  1. Now that the affection bug has been fixed which blocked me and many others who played the game in its first month from marrying Jaesa, I'd like to know if we're going to be able to re-do the dialogue. It'd be completely unfair to let the dedicated players who pre-ordered and played early to miss out on a big part of our Juggernaut class' story. I know personally I worked my butt off getting my affection with her to full first with the hopes or marrying her, only for her to bug out and not even give me the option to say yes, and I feel completely bummed because of it. So, Bioware, any chance of a re-do, or are loyal customers screwed out of enjoyment for being loyal?
  2. I have about 9,000 affection with Jaesa and have been leading up to being in love/together with her throughout her affection quests. However, I just got to one of the last ones where she asked us to be married, and no choices came up; I just told her that marriage isn't in our future. Did my game bug, or is this because either way you aren't allowed to marry her? I'm going to be really pissed if my game bugged after everything I chose/did was leading up to the one moment and then chose the opposite of what I wanted. EDIT- From what I've read around, it sounds like you're supposed to have the option to marry her. I was given no such option; the game decided for me. I'm hoping this is false and maybe the final affection quest I actually marry her, otherwise BioWare has a major bug to fix and better re-do my quest if it affects my companionship in any way.
  3. This is pretty much what I decided while taking my Sociology final tonight (because brainstorming my future in SWTOR is way more interesting than my real life future). I'm gonna keep my slicing until 400 and try to get the Cybertech schematics while funding my purchase of skills/mats/etc. Then, once I have my schematics, I'll switch to Underworld Trading and start making the good ****, like speeders and epic grenades. I do agree, in case anyone is wondering, that it'd be better to have a high crafting job for the first month than a high gathering job like Slicing. The guaranteed profit is nice, but the end-of-the-line crafting items will go for a buttload if you're one of the few people that make it.
  4. I loved it, but maybe its because I wasn't excited for it/interested in it. They're fun mini-games that feel like N64 Star Fox, and it grants you XP. What's not to enjoy? When you want a break from quest grinding, send your companions on missions and shoot down some Rebel/Imperial scum!
  5. I'm in a predicament: I initially started leveling slicing since I heard it was great for pure money. Around level 20 I decided to go with Cybertech and Scavenger as my other two choices. Now, a lot of the good stuff from Cybertech uses underworld trading metals. Should I drop my 300 slicing and start fresh with underworld trading, or keep slicing and just spend money on the underworld metals when I need them? Feel bad dropping a skill I got so high and gives me so much money, but long term feel like underworld trading will benefit me more. Thoughts? Any advice would be great.
  6. I keep hearing about this Flashpoint that's around my level and have no idea where to find it/que for it, nor has anyone in general chat helped me out. Any help would be great, thanks.
  7. Excuse you, but its 100% a legitimate complaint. Wanna know why I didn't check the FAQ to find out every specific detail regarding early access? Because plastered all over the website and in every press-release was the statement saying "if you pre-order, you get early access starting on the 15th!". That's what many, many potential customers were lead to believe. Is it a big deal if we get in a day or two later? No, I don't believe so. However, the game hasn't even officially been released and I already feel somewhat lied to by the people who want me to give them money every month. Nowhere, except for ONE very specific part of the website, said that early access would occur on a first-come, first-serve basis and would be spread out over the days leading up to the release, meaning some may only get an extra day while others get in a week early, despite both paying the same amount of money and following the pre-order instructions.
