I have experienced thos with bladestorm and sweep. But its rare and doesnt cause much problem when it does happen. Sucks that you guys are getting it so bad :/

Guardian is easily one of the most mobile classes in the game. Leaps beat speed almost everytime. Snares keep other less mobile which means more mobility for the guardian. Guardian leap is a huge advantage. Force push synergizes with force leap to allow the gaurdian to strategically place jump points (aka enemy players) and use those points to reach objectives.

Good thoughtz. Unfortunately i just dont rhink this game is the place for what you suggest. The sad part is this game would be epic if the pvp had been a priority for the devs since day one. Sadly the emphasis of this game is pve and i dont see that changing much.

its usually one or two people that dont know wth theyre doing. People like you lack the perspective to see this and just start raging at the whole team like a spoiled child. The ironic part is this distraction only makes your team lose faster. Which imo is probably what a dude like you wants anyway. People are weird.

You can see for yourself when DR kicks in by removing pieces of surge gear and noting the relative difference in your crit multiplier. I want to say tou hit DR for surge around 75% ish

This is really really really really REALLY really really old news. Swtor is not a pvp centric game. Bottom line. I dont expect to see ilum 2.0 for a very long time. Probably not ever since theres a good chance gw2 will be my new mmo of choice.

Hi bet this has been said already but ive dound that usually the guy raging at his team ends up at the bottom of the scoreboard since he spent the whole match typing while i and my real teammates are stomping faces.

I just kite them on my vangaurd. Even force speed doesnt help them much. Just stun and keep kiting when they pop it.

Vangaurd/PT has great "mitigation" no matter the spec. Its called kiting. I can survive way longer on my vanguard than on my guardian just due to my ranged capabilities. Thank you for this thread btw. OP just got me excited to go home and play vanguard again.

Yeah you could buy the cheap and better than champ recruit gear and suck it up for a few days til you have some easy to get BM, but yeah you should just unsub instead.

Fyi you dont need battlemaster rank to wear the gear now. Im valor 59 and im wearing mostly BM gear. Once you hit around 1k expertise your problems will be over.

Buy recruit gear and roll with punches til you can get some BM in there.

Not sure what your point is but there could be any number of reasons for your loss.

Not only that, defense rating is pretty meh in pvp due to the fact rhat a lot of the damage you will be receiving completely ignores armor and shields. Having said that, a fully tank geared player is going to be more survivable than a dps geared one. Just not as survivable as some people think. Its just a matter of weighing the tradeoffs.

Its not that hard to get three medals and i can count the number of "30 seconds left when i joined" wzs on one hand. In mmos, as in life, things dont always go your way. Man up. -
Just reread OP and i see hes talking about dps ops. I havent had problems with them. Its the healer or hybrid specs that can just tank three dps for way longer than they should be able to. When i see one i stick to them like glue.

Idk but there are several Ops on ven zallow that are just beast. Sounds like youre facing players who havent adapted to the patch yet. Or they just suck.
