  1. While the looks are horrid, I think there is a lot of confusion on the tiers. Apparently the devs are even mixing it up a little, subtier versus new tier. But if I understand the design correctly it does seem to at least make some sense. Tier 1 Exotech - Grade 56 no set bonsus Columni - grade 56 set bonsus Rakata - grade 58 set bonsus Tier 2 Black hole - grade 61 no set bonsus Campaign - grade 61 set bonsus Dread - grade 63 set bonsus It does seem to follow a set pattern for whatever that's worth. Hopefully the actual next tier will look a whole lot better.
  2. And on top of that, no way to get 5 second shroud and blackout 25% reduction without going to at least the third row in the both trees. So to have both these cooldowns, 5 sec shroud that removes all effects and 25% damage reduction on blackout would mean being at least 11 points in middle tree. Giving up a lot of damage for that extra defensive cooldown, if you ask me not worth it for a tanksin.....
  3. What I think is being missed here, is that even though the resolve level will be lower in 1.4, the two players stunning you will have both used a stun already. These have cool downs, they are not infinite. Also, under 1.3 the two simultaneous stuns would generate full resolve, you could immediately blow your trinket and go at it (master strike, score huttball, etc.), with 1.4 you'll have to wait for the next stun, after the first simultaneous ones, to use the trinket. Under neither scenario are you staying stunlocked for eight seconds. And if you are stunned for the full eight, keep in mind this requires you to have wasted your breaker, and for more than one person to be hitting you, in which case you're supposed to die quickly. PS.... but you're a healer and multiple people are always trying to kill u, and getting stunned lets them kill you faster. Ummm.... Where are your teammates and why aren't they stunning, taunting, peeling the dps away from you?
  4. I definetly second this, have the ability deal damage and interupt capping, but only apply the stun inside of 10m. Fine with it like that. Everything other than this looks good best I can tell, although what will be the cool down on assassin's force speed talented is still up in the air..... And to the people complaining about these changes hurting PVE, please explain how these changes affect fighting an operation boss???? Because if you're complaining about leveling content being bothered, there is something wrong. Leveling is insanely easy....... And if you're knocking trash away from the tank/melee dps you're doing it wrong.
  5. NO, only if the first team gets the core is time taken off. There are currently two ways for the second team to win if the first doesn't get the core. 1. Get the last door/force field that the one team got faster than the other team did 2. Progress farther than the first team did. i.e. first team dropped bridge at 3 min mark didn't get second door. second team dropped bridge at 1 min mark but gets next door. If the timer was shortened by a team that didn't get the datacore #2 would not be an option.
  6. Only if the first team makes it to the core, which the OP didn't. I don't know if there is a bug along these lines or not as I don't always remember exact times on the caps,but a bug would explain the occassional void star that I swear didn't seem to end ( win/ loss) correctly. Doesn't happen often but there are times I've won or lost and could have sworn it should have been the other way.
  7. Yea, some people either have no clue when it comes to the differences between pvp vs pve gear or are purposefully hating on pvpers. Oh well... Sometimes not much you can do other find a better group... PS. I've dpsed NiM EV in full war hero.... As a deception assassin on top of that, lol. EV is not that hard.
  8. Yea, but a much simpler way would be to increase the valor requirement for ranked comms to 50, and increase the war zone comm cap to 12500. 12500 wz comms is 3500 rwz comms + 2000 wz comms, so same amount of pre50 games as now but at 50 enough comms for full BM immediately.
  9. Then what about assassins who are smart and hit it back to back with shroud, or veg juggs that use it right after the unstoppable buff goes away? So depending on the length of the relic effect, you'd have like 9-12 secs of cc immunity.... Wouldn't a lot of people think that's OP? Not to mention it would break huttball, ball carrier uses one at first fit pit then #2 at the second fire pit, with the overlap in between, not much time to pull either...
  10. The key bind for it is listed under targeting after today's patch, but it's some crazy thing like ioc160163..., essentially the only keybind option under targeting without a reasonable name. (At least that was how it was this morning, not on right now)

I know it's not a PVP server, but Shien RP-PVE is still going ok and has a very, very strong Pub side (Pubs get a lot better que time on our server with same faction wzs these days), with some great PVPers, PVP guilds, etc. The Fatman definitively has higher population, but for community give us a try.
