  1. I replied to the previous support email stating what Stephen had said and got another very quick response saying that my ticket has been escalated to a specialised team. Now we play the waiting game!
  2. So I just made a ticket through the website support form regarding the silly name change system which screwed me over after reading in this thread that other people have had success doing it this way over in-game tickets and while the response was very quick (which is good!) I was told they won't be able to rename my characters. Now what, Stephen?
  3. I had this problem on my trooper. You'll have to 'reset' the quest from your quest log and probably do it again from whatever stage it resets to. At least you managed to finish it once. When I tried it 60% of the bad guys in there kept throwing up "Cannot see target" errors when they were standing out in the open.
  4. Friends house, work, net cafe, prepaid net, phone etc? Seriously? All of those options were unavailable to you? For a whole week? Sure buddy.
  5. Pretty sure I requested my transfers a few hours after they fixed the site, but nothing has happened for me yet. Going from The Harbinger to Dalborra.
  6. Originating server: The Harbinger Characters: Com'a, Kach Problems: Buttons show up and I can click the up and down arrows on the first one but it doesn't list anything.
  7. How are you planning on handling existing Legacy names when character transfers open for the upcoming Oceanic servers?
