I wanted to enjoy SWTOR, really I did. I love Bioware, and have yet to play a game by them I did not enjoy. But when each major patch so far has caused me to mess with my settings just to be able to play the game, to the point where I need to do a system restore due to whatever 1.2 has done to it, quitting the game no longer becomes a choice, but something that needs to be done. Worst part being, this is the first time in all my years of gaming that anything has caused so many issues for my pc. Would offer my vast ammounts of money to anyone on Fatman, but my inability to log in kind of prevents that.

Get the Vita. Let's be honest, Monster Hunter is better then Star Wars any day. And hopefully, the new ones are actually released here.

Thats the question isn't it? Scoundrel is designed around being in melee range it seems, so rather then trying to play dirty fighting as a ranged class, try it as melee also. Maybe the problem isn't the build, but the way people play it.

See I hear this alot also. But why would you be running back for rather then just staying in melee range.

I am trying to have fun, but bugs that ruin certain aspects of what I am having fun with counter act that. I love reading also, that doesn't mean when a book decides to print its pages out of order that I should just ignore it.

It is just another supposed bug fix that never actually happened, like the others on such a list. Love the game, but these bugs and non fixes are going to kill it. Sorry, but when you claim to fix something, you should make sure it is actually fixed.

Seeing as how they did not announce they were reducing the resolve it gives, it is safe to assume it will still give a full resolve bar. Our stun is going to be worse then the sorc knockback now.

Wonder how many people like this got their gear during the 10-50 days, where they could easily steamroll low level teams. Talk about easy epics.

So name an mmo that has done it properly. After all this time they are still not balanced in WoW, and I am sure SWTOR would have thr same problems.

If a dps-specced scoundrel is outhealing your damage, you are doing something wrong. If a sawbones specced scoundrel is doing huge burst damage to you, you are also doing something wrong. Also, we have one cc break, on a 2 minute timer, that every class gets, so saying we have the best is just a flat out lie.

Better idea, buy a better pc. Honestly, if the effects of the cannons are causing you to slow down that much, how do you handle group pvp at all.

Not sure if this has been brought up before, seeing as how there is no forum search, however, has anyone else noticed how, coming from rep side, the left side cannon takes longer to start doing damage then the right hand cannon? If they are both activated at the same time, the right hand cannon will have dealt 10 damage before the left side has done any.

Well, since it has a 2 minute cooldown, they won't be using it again and again. Also, easy to counter by simply putting a dot on them.

Pretty sure every class can wreck face with a pocket healer.

Now maybe it is lag or something on my part, but i find my ravage-like ability for my sent. will hit for full damage, even if the person is well out of melee range. Only time I have not hit with the final ability is when the person gets pulled/leaps away, so quite a distance.

Sorry, but anytime anyone brings up Aion in a post, trying to imply that it is a failed game, it proves that they have no idea what they are talking about, and thus can be safely ignored, since they are obviously biased.

You missed the announcement of every patch, xpac, and content update ever then. Give this game a month or two, and all the doomsayer posts should be gone from here as well. The vocal minority means nothing, since everyone else is too busy having fun in the game.

I understand what he is trying to say. What he means is, it will balance itself because everyone will start playing the current FotM in order to compete. Which quite honestly, is a horrible way do arenas in any game.

Heh, Arena's take skill, right. That's why certain set ups are always on top of the others, because of course everyone that plays those classes is simply more skilled then the others. Let's be honest here. I love pvp as much as the next guy, but real competitive rated pvp in an MMO not based around it is pretty much dead. You will always have certain classes that are too powerful, or classes that are too weak, which ruins the nature of it, since unless you roll the FotM class, you are going to be at a disadvantage from the start. And let's not even get started on how badly trying to balance arena can ruin pve balance.

I love back blast as it is now. However, I do not love the issues with it, where I can be behind a target, point blank, and keep getting error condition fail, and not be able to use it. Very, very annoying especially on a boss fight.

Fists for sure. I mean come on, what is more "epic?" Running through blaster fire to stab someone, or running through blaster fire to PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE?

Been having good luck as rep on dark reaper. Seems like competent players, usually if we lose its due to a low levels vs 50's type situation.

You know, out of the ships, I think BH has the best looking one. Or IA I still can't fully decide.

Smugglers get a falcon like ship, personally, the only ship I like rep side.
