To put it simply, I am disconnected, I should be able to get back on the server, not have to wait in a queue again.
More technically, there is little persistence in this aspect and with the game client. If the game crashes, otherwise is disconnected, there should be some method of persistence to get the person back into the game. Without this, it becomes disruptive (breaking groups) and leads to poor user experience (which given EA's market failures in MMO, this should be important, especially for BW's brand image).
I am rather shocked that this is not a part of the system, as any asynchronous distributed solution should have this built in from the very design before code is even typed.
Forgive my annoyance (growing) and frustration (shared by many I suspect)...but I am sorry to say that many times this feels like the game is designed from perspective of a non-network PC or console game retrofitted into a MMO. I hope the two founders can take this into heart and direct a fix for this as well as other major issues that rob us of what can be the greatest MMO of the decade...
