  1. Such a thing is not coded, that's why. And do you really want some ******, half-assed thing that is broken?
  2. 1. Huttball 2. Novare 3. Void Star 4. trash heap (alderaan)
  3. What the other posters said is important, but yes, one can hack* their abilities to have no cooldown. *that's not really a good word for it, but it's the current jargon
  4. Weaponmaster 2 set bonus: Decreases the cooldown of Undying Rage by 15 seconds.
  5. If you're going to continue this system of turning in gear for a new piece of higher quality gear, please never change what stats are actually on the pieces of gear. Just make the higher level one have greater values. When you change what stats are on an item completely, upgrading that item may not actually be a statistical upgrade. It may not benefit the player until he gets a complete set of gear, or, it may not benefit him ever. Some of the War Hero gear is so different than its equivalent Battlemaster version that it is more worthwhile to get a piece from a different set and then get the War Hero version of that. It's a simpler system for everyone if the upgraded gear is just a higher stat version of the same piece of gear.
  6. Is it supposed to do something different than the Operations Training Dummy? OK, it's in the Known Issues post. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=403398
  7. Oh how I miss old PvP that was 90% Huttball. Sorcerers are God-Kings of Huttball.
  8. Is it really your contention that Sorcerers lack crowd control then?
  9. Electrocute, Whirlwind, Overload, Backlash Bubble, Force Slow, Creeping Terror, Force Lightning. That may not be as much as Operatives, but it's still pretty good.
  10. The only real problem with Sorcerers is the lack of a basic attack/heal that is instant and free. Every other class has those and they are required. The larger resource pool does not make up for that. As Sorcerers are the only class that runs out of their resource. Every other class is designed to have infinite resources.
  11. This should be the takeaway from this thread for Sorcerers. Winning doesn't mean killing the opposition and still being alive. It means accomplishing whatever objective needed to be accomplished to win that warzone. If I'm defending a node and a Marauder (or 3) show up, I only have to survive long enough to keep them from taking my node until my reinforcements are close enough to take over. Sorcerers are great at that. If I'm attacking a node, it's the defender that has to stay within his tiny box of defense. If someone wants to leave his defense to kill me, all I need do is take him away from his post long enough for the team I came with to accomplish our goal. Heck, it is in my best interest to have more than one person chasing me to my slow, but inevitable doom as that creates imbalances for the rest of my team. Do you think healers are going to solo any Marauders? No, healers are the tanks of PvP, they occupy people's time and focus so your team can accomplish its goals. Killing people is a side effect, not a goal. I don't care about soloing Marauders and neither should you. I care about winning Warzones.
  12. How would you get through the space station based missions anyway? How would someone be able to come on those?
  13. Does this talent have a chance to generate rage on each hit in the Vicious Slash? Or is it limited to once per execution?
  14. If you read this forum from an objective view point, would you take it seriously?
  15. 75 seconds. Also, Warriors don't have it.
  16. This is how the MMO genre works. If that's not what you enjoy, perhaps you should look into a genre that you do. There's a new shooter out every other week, maybe try that.
  17. Here's you being wildly wrong: Madness and Hybrid are sad compared to Lightning? No, they do almost exactly the same damage. Which is what I said here: And the breakdown on the "nearly" part is that Lightning is the lowest of those. Here's Kor confirming that, since you probably missed that too:
  18. It's clear, but you're woefully ignorant. All three specs are nearly identical in dps. If you want to get rid of the "nearly" part, lightning is on the bottom of those 3.
  19. Well, as a former developer, you probably also know that those in the game industry consider themselves closer to "artists" than "scientists" (despite "science" being the second word in most degrees programmers have), and thus do not feel they are subject to any kind of rigor. It's what got me out of that industry.
  20. It hasn't been fixed, but it has been broken. Trying to use two Force Lightning's off one proc will never be a DPS gain now (over non-procced Force Lightnings). It can also be a dps loss.
  21. But his Absorb and Shield ratings are still zero.
  22. At this point I have to conclude you are trolling. Either that, or you haven't actually pvp'd since 1.2, don't understand how medals actually work now, and just wanted to whine about something you don't understand. The only way you can be getting fewer medals post-1.2 is to stand no where near any objective and hit no buttons.
  23. How is Bioware even involved? At worst, they put in Master Looter (which would be demanded if it had not been implemented). Them some jerks use Master Looter to keep others from getting stuff. Isn't it the jerks' faults?
  24. I'd say it's much more in common with hockey.
