  1. Run a mission so that it hits 401 and you can buy it.
  2. And you would have earned every one of those helix components needed.... your point? The made about getting the mount so quickly via just killing Xeno is invalid anyways, mainly due to the fact you still need to grind faction to Legend to get the mount. And you wont do that on the rep tokens from Xeno alone. So as I said a few times before, you still need to spend the time earning the rep as well as the tokens.
  3. I did grind the first week and I have enough helix components to get any weapon I want. And I did it on 6 x 50s, I put in a lot of time and i can reap the rewards. If I want, I can get 6 speeders this week, but tbh I can't be bothered. The point is that after I have bought the weapons I fancied for my alts, what do I do with all the 1 & 2 helix components leftover? Just something else to take up bank space, if they were BoL they could be pooled at least. But as I stated numerous times, I choose to do it straight away, others while pace it... same work involved. So as far as 'but I want the stuff now', I would actually say that it's more a case of needing something different to do for a fortnight.... and the cash was good Not like there is a tonne of stuff to do in this game (except dailies)
  4. I think you mean QUICKER, it isn't any easier
  5. I'm not sure what anything of this has to do with wanting stuff 'now'. To get the helix components you have to apply the same amount of actual time played, whether you are doing it on 1 character or 12. Yes you get there quicker, but you still put in the same work. Some guys offers you and your friend £10 to carry 5 sacks of sand from A to B. Your friend carried them all at once, you moved them 1 at a time. You both get paid what you were due, it took you longer. Are you telling me that you would jump up and down like a 2 year old, screaming how unfair it is they had big muscles and could carry 5? Section-X faction automatically increases with more alts (assuming you do dailies) Voss faction & Space faction increases more if you have alts (assuming you do them) Cartel faction increases more if you choose to buy more (or spend more credits, which is easier with more alts) So having restrictions on stuff like the helix components is pointless. If they make them BoL and you are one of those that want to stretch it out, then do so..... Nothing would make you HAVE to transfer them.
  6. Could we get some clarification from BW about double standards. Gree Faction = Alts are a disadvantage to players with a single character, so BoL helix components are a no-no. Cartel Faction = People with less disposable income are at a disadvantage (there are already many lengthy threads on here about that, so I will not go into it), due to lack of means of buying packs and by extension both faction and certificates required to purchase said faction gear. Oh wait! There is another way of getting them you can buy them with credits, and if I'm not mistaken alts are a MASSIVE ADVANTAGE when farming money in this game.... And to top it all off, I am sure I read a yellow response saying that the certificates from the cartel pack are going to be made BoL as it was a bug.....
  7. Also Red Eclipse, formerly Nightmare Lands, formerly Hydian's Way.... could be somewhere else by next month...
  8. Exactly what the title said... seriously? How is that high capacity? Didn't anyone at BW do the math? and the queue time is rising by the minute....
  9. That's ok then....... I was under the impression that groups could not queue, thankfully I was wrong
  10. I just want to make sure I have this right... When my guild wants to run SM ops I could gain more BH comms by refusing to play with my guild and PUG it..... and I can't do both because of lockout timers?! Why should players get punished for running Ops within guild?
  11. Hi everyone, let me say this is not a whine thread But I was wondering if anyone could answer some questions for me. Having never actually taken part in a MMO launch before, I have no knowledge what is normal regarding queues etc. But a quick glance at the server status this morning at 9.10am on a weekday in the UK shows the following for EU servers. 29 are full, 9 very heavy, 4 heavy and 4 standard load. Some of my guildies from another MMO are already in and of course, the server they are on is full. Some of them are already commenting on queuing to get in. Add the fact that there are more waves of EGAs to come and then you have the multitude to come on release. So, bearing in mind I haven't even started my EGA yet, questions are... 1) Are there options available for moving characters between servers (free of charge)? 2) Are the developers holding back on capacity on these servers or are they really full? 3) How quickly does the queue issues normally taken to settle down? Thanks in advance.
  12. As previously stated, sometimes the server choice is made for us. I'm not in yet, but my guildies are and they are on a server that is heavy/full. So guess where I am going....
