The better question is if the servers were going down at 12PST then why is it 11:52 pm and the servers are offline? They came down at least 20 minutes early. Please take more care in giving the correct time then adhering to them for the start of downtimes. I could careless how long they take to come back up, as long as they are correct. but giving a downtime then starting it alot earlier is bad buisness.

I think the point was they dont like low levels in the same WarZones and high levels, as the high levels pretty much just stomp them usually. OP, they did that to get things up and running. By adding everyone and normalizing the levels the best they could, they made it possible to actually use WarZones on day one. If they bracketed everything from the get go, you would have seen que times measured in HOURS for WarZones, not minutes. Eventyally as people spread out and level, we will see more and more brackets added, the first of which was in 1.1 with the lvl 50 bracket locking lvl 50's out of low level WarZones. Patience, Rome wasnt built in a day.

You need to be 33 or 34, then you talk to the NPC right at the spaceport were you land an d before you get to the planet shuttle, if you are allowed ot go, you will get the Quest triangle, if not you need another level
