  1. Oh, you mean nothing like ignoring the warnings of the Jedi Council and going to war against the Mandalorians, or something like going to the Sith Empire with just his apprentice with the intention of assassinating a thousand year-old Sith Emperor without telling said Jedi Council "hey, there's these Sith out there..." and getting mind-***** in the process, or how about going back to fight the same Sith Emperor yet again with nothing more than the Exile (and again without telling anyone where he was going!), an astromech droid and a traitor Sith (Lol! Great idea there!) as back up? Revan does stupid things all the freaking time. I can easily see him falling to either Vader or Obi in a very short amount of time. That's not even bringing up the fact that he's vastly outclassed in both force potential and saber skill (the latter of which he's never Canonically shown any great ability in).
  2. Spinter Cell was doing it before the 360 was even out.
  3. Fratboys of War isn't nearly as good enough a series to even consider cloning.
  4. Those ancient Sith Lords you like so much? They bowed down and acknowledge Sidious as greater than they ever were. Go learn more about the Canon system before you post, you'll see what we mean.
  5. I actually gotta say, Revan would be the first to die in this fight. After that its Yoda vs Vader and Obi-Wan. Not too sure about that match up.
  6. Luke Skywalker, Jaina Solo, Jacen Solo (before he tried and failed to become a Sith Lord), Kyle Katarn, Wedge Antilles, Mara Jade Skywalker.
  7. Uuuuh. That's what the series WAS about. That's the story of the Star Wars movies, the tragedy of Anakin Skywalker. Lucas has stated this before.
  8. It wouldn't really matter anyway. Vitate's completely owned Revan twice now, and we don't even know if either of those times he was even in his real body at full power. Either way, Yoda takes out Vader and either Emperor makes Revan his *****.
  9. Except, you know, G-Canon states explicitly that Sidious is the most powerful Sith the Galaxy as ever seen.
  10. Not to mention Lucas put a stop to Wookiee Jedi.
  11. Yoda and the Emperor (either Palpatine or Vitate would work), easily. What a lot of people fail to realize is that Revan really isn't that strong in the Force compared to the likes of Yoda and the two Emperors, and I don't think Vader would be strong enough to carry him through the fight.
  12. Pretty much. Just that one feat basically means he can incinerate any Force User in the history of Star Wars with a mean look barring the Skywalker line.
  13. Mace Windu is basically the most accomplished Lightsaber combatant in the history of the galaxy, pre New Jedi Order. The way Vaapad (Mace's style) works is that he creates an emotional loop, feeding off of his opponents (in this case Palpatine's) darker emotions and uses that to strengthen himself and weaken his foe. He beat Palpatine hands down in the Lightsaber fight, had Palpatine employed the Force in a more offensive manner (which he didn't want to do, so that he could turn Anakin) he would have won. Easily. In the RotS novelization (which no, Lucas didn't write but because it is describing the events of the movie it is G-Canon) Palpatine's Force Lightning actually bent Mace's Lightsaber blade, a weapon that all previous records shows to be basically completely unalterable.
  14. I gotta agree. The technology level for CGI is so much better these days than it has ever been, I honestly wouldn't expect anything else from Lucas Arts, especially with George's (completely justified) love for CGI. Just look at the TOR trailers, that's the level (and better now since tech has advanced) that its operating at. Hell, Frostbite 2.0 and the 1313 game's graphic engines are almost on the same level. Its just astounding at what you can do with CGI these days. Just imagine if he'd waited until 2011 to do the Prequels, the CGI-Live Action actors would have been absolutely seamless.
  15. Especially considering Palpatine was created a good forty years ago.
  16. I'm not hating it because its never been done before, I'm disliking it because I don't believe the art style fits the Star Wars IP at all, and generally, Anime tends to be really, really bad. At least in my opinion.
  17. An absolute boat load of them are. I know the Heir to the Empire is, the Fate of the Jedi and Legacy of the Force novels, Plagueis and Rise of Darth Vader are as well. I'm not positive about the Young Jedi Knights series, not positive about the New Jedi Order series or the X-Wing series. I just did a quick check on the Kindle section of Amazon and got over 1,200 returns, not all of them Star Wars, obviously, but the vast majority most likely are.
  18. Because its Word of God Canon? Because many of the PT Era Jedi were considered the best in the history of the entire Order? Because they had Yoda? Star Wars canon can be fun to debate, as long as you keep it to C-Canon against C-Canon, once you venture into the world of G-Canon, there is literally no wiggle room, the Canon system was set up this way deliberately, and it helps preserve the Star Wars timeline in ways few other large Sci-Fi/Sci-Fantasy franchises can boast (Star Trek chief among them). When it comes down to it, your opinion means nothing when discussing G-Canon facts, its a sad, cold truth, but that's just how it is. The moment George Lucas stated that the PT era was the "Golden Age" of the Jedi, all debate was rendered useless.
  19. If he ever does reply, Brandon might be winning this.
  20. 100 credits SWG is brought up in the OP's reply.
  21. So do I. Not only does the art style not fit the IP, but for the most part, anime just tends to be stupid (in my opinion).
  22. I was wrong on my Avatar numbers, I just realized that. You could be right about how much it would cost, but I highly doubt EA spent a third of TOR's budget on three trailers.
