in that case they shouldn't have introduced the R4 gear and left the present new gear that we've only had for what 2, 3 or 4 months in place. I know almost ever 2 yrs they do something with the gear it seems....but we just got the present gear....it was kind of dumb to introduce another new gear so close to the present one we just got. plus ppl have been working with the present gear so hard to get their gear taken care of & where they need & wanted it to be and so now all that hard work is basically thrown out the window....and was for nothing....in general...ppl don't appreciate that.

it never fails....ever so often someone gets a wild hair & they think they have to change everything & make a mess of things....ever hear the phrase..."if it works..don't fix it"?....been with the game since Beta & they just can't leave well enough alone....I've been reading their posts about the new gear & blagh blagh blagh......what a huge mess....period

In 10 yrs or should I say since beta...(that's how long I've been with SWTOR)...I have never had a problem with losing game connection... BUT... since 7.0.1 came out I keep losing game connection anywhere from 2 to 5 times and it's becoming more frequent. after so many times I just give up. I have heard it mentioned that others are having the same problem. I already checked my ISP and there's no problems there...I use cable....just an FYI. and after losing game connection when I try to log back on I can't get past the sign in until a bit later.

I was curious..... did SWTOR actually pay hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars to use character names in an OP and the type of characters that they are that originally came from the movie franchise "Mad Max" especially the movie from 1985...."Mad Max beyond the Thunderdome"....with Mel Gibson and Tina Turner? and did they pay the actors who played those characters? I'm referring to "Master Blaster".......Master was played by Angelo Rossitto and Blaster was played by Paul Larsson. If SWTOR actually went and got permission from the franchise and the actors to use the names and the type of characters of "Masterblaster" I would be like......WoW !!!! if not....then SWTOR might want to actually get in contact with the franchise and get permission to use the names & types of characters from the movie. not only will SWTOR have to get written permission but they will also have to pay a huge amount of money to use them. If SWTOR hasn't done this or won't do this....they could be eventually looking at a huge Lawsuit because the names & type of characters are "Patented" by the movie franchise. was just curious.....

well ATM....it seems like things are starting to straightening out....for the moment anyway...we'll see if it continues or if things go bonkers again.... could have been a short lived glitch..../shrug...will post if it turns south again....

been crafting on PTS....with Armorings, Mods & enhancements...after deconstructing 4,5 and 6 items all asudden get the message...."you already have that schematic"....so go to recheck for the next lvl up schematics for that item....and....nope....not there.... so I reboot the game....thinking...."rebooting usually fixes things"....I try again....nope....still the same thing again and again.... trying to get the 75, 77 & 80 s gold (epic) schematics at first when I started crafting on PTS....it was acting weird....instead of getting in order of numbers the green, blue, purple then gold/epic....it's been jumping around....not just the numerical order of schematics but also the color of the schematics. at first was working correctly numerical & color order....then all a sudden....the system went bonkers with the numerical & color order..../shrug might want to take a look & see why....

just as an FYI..... the Jedi Guardian class quest "The arm that holds the saber" - talk to Master Muheeda on Tython...isn't working... can't target him to start conversation to finish that specific quest.... figured you wanted to know about any and all bugs....

guess after all these years cross server Legacy mail is still a no go....huh? would be a great asset....a lot of games even old ones like EverQuest have cross server account mail....

with the new 6.0 crafting when you do deconstructing the MK-0 eventually you get a green MK-1.... does it go on to next lvl green MK-2 or does it eventually go to blues or do they just stay green?

continues to be bugged/broken....does not scale....

Personaly I missed the sub date by 1 day & that's my fault....so been waiting for today Dec 2....but when I logged in I clicked the play button & I see the "subscribe now" button instead of the "Launch"....any ideas why no "Launch" button? yes I double checked & I am a "SUB" have 25 days of play remaining....so instead of the "subscrib now" there should be a "Launch" button.

well downloading for patch is complete......BUT servers are down for maintance......roflmao................if it's not 1 thing it's another...............just another regular patch day....

just a regular patch day I guess......rofl......the patch for me comes to a dead stop at 1155.67 mb remaining and pause doesn't assist.....restarting the patch from scratch doesn't help either, when it gets to 1155.67 mb remaining it's dead again.....tried several times....no change....guess I'll go take a nap.....lol

well.....I give up.....I've hunted with each companion, farmed companion gifts till I'm almost broke & that was a ton I spent over 200k and still nothing........so I don't know......unless my companions are just bugged to the max I don't know what else to do.

ok..on each of my toons there is only 1 companion that is 25/25 and the rest are like 5/25, 10/25, 15/25 ect ect...but the companions that aren't 25/25 they aren't speaking to me either.

I don't know...maybe while I was doing my class quests I finished up all the "story line" of my companions conversations and didn't realized I reached the end. but I wouldn't have thought I would have though....../shrug

yeap..the old symbol over their heads showing they want to talk is no longer there, so I just clicked on them & all's I get is the regular lines they say anywhere no "story like" conversation. Also no conversation in cantina either. use to when they were ready to talk to me I'd click on them & they would say stuff like "when you have time I need to talk to you" or "I need to talk to you but on the ship is better" and other stuff like that. I don't get any of it any more. so I don't even get to flirt with companions any more either....ha ha ha...not that I did much of that anyway....roflmao

well I made a new toon and just did my class quests & am now at lvl 63 and have not had any conversations with any of my companions at all. I have one companions influence up to over 50k and still no conversation at all. Any sugestions?

Thanks all for the advice I went & did the Diplomacy Trade Skills & reached Light Alignment 5 in about 30 mins & got the title "The Pure". Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

I did forget to mention I have 0 Dark Alignment, all my alignment points have gone totally into Light
