Your statement is 100% right on the money. Before 1.2 I was running down the road on my marauder when a guy start to talk to me about why I would play such a ****** useless class as the marauder. I told him the class was really good and you just need to learn how to play it. He laughed at me. Then 1.2 comes out and later on I see the same guy, he starts ************ to me about how I joined the bandwagon and rolled the overpowered Flavor of the moth class. I ask him if he remembered me from a while back on kas and said nope, never talked to you.

I have used up the character slots I have. I am really hoping you will add some more because I need atleast 1 and would love to have two or more added. No way am i deleting a 50 or a high level crafter but I would love to play the only class I have never played in the game, A Sorc. So please add some more slots. Thank you. P.S. No, going to another server is not an option, I am not leaving my crafters, money, and legacy level just to play a sorc. Need the slots please.

Commando's need three things and it should not even be a question, they SHOULD just give them to us. 1 an interupt 2 a snare needs to be added to our knock backs 3 we should be given flash grenade's like the gunslingger class has That is it, those three things would ballance the commando class and make me a very happy trooper. EDIT.....I have been a 50 Gunslinger for a LONG time, I just rerolled another class and it was Commando. I am 36 now and starting to wonder why in the hell did I pick commando. gunslinger is 80% better than what this class is at this time.

If your commando and vanguard have equal gear and you're getting more damage on your vanguard on the dummy...well, then you're not playing the commando right! My guess is you are not using the right rotation on the commando.

A Commando will do more damage than a Vanguard, true story, Yes, I know what you're thinking, this guy is crazy. Well, try it on a combat dummy and you will see the Commando is doing much more damage...............Now go to PvP and try it, The Vanguard will do WAY more damage than the Commando..............Why is this? Well, the Vanguard is running and gunning all the time with instant cast and the Commando is getting interrupted and stoped dead in his tracks because he has to stand still to do his damage. This is where the big difference is at.

I do have both My Vanguard is 44 and my Commando is 38, I have 50's but I enjoy the Trooper class the most. I couldn't decide on a main so made them both. Here is the problem, The commando class is my favorite class in the whole game, it use to be my 50 Gunslingger but flat out LOVE everything about the commando class, to me it is just fun. The problem with the commando class is that it sucks pretty bad in PvP and I'm big into PvP so I have the Vanguard for that. The Vanguard is not as fun to play to me because you really only need 3-4 moves and you're set with the Vanguard, sure you do some other stuff with him too mut it is at most 3-4 all the time in PvP. I have come to understand that the Vanguard isn't really doing more damage than the commando is doing, The problem is the Vanguard is a instant cast class and the Commando is not, So that is why the Vanguard is doing way more damage, he can stay on the move QCing his damage and kite around, a commando cant do that. Any way I love my Commando and only play the Vanguard because of the instant cast it has in PvP.

I would like to see a royal guard type class always really liked the red armor. As far as powers not sure some sort of blade master type class with buffs/debuffs would be great imo.

So what your saying is I should have to go sit on the one nod we control and wait 10 minutes with everyone else because the team sucks so bad they shouldn't even be Qing to start with? No thank you, when you guys keep running back in solo or attacking the tank while the healer I have marked is standing off to the side healing with only me chasing him around I'll quit every time. I don't have the time to waste on idiots, I can be Qing up and hoping to get on a team with atleast half a brain.

You are VERY welcome, I started out in a real PvP game, Ultima online, then moved to 6 years of DAoC where I ran one of the biggest and best PvP guilds on my server. I HATED WoW and felt it was a major care bear game and skipped it. I have 5 level 50's in SWToR two are Valor rank 80. I also have five level 400 crafter's I am pretty sure I know a lot more about the PvP than you do Sir but thank you for letting me know how much you valued my info.

If you don't think gear makes a HUGE Difference, you're crazy. I just spent the time to make all custom armor and all purple mods on my 38 Vanguard and it was night and day. I have the time to stop and emote people and play around with them, then I kill them. Before the gear I had to just fight. Gear is VERY big.

I will never understand people like this, You bought the game and thought you could run it on a 20 year old, out dated computer and then you blame the company when your out dated old computer doesn't have the power needed to run the game??????? WoW, just WoW. I love this game, it is the first MMO I have enjoyed since DAoC, ( I hated WoW, HATED IT) But if this game goes F2P then I am done, no bull about it, I'm am willing to pay the sub each month and I will stay a long time but if it becomes a money sink with a ton of little kids running about ruining everything, no way am i going to stay around F2P mean to me Gone baby, gone.

