  6. --> Jaxtaro I'd definitely keep the third cluster bomb anyway, its not a solo build so someone is bound to trigger it eventually. Its just triggered from cull in the video. Imperial methodology is 100% required or the entire build falls apart. You need the 15 energy regen from the cluster bombs to shoot you back up to 60% energy. Most of the points were just jammed in for that spec here is my revised version: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#400bZbI0rRoZGbbkrMhd.1 The points in flash power can only be used in that tier. Its a toss up between slip away and flash power. At the moment I'm using slip away but its entirely situational. n.b. the only way to take experimental explosives would be to drop the 6% damage from steady shots or the 4% crit from razor rounds - not going to happen. --> Shredbull Glad you watched the entire thing, lol! To do the full 38k I popped my reusable adrenals and relic (I'm biochem so I will always have them, relic is 2min CD and adrenal is 3mins) The stim as well is a permanent buff to my stats. There are three rotations you can use: - Cull with DoTs - every 9 seconds - Cull with DoTs & Interrogation Probe & Explosive Probe (Explosive gives the energy regen to do this) - every 30 seconds - Cull with DoTs & Interrogation Probe & Orbital Strike & Explosive Probe - Every 60 seconds This is a PvE raiding build I'm testing but I don't raid until tomorrow so we'll see how it goes. For PvP I would ignore orbital strike all together and stick with the middle rotation above. Still the tried and tested marksman or lethality (for pvp) is very strong indeed. --> Poulpatine Exactly this.
  7. --> TheRealCandyMan Yeah none of the top tree talents are amazing, hybrid is the way forward I think. The extra pulses are from PvP gear, I'm wearing PvE so no. Yes, assumes only a single target for the AoE. Cluster bombs can be triggered by the weapon damage as Cull ticks.
  8. I'm raid leader for my guild, we're still rotating people through normal to gear them up. If I can then the advantage is clear and entirely what I was trying to achieve -> 3% less accuracy and mostly** internal damage. ** Some is kinetic / weapon / energy Actually thinking about it, irony strikes. Because you do quite a few rifle shots (normal hits) you actually need MORE accuracy to always hit.... the mind boggles.

I'm all for trying to evaluate how and why from all possible angles (and I'm using your figures for the timing as its probably less biased). On a side note I'm glad the numbers matched up (sort of). My stats are: Dmg: 918-1009 Cunning: 1825 Power: 520 Bonus Power: 920 (Adrenal+Relic) I'll record the council normal fight on Tuesday (and hardmode later in the week), the full DPS cycle of this build in a raid is something like: - 1 Rotation - Cull only rotation - Cull only rotation - 1 Rotation This allows for the 30 second CD on explosive probe.
  10. Thanks! Have added this info as well. If I don't use orbital strike I have 9 seconds to regen my energy which is easily done by getting +15 from cluster bombs and using rifle shot. With orbital strike I'll probably need to blow my adrenaline cooldown. Edit: I also accidentally hit target acquired, I would do this after for the 10 energy bonus.
  11. Testing a new build. I can burst for 38,000 damage over 7.5 seconds and I hate it. I love marksman because that is what a sniper is, this just doesn't feel right. Marksman annoys me because I'm currently sitting at over 113% accuracy using only 2/3 marksmanship from the tree. I don't want to change my mods because I'm still hoping they'll fix the high end gear.   12. I don't agree with increasing resources / decreasing time. Maybe as an alternative we could increase the amount of queueable tasks? These aren't really things that are broken, they are just harder than you would like them to be? Totally agree with the seats and cantina usage - have updated the original post with some more points.
  13. Good stuff, glad to see you like some of the ideas. RE: WZ leaver punishments, yes you shouldn't be punished for joining an already lost match.
