    The inability to speak Basic is one reason. Romances are another reason. Basically, if you have to be a perv to picture something kissing Leia or Han, it's unlikely to ever be playable.

    That's the impression I got as well and yes, I share your disappointment.

    The 24-hour clock is standard in most of the world apparently. Even the US uses it over the 12-hour clock in some cases.

    And to top it all off, the gear in question looks ridiculous.

    You're actually not supposed to use all of them. Which ones you use depend on your spec. What's the bread and butter ability for spec X might not be very useful at all for spec Y etc. Some abilities that you unlock in the talent trees are supposed to replace abilities you learned from your trainer (ie Assault Plastique replacing Sticky Grenade due to them sharing cooldown).

    I once played an MMO where the trinity could be totally and utterly ignored: Tabula Rasa. Group content boiled down to everyone whipping out their biggest, baddest shotguns and mindlessly mowing everything down as quickly as possible. Personally I found that incredibly boring.

    They've all but confirmed that there'll be cross-server PvP queues. That considered, the addition of a cross-server LFG tool doesn't seem all that far fetched.

    The Flaregun ability he gets at level 29 is safe to leave on (although it's off by default iirc). It won't break CC since it doesn't cause any damage.