Why report them? they are doing nothing wrong, that is within the game rules. You shouldn't be mad at the people doing this but you should be screaming for pvP brackets, level 10's should not even be fighting a level 49 to start with. They need to make it into a level 35 and under and then a level 36 to 49.

What you are talking about is not right but I will agree with you on one thing. Merc/commando is a broken class in PvP. You can play the class and do well but you have got to play GREAT while the people you're fighting has to play bad. You could take any other class and do it better with much less effort. Merc/commando's need a major buff.

You know I wish I had a healer to guard. I was playing my 36 Jugg the other day, when I ask if any healers wanted to run with me. I got a 29 Ops healer and it was the best PvP I have had yet. We went and took the enemy nood and they tried to kill us with 6 on 2 and couldn't. Over and over we killed them, me taunting, guarding and chilling screaming my *** off, the healer keeping us up and alive. I LOVED it. Made me wish I could find a GOOD healer to run with. I have tried that a few other times but the healers I got were really bad and didn't know how to kite or to let me peel for them, so it just didn't work. There is nothing as fun or good as a good tank who taunts, slows and guards, with a healer who knows what he is doing.

I really can't keep up with it all, when i first started playing in Dec I rolled a Powertech as my first class. I hadn't even read the boards. I just liked the class. People were screaming Sorc were fotm. My second toon was a gunslingger and he is my favorite and the one I play pretty much 90% of the time. Well, people were then screaming powertech is fotm, I rolled an Assassin because I play a lot solo and needed stealth, then people were screamin it was FOTM, so I decided I would roll a marauder and people started screaming it was fotm so I decided not to mess with marauder because they would sure nerf it. I rolled a Jugg instead and get the jugg to 44 and guess what? They say marauders are fine and they are not going to nerf them and now on top of that people are screaming Juggs are fotm. I give up, I dont care what people scream. They are all fotm to somebody. I'll stick with my gunslingger most of the time and I'm going to roll a marauder now any way.

I was just wondering, you do know their are only like 8 classes in this game? Not much to choose from, really. Then if you add one that has better damage due to them nerfing the hell out of the other's then yea, their will always be a FoTM class.

Wow, I had made most all of the characters and wanted to try out the Sith Warrior class. I didn't make a marauder because every one and their grandma said they were way over powered, so I made a jugg and now someone comes on the forum and screams nerf that class too? My God people, is their no end to the nerf threads just because you are a bad player?

Well, I do not agree with ANY nerfs. Don't nerf a class you had years of beta to get the class right, don't blame people for working and spending their time making a class that YOU made. I think they should buff other class's to be better and not nerf the other into nothing. It is a game they play, they want you to keep playing so they nerf the class you are enjoying and then you have to roll another one and pay them more money. I don't understand how they can nerf the only spec the class had. They should have fixed the others before making them all worthless. You mean to tell me that Shadows/Assassins were over powered but in the same breath you're telling me that Marauders and powertechs are just fine? Now that is worth a good laugh

I hate to say it but I agree 100%, I had a 50 BH and a 44 Sniper when my server died. I moved to The Fatman and now I have a 50 Shadow, 45 Gunslinger, and 2 more in their 30's. I would REALLY like to have all of my characters on the same server. Please let me X-fer my Fatman toons or my other two X-fered to The Fatman. Thank you.

Welcome to all the other classes except PT and Mard. For some reason Bioware had years to balance classes and fix the game the way they wanted it to be. Then we spend a ton of time making, leveling and getting gear for our class just to have them make the clas worthless in one patch. It gets old really, really fast and I for one don't understand it.

Are you 100% crazy? Think about what you are saying? Bioware has had YEARS to make this game the way they wanted it to be, YEARS. Now the game is out and people have picked their class based off of what Bioware made, they have leveled that class up to 50 and worked hard to get the gear they need. They did all of this while going to school, or working a job and having a family, not every one has no life and can just reroll when they ruin a class that should have been fixed before the game was released. It is WAY to much to ruin a class this bad, I rolled the class to be a stealthing tank but after all the work has been put into it, it is all worthless and yes, it is a I quit type of thing, and I understand why people are quiting. Face it Bioware failed big time.

You know it is damn funny to read all the marauders talking about how stupid calling for a nerf to them is but they are they same people who were screaming for a nerf to shadow/tanks. You do know shadow/tanks along with the other class's did NOT need a nerf but hey you guys win again. He who cry's the loudest and all that..............
