Btw. on some servers you are not allowed to type in chat how much you like the event. I as a Founder was spammed with /w by f2p scrubs who told me "you must be new, it was x12 once!!1111" Can we please not allow these people to use chat? :/

So I am back to check the Kotfe and Kotet content which I both havent seen yet. I have 2 free character boosts which I want to use on a new server, since my server ToFN has 8 players in fleet at 8pm local time, which is pretty laughable and I dont want to pay for transfers either. I looked at the population of different servers. The biggest german server has a 120 going in fleet, Red Eclipse about 180 and US Servers with Standard Population got numeral Instances of Fleet going pretty much at all times. My ping for West Coast Servers would be 170, I didnt feel any noticeable lag on the starting planet, but the question is of course if this will be a pain in pvp/raids alter on or if it still wont really matter. Also, I'm not sure how group finding is at my EU time on those US Servers, not really able to test this. So my question is probably mostly to you all nighters on US side - is it worth it to go to an US server if I am mostly playing at 9am - 1 pm server time? Or maybe you know of one US Server were many EU people have come together in order to fix this problem?

Hey guys, so I am a returning player, I played at release and come back like every now and then to check back and get my yearly star wars hype under control. I'm finding myself in a spot where I dont know what I should play as or if starting all over would make more sense anyways. I have a Mercenary and a Juggernaut both at 55, I always played my Merc as a healer and my Jugg as a tank in Warzones. Now with the new skill system, I am a little overwhelmed. I am not sure which class to play either, because the last story content I played with both of these characters was the rise of the hutt cartel and didnt even finish that really, just was interested in PvP back then. Also... the gear of all my companions are like level 44 greens, so I probably cant even bring them to anything... The question is, am I able to go the the Shadow of Revan content without instantly dying on every corner with 150 item level pvp tank/heal gear? Probably not right? What would you recommend me to do now? Can I just go to SoR or should I go and do what story content emerged in between those two expansions? Are Juggernaut and Mercenary even viable at anything these days? They never really were I guess... I would even be interested in leveling a new class if thats really necessary to participate in current content, but I never even thought about playing anyone else than those two characters since launch... I'd really appreciate any kind of help, tips, advice and whatnot.

Came back and there is no more partisan, so the question is, do I have to buy conq all over again even tho it has almost the same stats? It counts towards the set bonus tho... so I got 4 partisan pieces for the setbonus and equping the conq headslot counts as a 5/5 for that set... so is it technicly the same now? Do I have to get all conq parts to turn them into obroan or is there a hidden vendor that lets me exchange partisan for conq? Something like that?

So how does this work, am I able to put all my mods in the Adaptive Armor, so I can look how I want to look, or do I have to use the heavy armor sets in order to retain the amount of armor they give me? I would like to just get the mods from the pvp vendor and put them into my adaptive gear. Possible without missing out on heavy armor amount?

Red Eclipse Republic side, I think we have like 5 huge russian guilds... I dont have anything against russians, but them thinking they have the right to take over the server and exclude all other people with talking in russian all the time is just annoying as hell. I thought of switching server because of that so often now...

I totally agree with the Topic Starter. Just an example from 2 hours ago: I joined a random 55 fp and got told to leave because I was wearing Basic gear, which wasn't pretty enough for me fellow groupmembers. My server is full of snobs, and people don't even care to speak in english. Chat is mostly just russian... totally retarded.

My best advice is to stay away from the forums for the first 2 months. No, I'm not trolling you, I'm serious. People are crying about everything (which is normal for MMO communities), you would just lose interested in the game again, if you read through everyone's ************. Just don't read the class forums or else you will never decide what to play - everyone says his class is the most nurfed and the worst ever - but if everyone says that, the game has to be pretty balanced, eh? General discussion is mostly just a troll forum. A few good threats are here too, but def. more trolls.

I didn't read through all 141 pages, so just a little question - does the republic version of the CE vendor sell the imperial trooper armor aswell?
