  1. That's a myth. There was some testing done on these forums a while back and it increases total damage over the time too.
  2. Using Flyby on a single target mob (eg: boss) is not an efficient use of energy, time or the global cooldown. It takes approximately 3 seconds to cast. For AOE mobs, sure, it's fantastic (and fun!) but not for a single target one. To OP: In future on Scrapper use Disappearing Act (especially since you would have chosen a talent which reduces the CD) and then stick in a Fletchette Round and Shoot First again - it's your highest damage so don't waste it!
  3. I know this might seem a crazy idea but have you considered that you NOTICE the unneeded gear more than the stuff you give out to people? Because it's the stuff left over? It's your own fault for not making groups balanced equally between all classes! I'm a Smuggler and have been in all my group's raids. Some Consulars have come along and got 3/5 Rakata in one run while me and my smuggler buddy are still stuck with 4 Columi. It's a RNG. Emphasis on R. Which stands for RANDOM.
  4. I'm not 50 yet but I've skipped "Scar Tissue" and stuck those points into "Keep Cool". I'd rather be able to easily restore enjoy after those "OMGWTF" moments than reduce a bit of damage on myself.
