Is it still possible to transfer to Oceanic servers? Even if you have to pay?

Hi, I started playing SWTOR back when it was released for about 3 months. I had to take a break due to work commitments but can start playing again. I noticed that they have setup Oceanic servers and I remember hearing they would let us Aussies transfer to them with our existing characters. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

When you say a "mature" server i hope you are only talking about age and not socially / behaviourally . I'm 25 years old and I don't consider anyone older than me that plays Star Wars MMORPG computer games " mature ". It's like when people use the generic response in an argument, " Go away, kid ". I feel like piping in saying, " Go away old person playing a Star Wars computer game. "

how do you capitlize on a classes weakness when 75% of their team are made up of that class. You cant interrupt a sorc when there are 6 others doing the same thing. It's blatantly obvious they are op hence why they are the majority of the classes you see in wz's Denying their incoming nerf is to deny inevitability.

at least in arenas you can hve a direct impact on the outcome as opposed to relying on 4 random players who dont care about the game but just want to get their kills up. I'm getting sick o playing hutball where the team that wins is the one who brings the most classes with push / pull abilities. When are we going to be able to que 8 at a time...

I wanted to know if there is any information on how the legacy system will work. Mainly, will it allow me to level up alts faster. My main is a commando and i want to level up an operative but i really cant see myself doing the grind to 50 again. Is the legacy system going to make levelling alts up faster? Also, do you know if it will carry on to all other characters on different factions and servers?

Will Legacy levels benefit levelling up alts faster. Has there been any info regarding what legacy levels will do for you as a player or when they plan on implementing them?

OP mad because he couldn't shake a marauder or sentinel whos priority job is to pwn healers. This game is fine in terms of healing balance. Healers aren't the gods they were in WoW. Healers are support for dps. You shouldn't be able to outheal a DPS who is focused on you unless you have support from another player that is peeling or also healing you.

Anyone else find people that complain they're bored and have nothing to do hilarious. Has to be a troll. There's no way people would openly admit being an absolute loser.

I levelled all the way to 50 as Gunnery with various short spans as a healer when i messed around in PvP. I decided to randomly give Assault spec a try at lvl 50 to see how it goes as I was getting a bit upset with Combat Medic spec not performing as well as i'd hoped. It seems to be really fun and changes the dynamics of the class alot. As Gunnery I was used to sniping down healers or anyone really from full to 0 hp making sure i get the kill. Id have trouble when jumped by a melee. Now as assault I am able to kite melee around all day by spamming hammer shot and getting the proc snare, throwing nades and high impact bolts at them in between. Spend most of my time spreading my dots around and doing some pretty mean AOE dmg. Just wondering if anyone else has tried Assault aswell as it seems to be the most unpopoular spec and I am finding it a refreshing change from Gunnery and Medic.

I'm getting sick of this. Numerous times in PVP i have died in a fight because full auto has bugged out and not done anything yet i still get stuck in the channel action. More often than not it can happen MULTIPLE TIMES. This needs to be fixed as a gunnery commando full auto is the crux of our whole class with all high tier talents and procs working off or for it. Also Bounty Hunters have it sooo good compared to us. I see them use Death from Above and they jump up and start shooting near instantly. I am feeling really gimped by the way our Mortar Volley works. It's so slow and delayed. These 2 problems need to be addressed it is literall ruining my gameplay for this class Can Bioware at least acknowledge this problem. :( From a sad Gunnery Commando.

Ah k thats what i was told i guess missile spam is charged bolt or grav beam mirror? Still it doesn't really matter the skill is bugged as hell.

Commando class is not functioning the way it is supposed to be. The main reason is the skill, Full Auto. This ability is broken. It is very frustrating because this is our classes main damage dealing skill. If you are a gunnery spec Commando, which most dps commandos are, most of the high tier talents spec to make this skill perform better. Our whole spec revolves around this one skill to acheive max dps. However half the time i cast Full Auto nothing happens. It just bugs out and does no damage, yet I still get the channeling action. Another fail is if i happen to take damage whilst casting Full Auto I lose about 1/3 of the dps, yet it still takes the full length to channel. I won't even mention how delayed the actual cast is. Can this please be fixed as its an important part of our class and is not working at the moment. Thanks.

Good now i can kick the scrubs from my group that do bad dps.

Has your ability in PVP improve GREATLY at higher levels than what is was at lower levels due to having all your skills and talents? Do you feel Marauder gains the most benefit from having better gear at higher level compared to other classes? Does your survivability increase exponentially if you have support from a healer and are you able to wreck classes if you can get on them and go crazy?

Damage meters are like gay marriage. If it doesn't affect you, why should you oppose it. Some people like damage meters to improve their playstyle and find out what skills are best used when ect. If you don't like damage meters, don't use them. If you're that afraid of getting excluded from groups because your damage is sub par, play with other players that don't like damage meters. It's a selfish opinion to deny DPS meters.

Is it possible to somehow request amazon to open you game and email you the cd key? That would solve alot of problems haha? I wonder if they can do this.

No one is telling anyone to stare at their computer screens for days on end, that is your choice. I find it cringe worthy at some of the immature complaints people have been qqing on here. some people have no shame / life.

Hey I'm from Perth. I preordered swtor from amazon.com and have the game pre loaded. Am I going to be able to play anytime in the next week because i have to go through origin to launch the game and it says "unreleased". Is going through origin australia gonna region block me from play swtor?
