I've found the Bounty Hunter class story really great but I suppose you'd better take that with a pinch of salt because Smuggler is actually my favourite that's much more down to the characters than the plot though, which I'll admit has some very weak points. I've not got far with anything else, all the force user stories seemed kind of dull to me compared to those two and I'm just not into trooper, although I'll second recommendations for the Agent story so far!

Corso's the only one I've actually romanced so far (he shares the distinction with Garrus of being the only male Bioware romance options I like) and I can totally see him being bi but very slow to open up about it... Regarding other companions, I can easily see Gault turning out to be a SGRA-only option, and Kaliyo is obviously bi to the point where it goes without saying but I already made a male agent because I couldn't wait BH and Smuggler are the only stories I've gotten very far in though.

Can you not see your own comments in the guild summit chat stream or something? I posted a comment and it's not showing up even though other new comments have been added I feel really torn on this. I don't want to cancel my account because as first MMO experiences go outside of this issue it's been a lot of fun, but I feel like a traitor for not putting my money where my mouth is, as it were. My only consolation is that this isn't necessarily 100% down to Bioware. When it's their own IP they've been pretty good on the whole, but this one isn't only down to them. Which really sucks. Sigh.

Yes, because seeing some Chiss smugglers or Sith jedi wandering around will be so much more immersion-breaking than loads and loads of Kiras running around in slavegirl outfits or jedis called Spongebob... oh wait

I wasn't going to bother with romance with my smuggler as I wanted to wait in case Risha was romanceable by female characters... but then I kind of fell for Corso. He just worked with what I'd put together for my character. Haven't bothered with anyone else yet though, almost romanced Torian by accident (he wouldn't leave my BH alone) but I don't like him and want Mako to get him. Corso's the only male character so far I've wanted to romance anyway, and I am still cruelly denied Kira

Honestly the optimistic part of me hopes that the reason we haven't had our question answered in any of the Q&A posts is because it IS too big and important an issue to be dealt with in that context (it's mostly tiny little details that get covered there, from what I can tell). The guild summit, especially the section for roleplayers, seems like a better place to talk about it. Fingers crossed for some good news soon

Same here with Jack! She's the only thing that could make me play dudeshep. I've just met Kaliyo as a female Agent and I cannot believe she isn't bi, they'd better patch that Also sad I can't romance Kira as a woman, because for once it's not so much the creepy Master/Padawan relationship and you're pretty much equals. I'm not willing to put in so much time in this playing a male character... takes a lot longer than a ME2 playthrough, after all. I was really surprised by how much I liked romancing Corso. I don't usually romance male characters at all. His old-fashioned attitude annoyed me at first but I have grown to like him a lot, there was a lot of character development there imo. He's a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the male Bioware LIs because he's cheerful and positive and doesn't embody the whole Carth-Onassi-I'm-So-Conflicted stuff... He and my smuggler will adopt some streetwise orphans then drive them to pacifism via daily lectures about blaster maintenance and how anyone that says particle beams are not the best is a lying liar.
