  1. operative healer 1.5 million healing and 1701.02 hps http://i.imgur.com/ZnXHg1B.jpg
  2. I don't even bother playing my(favorite character) operative in warzones because this seems to happen to me about every other WZ as a healer getting a ton of focus exfiltrate is a must to get out of sticky situations and at the same time when people see a chance to finish a healer they always CC which results in this bug.... :'(
  3. Agreed surge is not crappy till you reach the cap which is around just below 75% crit multiplier going beyond that it takes to many points of surge to boost your crit multiplier to be worth it. Accuracy is not crappy if playing vigilance and is actually needed for the spec to do well(you should have at least 100%), as focus it isn't really needed so you can mod all the accuracy off the gear or just leave whatever is left after reaching the surge cap.
  4. ^this the champ scoundrel gloves have the best enhancement you can get it is 23end 34power 48surge they are off the Champion Enforcer's Gloves
  5. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500cMZhMZGr0dddMdGR.1 this is the spec I would run if I was dedicated to running around in soresu however I tend to play a full dps spec and just switch as needed ie running the ball in huttball or guarding the running. I also don't tend to have much issue with focus even in soresu and without the talent that grants an extra focus for using sundering strike.
  6. It is really simple HiB and AP doing their dmg at the same time puts the classes burst dmg in a class of its own. My vanguard is full BM(mod'd) and both attacks hit on average for 4600(crit) meaning the target takes 9k or more all at once that is 50% of someone's HP bar(if they both crit) simply put yes there is an issue with this, all the other specs/classes out there are able to hit even harder then that but with only one ability and it has a cool down and/or self buff/long cast requirement in order to hit that hard.
  7. focus is a late bloomer as stated before, the higher your lvl the better it gets and doesn't really start getting good till a few level further then where you currently are. your spec has a lot of wasted talent points atm http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500ZhZhrRbd.1 is what I was at your lvl. In the upcoming lvls I would suggest going 1 point into felling blows followed by 2 points into singularity then the second point into felling blows after that it is pretty self explanatory if following the spec I have listed below. this spec will server you much better for the time being and late at lvl 50 for pure dps it will look like http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500cZhMMZurRbdbMdGR.1 with a couple points you can move around based on preference but that is pretty much what you will be looking for at end game as fully dps spec'd as for dealing with NPCs atm for you it will be all about getting up the singularity buff x4(if you haven't lvl'd that far minus this part and do the rest) and force sweeping(also clearly you also want felling blow up just assuming you would force leap in to start the pull) between force sweeps stack your sunders blade storm on CD and make sure to zealous leap before the second sweep for felling blow proc. I don't really remember at your lvl if you will have alot of excess force or not but if you even do and have a free GCD you can fill it with slash(however at higher lvls you will not be using this due to have better abilities that fill a full rotation at least that has been my experience. I played as focus the entire time lvl'n and haven't had any real issues and again to sound like a broken record it is a late bloomer once you get force exhaustion you will LOVE your guardian.
  8. I am now at 2/28 and am at valor rank 64 without being or doing anything in ilum other then my daily/weekly and doing more warzones then required for my daily only once a week.
  9. I got 2 pieces of battle master gear in 4 bags before they changed it to commendations, after the change I have gotten 1 commendation. Pretty much 2 days ago I stopped doing the Ilum daily because as Republic the frustration of not getting battle master comms is just not worth the time spent on that daily. (warzone daily isn't that bad for me my guild does premades and win just about every game but still not the point) I have said this in other posts and will say it again for every bag you open that doesn't give you a battlemaster commendation the percentage of getting one from the next bag needs to increase and then reset to the original percent after getting a commendation. This would keep the you can get lucky in the game that some like but more importantly get rid of the completely F|_|ck you over if you have bad luck because you will at least get one no mater what by your 10th(or whatever percent was picked I just think that the 10th should be 100%) bag opened edit: I know that this is not an ideal system I get that, however it is something that they could easily implement into the current game to make it better then it is now. A quick fix for a big problem, not a permanent fix just a quick one for the time being.
  10. people keep posting that they should make it like the battlemaster bags well guess what as a Battlemaster I can tell you whatever head aches you have now will only get worse when you reach battlemaster. Just check any threads about Battlemaster comms, to really what you are asking for when saying make it like battlemaster bags is that you don't want loot at all because that what battlemaster bags give you NOTHING. P.S. Was battlemaster before they changed the system by a day or 2, 4 bags 2 peices of gear after the change to Battlemaster comms I have gotten 0 comms just to give all of you wanting your champ bags to be just like battlemaster bags an idea of how bad it is.
  11. so I got to Battlemaster a couple days before the change to battlemaster comms and I got 2 peices of gear in 4 bags, after the change I have gotten only 1 battlemaster comm. Personally I would rather get the same piece of gear over and over because atleast I am getting something. Now I know you can say ohh well you still get champ comms but who the f cares about champ gear once you hit battlemaster I mean really. There really needs to be some sort of decay system(don't know if there is a better name out there for this) in place, for example if there is a 10% chance to get the comm form a bag then for every bag you open that doesn't give you one the chance you will get one next bag increases by 5% till you get one and thus resetting back to the original 10% chance. If a system like this was put in place they it would still be RNG you could get lucky and if you don't get lucky at least you don't get completely F over like it seems is happening to most players myself included ='(
  12. idk why the OP is saying that melee is pretty much useless up and down his post and asking what is best.... you clearly have an opinion on the matter so why not just go with that if you feel so strongly that melee is not as good or unable to kill other classes, just play one of those other classes and shush. but on the real at lvl 50 what ever you experienced before hand is out the window, sent/marauder are able to hold there own against any class if played well, yes you can get rooted ext but if you use your abilities in the right way it does not become an issue as with all classes and what has already been stated in here player not class blah blah. bottom line if you really want to play a melee class you could go with any and be fine at lvl 50 it all comes down to play style that you feel most comfortable with... Scoundrels/Operatives - this is for you if you like to **** people out of stealth but will get ***** if caught out of stealth sentinel/marauder - very high dmg output with some self-healing(dependent on spec) and good CDs but hard to find a way out of a fight once it starts assassin/shadow - depending on spec you can sit there out lasting your target or trying to kill them before they kill you. (personally as vanguard one of the more annoying classes to fight) juggernaut/guardian - good dmg(not as good as other melee classes however) good survivability(better then most all melee classes) and highly mobile. vanguard/powertech (they are kinda a melee/range hybrid) have good survivability but are not purely melee you will be doing a lot of hit and run type of stuff(personally I play assault and tend not to be in melee that often but the other 2 trees are more melee friendly) TL: DR as stated before PLAYER not class pick whatever fits your preferred plays style, all the classes are good if played well and able to top meters.
  13. Also on a side note we had the one person that hit control panel on the left from the first set grapple up to the last control panel from the bridge leading to his first control panel, everyone else /stuck and went right to the grapple point in the middle that has no control panel from there we grappled straight to the door.
  14. we finally got everyone up here and 2 of our members are not lvl 45 and well the horrid news is that you cannot open the door at the end if you are not lvl 45 and/or have the blue crystal. So make sure everyone has it this was a major bummer as we wanted to do it together on top of the fact that now we have to come back AGAIN and spend like 8 hours getting past the bug........
  15. I am talking about the one that takes you right to the final control panel, when used it will either drop you on the wrong box and you have to jump to the box the control panel is on or it just drops you to your death. did you go down to the first set the one on the left from that bridge did you grapple from there in order to get to the last control panel?
