with an armor SET which enhance its main feature. In other words if i run a full pyro-bulldog-parakeet one I HAVE TO USE A ELIMINATOR SET. If i run a fullshield i HAVE TO USE A COMBAT TECH SET or SUPERCOMMANDO. When both the build and the set matches the build will perform at 100%. So i think that most of the posts r too speculative to be considered. BE THE DOG BE THE BULLDOG
  21. And to confirm this i have to say that in the fullshield spec i offen result doing the same damage i was doing with the hybrid 21/2/18. Around 250k in a good game.
  22. Use the shield. If you focus on this build RS is your main dps output and the bonus on a power generator usually wont make a significant difference in terms of total dps. The use of a shield btw have a better synergy with ion gas cylinder.
  23. Guys just to say two words... 2 weeks ago i was respeccing like mad to find a build that could fill my gamestyle. I have tried out FULL PYRO - PARAKEET (sorry for misspell) - FULL SHIELD. I found that FULL PYRO was a damn good build!! Yea... untill i faced some competent players that could melt my face in no time (marauders-assassins-sages). I tried the Hybrid one and enjoyed it a lot, but the diminishing damage was a hurt. I went to full shield and i found it really good with all the intterrupts and no heat problem with heat-blast, but the damage...meh. Then i have build this one, with a deep pyro build (31) enhancing my defences where its usefull (ARMOR) and allowing me to use guard on anyone. After some Wz i decided that this was what I WAS LOOKING FOR. But this build: BULLDOG (i named so because it hits like a truck and tank like a mini-panzer, but has NO STAMINA for prolonged fights. Exactly like the dog) is the build i prefer to play since allow me to play as an offensive player or a support one. Thers no a BETTER build, but a more or less enjoyable one. This is the build i love to play, it isnt meant to be the best for anyone, so dont bother if someone does twice your damage or some other is almost immortal. Enyoj it if u like or play other ones! Btw usually with this build i die only 0-2 times in a Wz, and with a full pyro one i have reached 400k damage, with this one 365k with the parakeet hybrid 250k. Matches are different one from the other ok, but i can tell you that i have never seen someone able to do more than 450k damage in a match where i was in. Dps is gimped by a low amount, not a high one. This is my consideration. Test it out and let us know. BE THE DOG BE THE BULLDOG
